I love Mickey D's as much as the next guy, but you can skip this one. As I do with all of my Yelp reviews, I try and rate places for what they are. So for example, a 4-star McDonald's review would be a result of super fresh food, a clean restaurant, friendly service, etc. All that to say....This one gets a one star. I've been here several times over about a 3-year time frame due to sheer convenience to where we live, and I can honestly say that only one time has my order come out correct and in a decent amount of time. The service is lacking and the staff are usually arguing over something or another. I also typically experience empty ketchup machines and a hot mess around the straw and drink area. If you do visit this McDonald's make sure to double and triple check your order before leaving, as you could very well have a meatless hamburger or a few missing items. I really do hope this location steps it up or gets new management, because now we just skip and go a few minutes out of the way to find any other option. read more

Worst McDonald's I've ever experienced. Several times now I have been missing items and had to go back through the line. This last experience tops them all, though. It was Saturday, March 24th at 2:30am. (Late Friday night/Early Saturday morning). I pulled up to the drive through. There are two lanes, and it says to use either lane at any time. There was a car in the left lane, so I pulled up to the right. I waited for a minute, and had not yet been been greeted. I said hello a few times with no response. I glanced over at the car to my left. We shared a "what is going on" look, and then they gave up and left. I pulled around and parked in the front. I thought they might just be having issues with their speakers, and that the inside might still be open. As I started walking toward the door, things looked promising. The lights were on, and the chairs hadn't been put up. All good signs. I get to the door, and alas, it's locked. Can't order at the drive through. Can't order inside. Pretty confusing for a 24 hour location. As if all of this wasn't bad enough, I did happen to see an employee inside. He was laying down at a table in the window with head phones in, sleeping. He could not have picked a more conspicuous location to nap. I really wish I had gotten a picture. By this time, there were other cars starting to pull up. I got back in my car, and decided to stay for a few minutes to see if anyone would be more successful than me at getting some food. I watched about 10 cars attempt to order at the drive through, get frustrated, and drive off in about 5 minutes. This location needs a night crew who doesn't sleep through the late night rush. This place is pure chaos every time we go there. It's to the point that customer actually are getting use to it. The day we went customers were actually agreeing how awful it actually is there. We watched a police officer waiting outside for his order. When he finally got it, it wasn't his order. He waited about 15 minutes to get his actual order. I really don't mind waiting and a busy line here at McDonald's because they can move them through pretty quickly. However when the food suffers when I am running late to getting home after a long day of work it's simply unacceptable. I ordered one of their new sandwiches and the woman who I was to pay was trying to figure out which order mine was to give her money. She responded with oh you have the weird sandwich. Now I did no alterations of the sandwich so it made me wonder considering it was my first time trying it well when I got it home I understood what she meant. If there was a 1/2 I would have hesitate with that as well, they deserve a 0. Went there this morning 12/27/18 around 10:15 am to pick up breakfast for me and my wife. All I ordered was 2 breakfast sandwiches and Both were incorrect. The worst part is before leavening the drive thru window I asked the young lady if my order was correct, because the last time I was there I got the wrong order, I stated. I wanted to make sure it was order was wright one, she replied very condescending it was correct and them repeated the order.
