There was an employee outside on the phone and she greeted me coming in & leaving and she definitely didn't have to, she was just genuinely nice! I personally think the Bacon Cheese Dog at Five Guys is slept on! It is my favorite thing to get here and never fails to satisfy! Service is always great and quick. Very good with pick-up/Doordash. Only thing you have to account for is that they will give you fresh made fries so you'll have to wait a couple minutes. Small price to pay for fresh fries. I will say that I personally like a modern look to restaurants but the standard Five Guys is always welcome. The Kemper Rd Five Guys is always clean and well maintained. There is usually a decent amount of people in there around lunch time but at least you won't have to wait in line too long! Overall, 5/5 for this location! Keep up the good work! read more

5 or 6. Guys or Gals. None of that matters once you dive in to a beautifully crafted, made to order, fresh beef burger! Admittedly, I'm a bit of a one trick pony when it comes to Five Guys. I always get the same thing. My stock order is a Little Bacon Cheeseburger, "All The Way", with a little order of Fries and a small drink. That's plenty for me. The Little Bacon Cheeseburger is bigger than any small small cheeseburger you would get at any other fast food chain. But then again, Five Guys isn't just any other fast food chain. Note, the standard Burgers come as a double patty burger. For me, is just a bit too much but probably just right for some. "All The Way" is exactly as it sounds. "All The Way" means it includes lettuce, pickles, tomatoes, grilled onions, and grilled mushrooms, along with ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise. And if that's not exactly your speed, you can customize at any way you like. Now let's move on to the Fries. Fantastic, fresh cut and more than you know what to do with.. The way the meal is served, the Burger is put in the bag, the ordered size cup of Fries is put into your bag and usually a generous extra scoop of fries is dumped into your bag. So, when you order fries, know you're getting more than you bargained for. And what you're getting, is definitely a bargain!! These fresh cut beauties go great either on your Burger, plain or dipped in ketchup. When it comes to the drinks you've got the serve yourself Coke machine, tea or you can get one of their shakes. They even have a bacon shake! Would I go back? 100%. Not even a question. Every Five Guys location is pretty much the same. My love affair with Five Guys has recently been reignited over the last month. It started when I stopped in the Mason Montgomery location a few weeks ago and I was blown away from the pleasant service, cleanliness, timely prep, generous portions and quality of the food. I was kicking myself for not going to Five Guys for 10 + years. The Colerain location is equally as good in all the ways mentioned above. I live in Finneytown, so I thought I would try the Springdale/Tri-county location because it's just as close to the other two. What a let down. The customer service was pretty much the 'opposite' of the other locations. The woman at the register was devoid of a personality, smile or care to at least seem pleasant. I was the only person in the reastaurant at the time(approx. 11:45am). I stood near a table as I waited for my order, and I kept glancing up from my phone to check on my order. Each time I did I was met with stares from a couple of workers. Very discomforting. When I my order was called, the fry guy handed me my bag. Looked in the bag and there was no cup for the fries. Just fries sitting the the bag and not the generous portion I've been given at the other locations. I didn't make a fuss as it's not worth it. I don't know if Five Guys has a corporate policy on great customer service, but if they do, this location is missing the mark big time. read more

My wife and I had been to Five Guys before, but never to this location. We were pleasantly surprised by our entire experience. Upon our arrival, we had to be careful, as the parking lot was a bit tight and some discarded items were about. The restaurant was decent inside, which made us feel better. The man at the register was friendly, yet quick. He not only answered the concerns we had, but he got us situated before we knew it. My wife ordered a Regular Cheeseburger and Small Fries, while I had a Double Cheeseburger and Small Fries...both well done. We received our food, and the taste was amazing! The flavorful blend of well done beef, melted cheese and fries that were actually hot, was indeed, bliss. The other highlight was the Coca Cola Freestyle Freestyle Machine. I picked a Coca Cola with Lime, and my wife chose a Lemonade with Strawberry. All in all, delicious with friendly people. One thing to remember, it can be kind of pricey, as everything is a la cart. We went in Wednesday 12/27/23 around 1:30pm and got there right before a rush hit. Burgers and fries were outstanding as always. I had a Bacon Cheeseburger All the Way and shared a small fry with my wife. We were really impressed with how the staff worked through the line that came in after us while making sure tables were cleaned off and ready for the next person. Five Guys is my go to place for burgers. I am on a low carb diet and five guys will make you a burger with no bun (they put it in a bowl or alternatively you can have it with a lettuce wrap-I get the bowl). This location was an excellent example of a Five Guys. It was very busy, and I have to say the employees were moving quickly with a purpose and were keeping up with the busy conditions. Sometimes you have to wait awhIle at a Five Guys which i do not really mind, but in this case the wait was minimized by the staff's action. The resulting burger was very good and very typical of the Five Guys experience. The bottom line is Five Guys remains my go to for burgers. This location was one of the best Five Guys restaurants that I have visited. read more

Ordered 3 sandwiches with 2 large fries and 2 drinks for my family. The Bill was $39.99 Everything is separate pricing no value or combo meals. Less than 3 minutes later a large family came in and placed an order. The woman from the group paid . She then noticed she wasn't charged for any of her 3 drinks she ordered. She went to the cashier and told her " hey I've got to pay for the 3 drinks I ordered". The drinks were not rung up by the cashier. The woman was very honest about it and wanted to pay for what she ordered. That's horrific that the cashier didn't ring up their drinks!! Why are some customers charged for drinks and others are not?? makes you wonder how often this happens and how certain people get special treatment!!! Bad customer service!! read more

