The service was great a the food was extremely quick and piping hot! We went through the drive thru and got great service with a smile!

This McDonald's is the worst. First they don't know the difference between Mocha and Caramel and apparently they think I'm colorblind. Second how you a manager in the morning and can't even give a customer the utensils and syrups for their breakfast that comes with it. Probably the worst McDonald's in Carroll county. Today's experience was long lines, people waiting for food or demanding a refund. Employee's more concerned about the cell phone and having fun than customer service. Just terrible. I should have left when I initially thought of it. The bread on the two sandwiches I ordered was hard. You can tell it was pre-made and left out to dry out under heat. Or probably an sandwich that was ordered, made, cancelled. A Chick-fil-A will open soon across the street. I threw both sandwiches in the trash. Didn't want to risk getting sick. This is a awful and poorly managed restaurant. read more

It's prob one of the best McDs in this area. Since they have new servers at night this place has improved in a big way. It also helps that they have a few stricter managers to run off all of the rowdy and creepos at night especially on the weekend.... read more

Terrible service and employees will not apologize for extremely slow and incorrect orders. It takes 30 minutes to get a sandwich in the drive through and then they tell you to park and wait. The problem is that they never bring out your order. You have to go inside and get it. These employees are the worst I've ever experienced! read more

I find it crazy there aren't better reviews for this McDonalds. Every time I've went there I've had fresh fries and a fresh burger. They are always warm and the employs never mess anything. Absolute worst McDonalds ever. I have been to this store twice within the past 2 weeks. Both times it was cash only due to either the power going down or the computer system was down. I do not which. The employees there are the slowest servers I have every seen. Half of them were on there cell phones, not talking on them but looking at there phones messages I guess. Yesterday I went there and the District manager was there. He saw that there were a few mad customers, but he walks past us and goes to a table up front and sits down. No explanation, no apology. The servers were moving and talking in slow motion, and a few of them were doing nothing. BAD customer service. They just do not care or they just do not know how to satisfy a customer during a power outage or when the computers go down. They need training to know how to handle any crisis that occurs. I would have gave free food or a free food voucher or just anything to make it seem as the even care a little bit. read more

Zero! I've been in line for 30 minutes. There were six cars in front of me when I got in line. 30 minutes later I finally creep up to the window to get my food and I'm asked to park and wait in the drive-through reserve parking. I ordered 3 sausage egg and cheese bagels! What could possibly take make this take this long. Unbelievable! So after about 10 minutes waiting in the parking spot. I walked in and asked to speak to the manager. She informed me that it was my fault it was taking so long and they did me a favor by letting me order bagels at this time of day. By making a stupid comment to a customer like that she also informed me of why this place takes so long and has such bad customer service. She's running the show! I asked her why they didn't tell me that why ordered she rolled her eyes and walked away. Another 10 minutes went by and I finally got my food. First bite in the bagel and you can feel ice inside the egg. So a total of almost an hour to get ice cold food. read more

May have had a remodel. But, the same qualty food is being served. Under cooked nuggets for my children and got the burger order for the rest of the family wrong. It may look like a different restaurant now. But, it still has the same work ethic. I havent ate at this establishment in quite a while because of the quality of their food and customer service. Horrible service consistently. Appears to either not have a manager on Saturday nights, or if present, they have no concern with customer service. Kids place always dirty, the slide hasn't been waxed in years making sliding rough. I don't know how many times I've seen kids with the back of the legs and thighs red from the friction of going down that slide. This location gets really busy early morning and during lunch time, avoid if you're in a rush or just park and go inside, much faster. Most of the times I've visited this place the restrooms were dirty too; tissue all on the floor and no tissue in the stalls. read more
