This one is clean and efficient with all the usual selections. We ordered two Mocha Cookie Frappicinos without whipped cream, plus a shot of espresso (we've learned over time some of these drinks have hardly any caffeine). Also a chocolate chip cookie because they always taste better on a long dessert drive! Anyway, it was a refreshing pit stop. The service was friendly and very quick to move on.

Everyone LISTEN, so there is this "supervisor" named "Nikki" that works at this McDonalds. I don't know her personally but because of her, I will NEVER take my family and I back. We're local and NEVER have I EVER seen such a hateful woman. My daughters best friend suffers from depression and anxiety. She currently works here to support her family with bills while her mother suffers from alzheimer's. Last week, she had a rough day at school and home, especially at work. She nearly committed suicide that night if it wasn't for her older sister to walk in. She explained that work definitely set it off. I can't say any names due to the respect of the family but the older sister did explain that there's videos going around from her fellow employees of this "supervisor" Niki, calling her names and belittling her. Claiming she will never amount to anything. This young girl isn't the only one who experienced this hostile environment. My daughter shown me videos on this app of multiple employees filming this woman, Niki, exploding in rage at the employees. Especially the managers. I even experienced such an event while explaining to her about sandwich that she made wrong. She said it was perfect and that I should go on my way. I used to LOVE this McDonalds. I would bring my kids there and enjoy quality time. Now, all I can think about is that woman Niki and her hateful personality. I've even talked to multiple parents that are local and they have said the same. Even talked to some employees there and they said they dread coming into work while she's there. Most of them even quit because of her! My heart goes out to that young girl, Blythe has very little options for jobs. I can't believe nothing is done to this woman!!!! Shame on her!!! read more

Local from Blythe here, the old McDonalds was a dump, which is why the rennovation was a great idea. The new McDonalds has a great look on both the ouside and inside. I was surprised to see the small amount of reviews for McDonalds on Yelp, especially with the crazy amount of people we have traveling through Blythe on the I 10. The drive thru has two ordering lanes to help manage the line during rushes, a great idea. Since the rennovation i have been here a couple times and have had nothing but great experiences. They are keeping the store clean, stocked, and the service is great, i was very surprised. Each person you speak with says please and thank you, and even smiles!! It is a simple gesture but makes a HUGE difference. I have been very impressed thus far and just ask one thing from McDonalds, keep it up!! read more

OH MY GOD!!! do not stop here, if you find yourself nearby run or drive the other way as fast as possible. this is the dirtiest most unfriendly mcdonalds i have ever been in and i couldnt even force down more than 1 bite of my mcchicken sandwhich. the bathrooms were so bad i decided to hold it for another hour even tho im a guy and can just stand in front of the urinal.the best part of this place was the adventure of trying to get out of it without touching anything with my bare skin and catching a disease read more

By far the longest drive thru order, after telling me to pull forward because my food wasn't ready if I don't get off and check my order after 30min. They don't even remember we were sent to wait up front. Order was completely wrong, service at counter was bad, how bad can it be to flip burgers? No one wants to be responsible and asume a position at this place. Luckily I was only passing by Blythe not a resident here. They offered a full refund for the BIG screw up. Excuse the sink of dishes. On the left is my sweet tea, on the right is my husband's unsweetened tea. We live an hour out so I didn't catch a few things today but this was the final straw. We didn't get a juice box, didn't get the extra onions I paid for, no napkins, no catch-up which was asked for and told it was in the bag. But the tea, it is nearly impossible to screw up tea. I told him when he came to pick up the plates. He apologized, but he didn't remove it from the check. I paid $10 for a meal I couldn't eat. We got a piece of pie and the taste was kind of weird...like it had been freezer burned and then defrosted. The whole experience was disappointing.
