I am submitting this as a follow-up to the complaint I filed less than 24 hours ago regarding poor service at this McDonald's location. After receiving an email from McDonald's Customer Service confirming receipt of my feedback, I went back to GOOGLE REVIEWS to view my comment--and discovered that my original review had been deleted. This raises serious concerns about transparency and integrity. If management or ownership of this location is removing legitimate customer reviews, that is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. On Wednesday, October 29, 2025, between 3:37 p.m. and 3:38 p.m., I visited your location and placed an order for a six-piece Happy Meal with a bottle of water and two McFlurries. I made it very clear more than once that I wanted the McFlurries stirred, as is standard procedure. While I was watching the employee prepare the order, I asked again if she could please stir them. She then grabbed a coffee stick to stir them manually. I asked, "Don't you use the machine to stir it?" and she responded, "I don't know what you're talking about." I explained that I used to work for McDonald's and that there is a specific machine used for this. She replied, "We don't do that here." When I requested to speak with a manager, the employee rolled her eyes and said, "Okay, whatever," and then shouted, "She wants to talk to you, I don't know what she wants." The manager came over, and I explained the situation. She said, "Yes, we do stir them, but the coil is broken." I then clarified, "So you do have the machine?" and she confirmed that they do. I told her that the employee had insisted otherwise and had been rude, but the manager never apologized or acknowledged the poor behavior. She simply said, "I'll talk to her." As a former McDonald's employee who prided myself on providing excellent customer service, I was very disappointed by how this situation was handled. The lack of professionalism, communication, and courtesy from both the crew member and the manager was unacceptable. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as this experience reflects poorly on the McDonald's brand and on this specific location. read more

This location has considerably gotten better in the past couple of months. I try my best not to eat fast food but when in times where I needed a quick snack I've made the decision in coming here since it's near me. Food was fine, service has much improved. I work at 3-4 am. Every time I try to go there they say they only have hot cakes or say the system is down and to come back. This is false advertisement and they aren't 24 hrs if thats the case. Im sure they dont just have hot cakes or the system is down they are just too lazy to work which is a problem because they shouldnt take that shift. Something has to change read more

I come to this location time to time and i just had a bad experience there with getting a caramel sundae. They definitely didn't fill the cup to its usual entirety and when i asked to give me a little more ice cream and was told no. I then asked why and they told me that it's usually filled up to that point. I then asked for a refund and then the manager asked for the ice cream back. She snatched it out of my hand. SMH i literally was just asking for some more ice cream. She asked for my card to issue my refund. When she gave my card back, I told her I wasn't trying to give her a attitude... I'm here in line through drive through I've been here since 10:37 I get to order my food at 10:54 they guy tells me who's taking my order he can not take any more breakfast orders because they stop at 11 and his manager doesn't want to take any more breakfast orders so when I ask to speak to a manager she tells him she doesn't want to speak to anyone and she doesn't care that that's it breakfast is done when I asked for her name she didn't want to give it to me the guy was so kind he kept apologizing for her tone and attitude he was like I would give you her name but she would fire me just a shame I'm so disgusted being a manager at T.G.I. I went to Mac Donald's in 18250 NW 27 Avenue in the drive thru and order a deal of $4 dollars and I had a confirmation through my personal email and my card was charged . I did not received the meal because the cashier said I did not paid for it . Not only that but she wanted to charge me again for it . she said that app don't charge the credit cards , so I asked my self was the point of having an app if you still have to pay at the window twice . I'd give 0 stars if possible. This McDonald's is suppose to be 24 hrs and the dine in is suppose to start at 5 am. I Arrived a few minutes after 5 am went in to use the restroom first before ordering food the bathroom was filthy luckily I did not have to use the toilet. One of the employees comes in asking in an utterly rude tone "what are doing in here?," told him just finished washing my hands multiple times, then he proceeds to say I have to get out! And locks the door when the door was already open for dine in. I ask another employee when are they open and she completely avoids the question and says they're not open, I had to ask again and then she says they don't have any food ready. It's breakfast and I know I have been in plenty of McDonald's across the country to know that even when they just open it doesn't take them 45 minutes to get breakfast prepared. So 5 am dine in when the door was already open turned into the one of the rudest experiences I have ever experienced by a McDonald's restaurant. Came for their breakfast menu at 4AM unfortunately the app says open and maps said open 24/7 I stayed in the window for quite some time and no response I drive to the window to pay and no one was there yet lights were on. I read the schedule advertised in the restaurant window and said 24/7 open 7 days. Picture can be found below. So I go to the last window and sit there until someone opened the window. McDonald's got to do better!! The drive thru had over 10 cars . The lobby had only three people in the inside so I go inside!!! it took five minutes for order to be taken. Then an additional twenty minute wait just to get my food. I was okay with the wait my issue was with the lobby. It was an eye sore not clean at all. The counter to pick up my food was dirty. It made me grab my imaginary pearls. I think I should have waited in the drive through!!! McDonald's needs to hire more staff, or hold their employees accountable. This was an entire experience!!! If the wait inside was not bad enough!!! Lord have Mercy leaving the parking lot was a NIGHTMARE!!it took over ten minutes to exit. The only thing I like about this location is the new look other than that customer service here sucks VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. This location deserves no stars. My rating is based on my encounters with Jennifer the cashier at the drive thru window. She was rude and unprofessional. She ate as she took my order and then got my Order wrong. When I told her she forgot an item she becomes rude, ghetto, and hostile as if it's not her job to take orders and be accurate at it. The workers were so rude to my mom. She was ordering food for her and I when this young man who work there had to be rude saying why did we decided to come to My. Donald's after eleven pm. For one my mom just got off work at eleven and we were both hungry so we drive to MC. Donald's. There was other people that was waiting in Mc. Donalds for almost an hour waiting on their orders. A woman who was with her daughter said she been waiting for an whole hour for her order. People were piss and aggravated, a young woman who waiting for ever to order walk right out. She said she couldn't take waiting anymore. When my non fat mocha frappe came I was so piss, the cashier forgot to add sugar when she made my frappe.
