The people here are rude. Half the time they get my wife's coffee wrong. And if you say anything they are very rude. I used to eat their breakfast burritos, but I can't eat cheese and they mix it all up ahead of time, all with cheese. So I can't eat what I like there anymore. I just love it when you order something and get charged for it, but when you get to the window it's wrong! Ordered two sausage McMuffins one with an iced tea and one with coke, they were out of OJ, paid for those meals. Got to the second window and was given a small bag and no drinks, reminded the guy at the window we had drinks. He said no you didn't, you did t order any. I'm blown away how often my order is screwed up at fast food restaurants at least 80% of the time, I ordered chicken nuggets and fries, they asked would I like sauce, yes BBQ and ranch, go up to pay and pick up and the lady says sauces are in the bag, so we get down the road a few miles and start to eat and guess what NO SAUCES!, these are the people who want a $15 per hour minimum wage. read more

I feel like I'm being generous giving two stars. I placed a mobile app order in the parking lot for two large unsweetened iced teas, extra ice. That was it. Now granted it was lunch time. And it was busy. But my order had been placed in the parking lot. I waited a few minutes and then walked in. And they were busy. One lady was trying to take orders at the register, suggesting people use the kiosk, and then taking curbside orders out. Anyhow, I waited 15 minutes to get my iced teas. The best part... Female places teas on the counter.. only, there's no ice, as in ZERO ice! And one cup is only partially full. I'm not even going to address that because I can easily see they forgot the ice. So, I stand there waiting while they continue hustling behind the scenes. She finally comes back and I asked for a carrier to carry out the two drinks because I had keys and a cell phone in my hand and I also asked for a cup of ice. She then says, as if I am a complete idiot, "well, YOU placed the order!" My response was, "Yes, I did! And it said extra ice!" I'm not sure how I confused them. It seemed pretty straightforward to me. But for it to take nearly 20 minutes to get two iced teas seems a bit much. And I thought walking in would be faster than the drive-thru! Silly me. As a side note, I would have asked just for the cups and served myself, but they keep the liquid gold tea behind the counter. Ugh. read more

This McDonald's should add Casino to it's sign to let people know how much of a gamble they are taking to eat there. I had to place my order for a double cheeseburger and a vanilla shake three times. I was very surprised to get a double hamburger that was sloppily dressed and had clearly been in the bin for a very long time to be so dry. The shake was flowing through the top of the lid and was a mess. I can understand why the young man was much more focused on the young lady he was working with but he should at lest consider his customers. These folks either need more training or supervision if not both. I would guess the owner of the Burger King in town is very grateful for this McDonald's. read more

I try to always check my order before leaving the drive-through at this location, because the majority of my orders have at least one error. I didn't notice the cheese added to an item ordered without cheese (for someone who is allergic). I found their error when I got home to Reno, but the manager said I would have to make the drive back to Carson City if I wanted the food I had ordered and paid for. I asked if she could refund me for the incorrect item, and she said I would have to come in person to have them correct their error. I noted that it would be easier (and cheaper) for me to inform my credit card company of the disputed amount, and she said that was fine, too. It should be unnecessary to go to such lengths to get the food I've paid for, but with as many errors as occur at this location, it may well be part of their business model. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. Ordered a hot chocolate & took one sip full of curdled milk. When we took it back, the manager claimed it was just whipped cream and there was nothing wrong with it. I can assure you when I ran to the sink & immediately had to spit out the wretched rancid curdles, it wasn't whipped cream. If it was, that's bad too. If you go there for breakfast especially, BEWARE, I ordered a couple sausage McMuffins and when I came home I found a long strand of wavy white hair in my sandwich. My family went on to find multiple egg shells inside the egg portion. I'm killing time in between a job interview and job exam down here in Carson. My smart phone died, so I can't check in as easily anymore. Anyways, decided to write this review because its clean, newly remodeled, and the employees are awesome! One lady brought my drink cup to me and just now, a gentleman just went around to those still sitting in here and refilled their coffee! I'm just so pleasantly surprised, that's awesome service for a regular restaurant, not to mention a fast food joint. Also the temperature is perfect, the air isn't blowing so hard you're freezing, but its on enough to where you aren't sweating it up. I just felt like they needed a shout out in some form, and maybe karma will befall the great employees for being stellar! read more

The stoned girl this morning took over a minute to get me a coffee (I could see her at the drive-thru window - she just was moving soooo slow). She asked if I wanted cream and sugar and then didn't even remember to do that within 3 seconds. And now the coffee tastes super-soapy and there is some chemical aftertaste. First of all it is 11:45 so the fact that you are selling 2 plus hour old pies is fucking disgusting. I tried to give this place a chance and they suck! We wanted to go somewhere quick for breakfast this morning, and after waiting almost 30 minutes for our breakfast , we finally received it and it was bagged up to go after we said we wanted to eat inside. I guess eating breakfast at a nearby cafe would have been way quicker. The guy bagging up orders upfront is very confused and should not be packing orders, and everyone here is working at a slow pace for how busy they are. I used to work for the same company years ago in another state and it was way better ran than this place. Maybe the owner should come in and help this place function properly. The girl that took our order was very nice so that is the only good thing about this experience. If you can avoid stopping here then I would if I was you. read more

I went through the drive through tonight at about 11:30pm, it was fairly busy. When i pulled up to the window I noticed only ONE person working, her name was Brittany. Brittany's customer service was so nice, she did not miss a beat all all even with a smile on her face!! Everything was perfect and fast. Worst chicken sandwich I've ever had, and the fries were cold and soggy. At lunch hour too. I want a refund!!! Classic chicken is with lettuce and mayo. The place is usually clean, the drive thru is usually packed. Every time I order nuggets I never get the sauce I ordered. Each time you order fries they don't offer ketchup you gotta ask yourself or you get none. Staff is usually young, overpaid, cocky and pay very little attention to the actual orders. After going through the drive-thru, I had a horrible experience here. I ordered an un-sweet tea, a regular coke and a mcdouble. I received a sweet tea, diet coke and a mcdouble. When I returned to work not too far from the location, I realized I had been given the wrong drinks. I called and told them that I had just come through and the drinks were wrong. I told him I wanted my drinks made right and my money back, now that I had to waste my own money in gas driving back there. He said he wouldn't give me my money back until I gave them the food back as well. NO! You made me come back, waste my gas... when you could've just pushed the correct button in the first place!!! Then when you handed me my "new and correct" drinks, you ONCE AGAIN handed me another DIET COKE. With the receipt in your hand clearly saying what I ordered and you were WELL AWARE of what I was not happy with. You dare to hand me another drink that isn't what I ordered and then get irritated when I call you out a third time. I understand that ANYONE can make a simple mistake.
