burger was alright, not fresh meat, it was a frozen patty, their service was fine, they took around 20 minutes but we had a decently sized order, fries were soggy, onion rings weren't very crisp, they did get my order wrong too, asked for everything but tomatoes, and got only tomatoes, the ambiance was nice, the place looked good. read more

Service was horrible. Inattentive staff. Took 20 minutes to make 3 almond milk lattes. The clerk, when asked the status, was like "well, there being made" and stood there listening to her ear buds that were playing in her ears. (And No they were not for work).. there were two other people in the place. Who ordered food, who received there food well before our drinks.. heck they were halfway complete.. We ate there tonight with four adults and two children. We were fairly disappointed in the serving sizes for the prices. Specifically, our $12 basket of chili cheese fries was incredibly small. Maybe they accidentally gave us a side order, but it was nowhere near the value for the cost. If you are ok with paying $18+ dollars for a decent burger, fries, and a drink, this place may be ok with you. It is not worth the money to us. read more

Food is great and staff is nice. I had the Southwest Club, it was good. If I were going to get it again, I would ask that they press the sandwich so the bread would be toasted. The bread was nice and soft, but after seeing my Daughter-in-Law's pressed sandwich, I wish I had mine pressed as well. Spouse and son got a burger and a Ruben and split them. They liked them both. The sweet tea is brewed there and very good, my pancreas was screaming but I managed to suppress the racket as I had my fill of their sweet tea. After the meal my spouse, son and his wife got the pumpkin spice shakes and a chocolate shake. Our pancreases could have harmonized as they were surely screaming by that time. The lady making the food and who we met the night b4 when we arrived at 6:50 was rude and had no customer service. When we arrived to try the night b4 we got there 10-15 min b4 they closed, when we walked in she looked pissed and said yeah we are closing. So we just turned around. I agree with another reviewer that it's probably a 3.5. The service and ambiance are good but the burger I had was so so. The bacon was super crunchy and the burger was cooked all the way through. But I don't like my burgers well done but I wasn't expecting much else from there so. Middle of the road-- not the best burger I've had but certainly not the worst. All the burgers came with two patties. The fries were decent as well. I probably wouldn't choose to go back myself but I wouldn't tell anyone not to go there. The wraps looked much nicer. read more

PARKING - Plenty of parking and easy access from main road ATMOSPHERE -.Loved the inside set up and decor. It was not cheesy or gimicky and appreciated the non chain atmosphere. I really enjoyed the walk up counter to order and the drink station for easy refills without having to wait. STAFF - Their was only one employee at the counter but was super friendly and we never felt rushed or a burden. She really seemed to love her job and took pride in working here and it showed. She came to check on us multiple times and handled every customer the same. Kudos to who ever this is! FOOD - The burgers were pretty good! I would give a 4 out of 5 for sure if not 4.5. I loved the bun and the taste was pretty good. Having corn nuggets on the menu was a nice surprise! PRICE - I felt the price was fair but would have loved a meal deal to include side and drink without having to order each item ala carte. THE GOOD The service was top notch! I had a hot forged and my husband had a cold forged would give them 5 stars but no Gf bread options at this time. Once you're in the drive thru, you're stuck. They said each FOOD order was a 10 minute wait, but coffee was fine. So I ordered a coffee. Pulled around to see 2 cars in front of me, both with a 10 minute wait each. Due to the curb and bushes, there's no way to exit the drive thru. This is unacceptable. Have the cars pull around and either come inside or bring out the food. Will NOT be back. read more

I highly recommend this place! They had some of the best coffee I've ever had. The mocha I had was really rich with flavor, and the vanilla milkshake satisfied my ice cream craving that had been around for months. I had a southwest wrap with spinach tortilla, as there are multiple tortilla flavors to choose from. There's free candy in barrels by the entrance, but I steer clear of candy. Too much sugar consumption causes Candida overgrowth, and I already did myself in for the day with the milkshake and coffee. I can't wait to visit again for that coffee... outstanding! read more

Outstanding food and service. Found this place on the way to the movies decided to stop on and kill time. Great idea the food was cooked to perfection medium rare, all the condiments on it were in great proportion. Had the Bacon Cheddar, double patty on this one. Had to do the Guy Fieri hunch to eat this one. Wife had the Chili cheese fries, spot on. Chili had a little kick to them and good temperature was hot. Order a small order of fries and that will serve two people, a basket of fries will feed four people. We got to Ray's at just the right time, because they were about to switch to their lunch menu, but were still serving breakfast. Part of our group wanted lunch, and part wanted breakfast, so we were all able to order what we wanted and eat together. Inside, Rays has a nice coffee house vibe, with a walk up counter to order your food. Then you are given a table number, and they bring the food out to you. They also had a drive through for people who did not have time to stop! Every single thing we ordered was delicious, and the iced coffee was to die for. This was an unexpected great little find! The staff was so friendly and the food was so delicious! And even better than the food, huge portions, and friendly staff, they sell coffee!! We stopped in here, based on the good reviews. It says grill, so one would think its a small cafe or restaurant, but its really a fast food joint. It has a drive thru and indoor seating. Like all fast food, you order at the counter, get your own fountain drink and wait for your order to be called. We both agree that the burgers were delicious. Probably one of the bests we had in a long time. My 3 star rating is for the following, The burgers were great, but trying to eat them without making a mess is a challenge. They are really thick. I noticed they also put 2 patties in a burger , not one. I ended up using a fork and knife to eat it. We ordered a basket of onion rings. I assume they were battered. They were very good. My rating also applies to checkout. I consider this a burger king, only much better, so when the tip came up at checkout, I was alittle taken back. It almost puts you on the spot to give a tip, for doing your own service. But, we would definitely come back, maybe ill wear my mask, in case I don't want to tip. read more

hmm... This was another disappointing moment of a disappointing day. My family and i went to the pumpkin patch nearby and were thoroughly disappointed and hungry, so we stopped in here. First of all, this place is so expensive. Paid $8 for some boiled chicken on some bread. The sandwiches don't come with fries, so you have to pay even more money for some generic frozen fries that arent good. The bread was incredibly dry. My mother got the mushroom swiss burger(i think lol) and they legit just opened a cold can of mushrooms and dumped it on her burger. They were so cold and gross that it pretty much ruined the whole meal for her... The only saving grace is their coffee, but its pretty hard to mess up an iced latte. read more

My new favorite burger in town! This place was awesome! Very clean, bright and well appointed. The owners did an excellent job on the reconstruction. Stopped in for lunch and ordered the Big Hoss burger. Despite being very busy, the burger was out quickly. It was delicious. Highly recommend the Siracha chicken tenders! I'm not big on spicy but these are a must have. Get sone ranch to dip them in! The service has always been timely and the staff friendly. I have only gone through the drive thru so I'm not sure about the ambiance inside but they always have a lot of people inside from what I can see! My favorite is their energy drinks but I wish they had SOMEWHERE online that I could find what each drink is. Some of the energy drink names are self explanatory but many are not and have similar possible flavor names. There is no where besides a list of energy drink names on the drive thru side, too. I don't drink coffee but I know many who swear theirs is amazing! Definitely try the sweet cream! read more

Whoever reviews that the food is fresh is wrong. I ordered the steak sandwich and calling the secret meat in this "angus steak" is a crime. Food came out waaay to fast for it to be fresh. The steak sandwich was inedible. My husband got the original burger and he thought it was good. The frozen fries came out hot but nothing special. The place was still dirty from the night before.
