Restaurant was clean, standard as expected for a Popeye's , nice bright lighting, lively Louisiana jazz music playing, customer service was appropriate. Customers were steady ordering inside for their to go orders and drive thru orders. Dine in was pretty empty besides us and another gentleman. I ordered the surf and turf , hubby had the chicken sandwich and we shared the chicken tenders. This location is pretty consistent , we've been here many times. Our order has always been right , meals have always been good, no complaints . Stopped by this location during a road trip and the female employee taking orders in the drive thru at 7pm on 5/30 was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She was having a side conversation while we were trying to give her our order and we clearly heard her say " I don't know what the F*!%". We asked her to repeat our order and she was obviously so side tracked that she did not have the order correct. She was so rude that my husband and I told her that we would like to cancel our order. We have gone here like 4 times in the past 2 weeks due to traveling and needing a place to stop and we decided to get food to go as well. Every time we went in they were cleaning and the staff was working hard. Highly recommend making this your new bathroom and lunch spot when passing through! McDonald's was gross and Starbucks and Carl's Jr. didn't have bathrooms open. Also would reccomend Spicy ChickenSandwhich, fried, Mac n cheese, mashed potatoes and all the sauces are amazing! I was in this restaurant on Sun afternoon around 12pm, on June 23rd. A lovely young lady byt the named Ahshee ( I may have misspelled her name). was working the front desk. She was extremely polite, kind, and patient. The line to order was very long. Despite how busy she was . She also continued to find / do other duties whenever there was a brief break in the ordering line. She went out into dining area cleaning tables etc. She is a "keeper". We stopped here recently on a road trip. We figured it would be a quick stop and you really cannot go wrong or mess up chicken. Walking in there was a line of about five people before us because an employee was ordering their food for their break. They were on our side of the counter with the menu screen flipped around, laughing and joking with the other employee behind the counter. It took a while for that to be completed. I decided to try the truff chicken sandwich, because who does not like truffle! But it literally tasted like they just dumped a ton of truffle oil on top of the chicken breast. Love Popeye's, but this location should be avoided. 1 cashier during lunch rush should have tipped us off. Menu did not include prices for all items. I was a little surprised by the price for 3 chicken tenders, but everything is expensive these days (she charged me for 5). One customer waited so long for food they walked out without it. They gave customer #9 order #8. We were customer #15 but still hadn't gotten our food when they called #25. The manager made the excuse that they had new cooks (the cooks don't know how to process orders as they come in?). But the kicker was biting into an undercooked ghost pepper wing. They refunded our entire order, which is good customer service, but that's the only thing they got right. read more

I just finished my spicy chicken sandwich and i had to come write a review bc that was the hottest, freshest, crispiest, and BIGGEST popeye's sandwich i've ever had. seriously the piece of chicken they used was the biggest juiciest one i've had here. the bun almost seemed bigger too? maybe i'm trippin but it was a great experience. Biscuits are always good, i don't think it matters which one you go to.
