Randomly I would pay this McDonalds a visit. My son wanted to try The Grinch meal he wanted a Big Mac. Why not. Service was pleasant. It was very packed inside I guess from the school rush. But thank god for the app so my order was ready within 5 mins of my arrival. Fries where fresh and delicious. My son Grinch Big Mac meal was the cutest. Food comes hot for the most part and the place is kept clean. I notices every time I go it's the same one person cleaning around the place. No one attend to you at the front counter. I give this location a zero, they are horrible!!!!! I ordered a sausage McMuffin no egg no cheese 3 to be exact I got bread no sausage just hard bread felt like a brick all 3. The girl couldn't even get it right, I remember before renovation I use to go there had no problem since the renovation and so-called improvement this place is the last plant I would go and by food. With all the money McDonalds makes this location needs a total makeover. The location look like a leftover from the 70s. If the lobby and bathroom look old, I don't want to know what inside of kitchen look like. Of course no kiosk to place orders and I guess in Brooklyn they don't have self service beverages. Person talking my order was a older Haitian man I wanted breakfast mind you it's 5 am he said only nuggets so I get a 10 piece meal and 4 apple pies and 6piece nuggets which taste old I drive off to see I have no 6 piece so I drive back waits 20 mins extra finally get to the window for the man to tell me if I didn't get it he didn't charge me , so I ask for my receipt he can't give me one the tell me go in a spot and wait I stated sir I have some where to be he close the window and walk off then he come back and say I have no receipt but I didn't charge you , then I said ok I'll buy it mine you it's now 5:40 he says only breakfast so I buy a hash brown and he gives so much attitude I'm just not surprised it's eny so happy I moved out this state some things never change with fast food workers ! I would like to say a few things about this specific McDonald's. Number 1, nothings wrong with the food. It's always nice and fresh! The service, is what I don't like about this place. Every time I go to this place and try to be quick with my order, whether it's in drive thru or in person, they always have a snappy attitude. The workers at this location have no self worth or pride in themselves. They don't care about the public they serve. Just there for a check. I repeatedly requested no cheese on my fish, add pickles and tomatoes. The sandwich was just thrown together WITH CHEESE. And my chicken nugget happy meal is missing the nuggets. I went to the drive through and ordered a Happy Meal nuggets and before I could finish my order the cashier said, ma'am you have to come around and give your order to the manager. I asked her why I have to speak to the manager. I tried several times to place my order and she refused to take it. She kept saying you have to come around and speak to the manager. A manager came to the window and told me to come around and she would take my order. I was very confused and upset because I did not understand why the cashier would not take my order. I went to the window and three women and a man was staring at me. One of the women was laughing. I asked them what I did that they would not take my order. The manager took my order but she never explained why I had to placed my order with her. I called the store and spoke with another manger. He said they told me to speak to the manager because the speaker was not working. However, other people were placing their orders with no problem. This incident was very upsetting, discourteous and bizarre. I have been coming to this McDonalds for many years and I never had a problem before. Not good customer service. Fast "food" ain't so fast anymore. Stopped for a quick bite before getting back to flea market. The drive thru queue here is as long as the ones to get into the mall which house the Red Lobster. The worse place to go for fast food. The drive through was extremely long. So I decided to go inside to order my food. When I got inside, that line was extra long. It took approximately 15 minutes to order my food because there was only 1 register open. After I received my food, there was an additional 5 minute wait to get it. I seen turtles out of water that moves faster than the service here. It's always slow and crowded, but that's due to the incompetent of the cashiers.