The crew here clearly understands that service means EVERYTHING in the restaurant business. It's so comforting to know there are GOOD PEOPLE in this world. I ordered a double cheeseburger for me and a single cheeseburger for my daughter. Cash is tight so I did not order sides nor drinks. The food was prepared fast by the team. The same gentleman called my number and I picked up our food. Sat and started to eat. A minute or so later, the same gentleman offered me two cups, straws and lids. I said "I didn't order drinks". He says "That's ok. You can use it for water." THANK YOU so much. ----------------------------- I hope - I really hope that my message makes it back to him. I hope that he is recognized for his kindness. Too often in this world the boss at work looks for something their employees did wrong. Would've been perfect if not for the gigantic glob of Mayo in the very first bite. Absolutely horrendous. Did not ask for nut burger but in all actuality the nut burger was 10/10. Finally tried this place! The staff were super nice and helpful. Good vibes abounded. Just got a cheeseburger, since I wasn't super hungry, but I've heard their fries are really good. Will have to try them as well, next time, as the burger was delicious! Not too thick, not too thin. Cooked just right. Juicy, but slightly crispy edges. All the toppings I wanted. Pretty messy, though - wouldn't recommend this place as a first date location! Ha! There were peanuts sitting out in giant boxes (I guess you can help yourself), so I also wouldn't recommend this place if you have peanut allergies! Overall, great burger, great staff. read more

Overall the food is great. The Service needs some work. The young man working tonight was very rude to not only us but to the only other customer in the restaurant who only ordered one item. My wife and I have both worked in the food industry our who lives and understand how things can get difficult at times but the big thing to always keep up with is customer service. Only one of the workers smiled and that was the cashier. Everyone else was just looking in the dinning room blank faced and bothered people were even in there. Came here last week after shopping at Costco with my mom, the store was very clean and almost full of patrons. The young man at the counter was very nice and friendly and while the prices are not as low as other burger restaurants, they actually cut the fries in house and also cook the burger in front of the customer. The fries were piping hot, but a bit soggy, I suggest flash frying them for 20 seconds and then frying them. read more

So Five Guys is a chain. Not as wide spread but a chain none the less. I was a little more than excited though when this one went in. The seating area is... cozy. The tables are really close to one another here. The burgers though, like always are excellent. The little burger is enough to fill me up. The fries, omg the fries. Get a regular if there is more than one of you. Heck even 4 of you could still split the regular. They put them in the cup and then throw another scoop in the bag. It's insane, but they're so delicious. It's a little bit of a pain to get to this place.. so thats unfortunate. You can get to it from Target's parking lot, but if you're coming from the mall, and turn left before it, make an immediate right right after the building, don't continue left or you'll have to back track. read more

I stopped in for the fries after trying Smashburger fries recently for the first time and seeing lots of reviews comparing these two burger places. Five guys feels more casual/more McDonald's-y in its decor than Smashburger, which has a more restaurant-style "upscale" feel...it's pretty much just barebones at Five Guys-tables, chairs. But I do think Five Guys' prices for burgers might be less. We had their regular and Cajun-style fries. The portions were great (bigger than Smashburger's portion but slightly more expensive too...maybe Smashburger should consider raising the price of fries and giving more of them in a portion?!), the fries were tasty. They're "normal" size, not shoestring. Crisp and yummy. I liked the Cajun spice though I'm pretty sure I can recreate this in my home using Tony Chachere's cajun spice mix. They don't appear to have a veggie burger option, you can just order a "burger" with whatever fixings you want minus the patty. Don't know how much that appeals to me, but then again, why would a vegetarian purposefully seek out a burger place? I guess if everyone else wanted to go or something...then you're screwed. I also love that you can snack on peanuts while you wait. Cute idea. We'll probably be back for the fries. read more

We placed a $60 order online for carry-out today. They left out some of the order (a co-workers entire lunch). I called back to ask for a refund of the items left off because we did not have time to make a second trip back to Five Guys to pick-up the forgotten part of the order. The person that I spoke with on the phone was very rude and told me I would have to drive back up to this location to get a refund. She could not refund my card over the phone, even though they were able to to charge my credit card online. They made no attempt to correct there mistake. read more

First ever visit to a Five Guys. Great burger. On par with Culver's/Steak n Shake/Shake Shak/In and Out type burgers. Enjoyed it. Good fresh cut fries. I love eating burgers and fries, I'm always on the go, working in hvac, the food was good but a staff member working the register was unacceptably rude as hell. I was trying to verify raw onions on my burger not grilled and she kept saying yeah onions, then while waiting for my food at the counter she continued to complain about my ordering to another employee right in front of me. I'm sorry but you working in service too, if I'm buying the goods I want it a certain way and you have no place to be rude to people about it. I have steered clear of this location. And if I'm in this area again I'll just go to Panera bread instead. read more

I first ate hear about a year ago and wasn't really impressed. Not t mention the four of us had lunch. Just burgers and fries $46.00 ticket WoW!!! So this is kinda negative but yesterday me and a friend had lunch. we had 2 bacon cheeseburgers and shared a reg fries which is there smallest order of fries a water and a soda. Cost $20,00 t dine in but the burgers where amazing. Kind of a looooong wait though. They def need a smaller order of fries cause if you go solo for carry out you cannot get fries cause the reg they claim feeds 2 really feeds 3. so pointless waste of money and fries. So if you want just a burger $6.49 to go. Not so bad? Please try this, bacon cheeseburger w mayo lettuce, raw onions and w or without grilled mushrooms. Meh...it's so so, nothing I would pay $11 for again. Single patty burger was good. Fries lacked any taste and right out of the frier mushy. It is truly hard to mess up fresh cut fries, but they did that well. Ketchup was good though!!! Lesson learned, they have nothing on Smash Burger. read more
