First I would like to thank service staff member, Itati, who during this pandemic went above and beyond to my child's day. This particular McDonald's gets an extreme about of traffic. It's right next to the freeway and the gas station so it's the stopping place my family uses when we visit Arizona. I have always been treated kindly by the employees and they work incredibly hard to not only keep things as clean as possible but do there jobs. On this visit in September the happy meal toys out my son was collecting. He has autism and can get very fixated on things. When we explained to Itati the situation she was so kind and took time to go to look for a certain toy he was hunting for even though they were very busy. It made my child's day! He could not stop talking about it! This is why we come back to this location! Thank you Itati! The garbages were overflowing and there was toilet paper and napkins and even feces on the bathroom floor. I came in to change my baby's diaper and there was tobacco on the changing station. This McDonald's sucks. I have family in California so we drive between Arizona and Cali often and this is the mcdonalds we normally stop at. If it wasn't for convenience we wouldn't come here. Today, we went around noon and I tried to go to the bathroom and got yelled at. The stupid worked decided it was a good time to shut down the bathroom to very slowly mop and there's a line of guys waiting to use the one front stall. I didn't realize she was cleaning and walked towards a urinal and she yelled you can only use the front stall. Meanwhile, there's four open toilets and 5 guys lined up while she VERY SLOWLY mops the floor. Who's bright idea was it to mop during the lunch time rush. We got our food and left. The food was pretty good. McDonald's food is pretty consistent because it's a basic recipe they follow. But, the customer service is what lacks. Whoever was mopping should check her tone. I don't care if it's fast food or fine dining, talk better to customers. read more

I had to travel here today with my young daughter and so we were getting lunch and it was nice because there was little to no line in the drive through. The person taking the order was nice enough and seemed to understand and understand everything. I get up to the place to pay, they were helpful and applied my app coupon quickly and cut my bill in half, gotta love the app for great deals. I then picked up my order and they were quick and kind. I then drive a little bit, and I pull over and notice that my daughters plain cheeseburger is just a cheeseburger with everything on it. it's sad because the rest of the visit was great but having to scrap everything off and literally just give her the patty to eat wasn't fair to her. Thankfully happy meals come with other things but when I got home, i had to give another snack. Make sure your order is right before leaving the McDonalds to avoid having this happen to you! read more

Maybe all the flies in there were happy, but weren't. We ordered through the seemingly efficient automated system, entered the number from the "table tent" and took it to the table. After waiting 15-20 minutes, my wife went to the busy counter and asked about our order. There it sat, where it was for at least 10 minutes, apparently. Why didn't they at least announce it as they did for the takeout? The answer was.just a shrug. Our lunches were cold, and not assembled in any inspired way. MacDonalds fries can be among the best, but when cold they are not very appealing at all. If you try eating in this place, make no assumptions about automated efficiency or even logical service. If I pass this way again, I will pass up this MacDonalds. Sometime they may learn how to run a MacDonalds, but it's not my job to teach them. read more

I ordered my food and waited for them to make it. I special ordered chicken for my dog. 4 pieces of grilled chicken to be exact. They were very prompt by reminding me every few minutes about when it would be ready. Got my food happily. Walked back to my car and dropped one bag of fries all over the ground. I went back inside in a panic and they were very welcoming as to fixing the problem. They ended up making me not only 1 thing of fries, but 2 things of fries, well done, just like I had asked the first time. I only took away one star because it took a while for someone to take my order and I was sitting next to a fly that was chowing down on some ice cream drips left on the table lol Also it was very well furnished. Long lines at the dine-in, so I decided to get back in my car and ordered McNuggets at the drive thru. Everything went relatively smoothly. other than the fact they gave only ONE sweet and sour sauce for an order of 20 pieces of McNuggets. Stopped here at 6:30am on a Friday morning after seeing a billboard 22 miles prior. After driving from Phoenix AZ, and before that, Tuscon AZ, and before that, Lordsburg NM, and before that, Silver City NM, and before that, Mesilla NM, and before that, White Sands NM, and before that, Lincoln NM, and before that, Roswell NM... Oh, did I forget to mention that we hadn't stopped to stay in a hotel since Wednesday night in ROSWELL, NM? Anyway, I was ready for an Egg McMuff. ME: "Hi, I'd like 3 egg Mc Muffins (2 for my date, hello, not a piggie!) without meat." MC D: "Oh. Ok. Do you want butter then?" ME: "Uhm, well, we just don't want any meat. Like, we like the egg and cheese, just like, no beef or bacon or ham or whatever MEAT is on it." So, the guy was really smiley and really nice and eventually, accommodating. However, I really want to know about that butter. Was he going to make sure we still had enough fat in our breakfast? Was the butter going to be a replacement for the meat? Were we going to get a meat-sized portion of butter? He certainly wasn't thinking we were vegan, right? I mean, the sandwich has EGG and CHEESE in it. This place must have recently been remodeled. The inside looks very nice and modern, the bathrooms are large and clean and the play area is one of the coolest that I've ever seen. Among other things it has a climbing wall, lily pad swings and a secluded toddler play area. Definitely worth stopping here on your drive instead of the sketchier places around the area. read more

WTF Happened! First of all, I have two kids and on long road trips the McDonnalds Play Place is like an activity oasis in a desert of confinement and monotony. In other words, I love McDonalds' with a Play Place! So, while driving between Phoenix and L.A. while we were in the process of finding a house and moving I had the pleasure of experienceing a few McDonalds' along the 10. None of them could hold a candle to the McDonalds in Blythe. It was brand new. In fact, the first time I visited, they were having a hiring fair. It even had that "new McDonalds smell". The play place was great. Three levels of fun with multiple slides and activities normally only found at one of those indoor play gyms. My kids were in heaven. And I was in heaven when I took my little girl to the bathroom to change her diaper. In heaven because it was imaculate. Fast forward a month. Just 4 little weeks. We planned to stop in Blythe. I had talked about it with friends. Boasted that I had found the Mecca of McDonalds and it was in Blythe. Told friends with kids that anytime you're headed to the coast, just make sure you stop in Blythe. And that's what we did. Holy sh!&. The first thing I noticed was the trash around the building. I figured it was just because it was windy. But then as I opened the door a smell somewhere between an old frier oil and a backed up bathroom smacked me in the face with the restraint of two catty contestents on the Flavor of Love. Looking around, the once pristeen facility now had a general layer of grime that was on prety much every serfice. Floors were grey, tables and seats were sticky, I think the only thing that wasn't grimy was the counter where you placed recieved your order. The Play Place that had earlier given off a steril vibe was now looking more like a used up plaything more likely found behind a Savers or Goodwill. Then there was the bathroom. I understand that when hoodlums cut their marks into the glass or the brushed alluminaum doors there is little you can do but you can at least keep the bathroom clean. Toilets were disgusting, TP and paper towels were all over the floor and it can't be totally blamed on the habets of the patrons. The trash cans were both overflowing. So, hopefully they were having a bad week and the new hires were still working the kinks out of their rutienes because if that is how this McDonalds is going to maintain their level of service I feel sorry for the families that depend as much as I do on the hallowed Play Place to burn off their kids energy and get that much needed rest from, "Are we there yet?
