Check your bag before you pull away from the drive thru. Rarely is the order correct and next to never do they put the nugget sauce in their happy meals. The recent renovation of the inside provides for very few comfortable places for a family to sit. read more

Worst McDonald's experience I've had in a while. I got to the window where I received my food and asked for a few things of ranch, a girl with pink hair gave me one & I asked if I could have 2 more (I had 2 large frys) & she says "uh can I get 50 cents?" I've ordered multiple times at the kiosk inside and always get multiple dressings and I'm never charged for it. I think this employee needs to learn the prices of things & especially how to be respectful. read more

Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this McDonalds. This is THE SLOWEST, most INACCURATE and quite honestly the most FILTHY restaurant I've unfortunately had to deal with working just down the road. I am done! Don't expect your food to be fresh & you might want to check that there isn't anything floating in your drink, as I don't think they maintain the drink machine. If you protest the 20 minute wait for two cheeseburgers and a drink, you might witness the manager smash your food on the prep table like they did mine. This store is an absolute joke. They were horrible (always missing food, slow, you name it) then got ok for a while, but going back down hill. Todays episode involves getting a sandwich with no meat. Will drive anywhere else. 5th time in a row they messed a VERY SIMPLE order up. IT'S ALWAYS THE NIGHT SHIFT! After no one was in front of me, I waited in front of the building (ask to pull around to "wait") for 8 mins for my fresh and apparently completely unsalted fries. This place was a disaster. Service was slow and they were getting everything wrong on everyone's order. Example we got a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin and they rang us up with two of those and two sausage McMuffin. They place was so hot everyone in my party was sweating and don't get me started on the bathrooms. They were so dirty. And all of are the food was stale or not cooked. Only thing good was the drinks. I am forced into coming to thid McDonald's as it is right next to my work and I only have 30 minutes. It sucks. Ordered a 2 cheeseburger meal today, got charged for a 2 cheeseburger meal, only received one cheeseburger. I consistently ask for cheeseburgers with only ketchup and frequently receive them eith everything on them. I can see why these people deserve to get paid more. THE WORST MCDONALD'S EVER!!!! I live right down the street and i dread coming here. Today i came and got a MEDIUM chocolate shake with EXTRA whipped cream along with the rest of my order, i got to the window and got a dab of whipped cream and a flat lid, no problem just asked the lady to fix she huffed, grabbed it back, filled the bottom of a medium cup half way with whipped cream a little shake and topped it with whipped cream. So i parked and went inside. So i asked them again to remake it bc im paying for a MEDIUM not a small, the manager comes over, after i had already handed it to someone else and she threw it away, and she walks away and says "she's pregnant just give it to her" THE MOST DISRESPECT i have EVER been given bc of their mistake. So she starts to make it the same way. Like homegirl listen to what i am saying!!! They blame it on you, as soon as i walked away, "pregnancy gives women alot of balls" like are you kidding, way to be a manager lady!!! Anytime I've been to this particular McDonalds on Gibraltar Road, my order is never right. I typically go through the drive-through and when I get home, almost 100% of the time something is missing. I recently ordered a Southwest Salad. Whoever made the salad didn't make it correctly and left out many of the main ingredients such as the tortilla chips, skimped on the cheese, forgot the black beans, overall it was very disappointing. Its one of those fast food joints where the employees just don't care about what they are doing . Things just aren't done correctly there and it shows . Your order will never be right and food is always left in the hot boxes for entirely too long . If you don't believe me feel free to try the breakfast menu the sausage patties have a weird white color to them from not being cooked to the correct temperature. read more

Been to this location a number of times but had encounter being short-changed going through their driver-thru. Had a order of just $3.18. I gave a young, male employee, who appeared to barely look at me, a $20 bill and 18 cents; so my change would have been $17.00. Like most trusting customers, I simply took the money he gave back to me, with the receipt, and continued on in the line. After I got home, I discovered that I was short-changed by $1. I looked at the receipt and discovered that $19.18 cash tendered was entered, not $20.18, making that change for $16.00, not $17.00. So, apparently that worker pocketed the difference. Granted, it's only one buck, but think about that occurring on a regular basis, ripping off customers, (they did with me). I've never gone back to that McDonald's; instead I now go to the Tim Horton's located right next door. Since then, I've noticed, especially during the morning rush, Tim Horton's drive-thru always has a line-up; McDonald's driver-thru is mostly empty. Gee, I wonder why. read more

I visited the mcdonalds with 5 grandchildren. The happy meals were missing items and ordered a hamburger with no onion which came loaded with them. A lot of staff literally just running in circles. Some were using fowl language including the F WORD.. Really....totally disgusted with this place.
