Using the McDonald's app to order food through to drive thur hasn't worked. I have had to go into the store to complete my order every time. Defeats the purpose and adds 15 to 20 minutes to my visit. Secondly, my orders are not what I order and more time is spent correcting the mistake. Its been very frustrating. read more

Guaranteed mediocrity. They were efficient in taking the order but that is where it stopped. I waited at the counter for several minutes only to be told to pull forward and wait. So I waited for over 10 minutes while everyone else was getting theirs food behind us. I finally had to go in. They had forgot us. Food was cold and mid and best. Try the Chick Filet right across the parking lot. It will be their pleasure to serve you. Maybe that is why their line was so much longer and was pumping through customers so much faster. read more

We ordered at the kiosk. When an employee finally appeared at the register, we informed her that the ice machine had ice all over the tray and it was dripping water on the floor. She, Adriana, was pleasant about it. It was quickly cleaned up. That's the positive. Now for the reality check: the dining room nearest the bathrooms smelled like urine... that was placed outside of the restroom. We opted to sit near the playscape which had an unknown liquid on the base step. Now for the food... To be honest, I make an annual pilgrimage to McDonald's for a Filet-O-Fish during Lent. Today was the day. The sandwich was rather pathetic with more tartar sauce than fish. The Arby's nearby has a much bigger sandwich for less money. The fries are always tasty. This location is still bad- - it's not focusing on customer service or experiences. They have a bad bad attitude on being the best at being the worst. I was in here about 25 minutes waiting on an order in an empty store and basically nobody in the drive-through and everybody's just playing around and on their phones as you can see. Would not recommend unless you were in no way hurry and had no choice. read more

I order an Egg McMuffin, large Coke and and then decided a hash brown, a number 1. I even said, "I guess a number 1". I was charged $6.28 plus tax. They got my food out quick but while having to wait for the Coke I looked at the prices. The guy charged me $1.00 more than the board said. When I asked him he said said, "I don't know I just ring it up." I use to eat here on a regular basis not any more. Their service was not bad but never great. The food was crispy, the chicken was juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside. The fries was crunchy and the inside was soft and good, The service was amazing, the employees were all nice, kind and loving. The food came out pretty slow (12-13 minutes) and for the price, this place is good. My favorite thing is the cookie because it sets in with the ambiance, happy, sweet, and good. We stopped here on our drive home from Ellijay in late August. Inside was fairly warm & we were told the AC is broken. The cashier also said that this store was scheduled to be remodeled the next week, and they will be getting new AC equipment then. Glancing at other reviews, it seems the AC has not been working for an unreasonable length of time. Ordering at the counter was quick, and the cashier was very friendly. Then I went to the bathroom, which was clean, but hot & stuffy. And the toilet wouldn't flush for me. When I came out, I helped hubs finish filling our cups, and our meals were just then ready. One of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to and that says a lot since very few are "good". stale old fries.... burnt meatless nuggets, stale buns, employees interrupt you, order is always missing something or all together wrong... I can keep going but you get the idea. The only positive I can say is the majority of the staff I've come In Contact with are not rude and at times are Down right respectful. Update: Still bad service and dirtiest location in the area! This location can't seem to find good management or employees. Very sad to see a business run like this! I placed an order on the McDonalds App. Fifteen minutes later I walked into the restaurant to inquire about my order, and was met by a staff member at the door with my order. I assumed my order was correct but I found out differently when I got home. My order was missing two cheeseburgers, no requested hot mustard sauce, no napkins were included, and the fries were lukewarm. I notified the restaurant and the best explanation was sorry we were busy, short staffed, and come back for your corrected order. I had just worked a long shift and did not feel like going back out. I was really disappointed with whole experience, and my wife didnt get her food. This McDonalds location needs serious help! I am not the only person that feels this way about this McDonalds location. Look at the Yelp reviews for yourself!!! Orders are always wrong, always a long wait time and getting charged for what I order but receive the wrong order or incomplete order.

I asked for CARAMEL iced coffee and they gave me NORMAL iced coffee. So the only reason im giving them 2 stars is because the hashbrown they gave me was good. Im very disappointed in my coffee. This entire experience has been a partial let down and i would only half recommend it. Now i cant even enjoy my coffee and/or have energy for my volleyball game. read more
