My first visit last week (May 2026!), no waitress greeted or even made eye contact with me or my coworker. There were maybe 3-4 servers and only 2 booths with people in them.... My second visit back was even worse. Me and my coworker went back, unfortunately, and this time we tried getting all of the waitresses' attentions. They turned back to look and turned right back around. No customer service skills, no greetings, no 'be with you in a minute' NOTHING. It's actually quite embarrassing how certain people still have to be fed from the back door. It's even more embarrassing noticing and realizing how the hating party truly, just hates themselves so much. The chairs were uncomfortable, with curved edges that pressed into my kidneys the entire time. It reminded me of sitting in a high school classroom desk rather than relaxing at a restaurant. Service wise I didn't really know who my server was, maybe they switch? I ordered the mac and cheese and felt pretty neutral about it. I was not digging it, but I was not hating it either. It tasted more like Alfredo than traditional mac and cheese, which was not what I was expecting. The shrimp, however, were good and easily the best part of the dish.
