Jersey Mike's holds their own when it comes to tasty subs. I'm a sucker for a cheesesteak and they do a great job here. I'm hesitant to give this experience a five star rating because I do have an issue with the wait time. I ordered online for pickup and it said my order would be ready at 5:28 PM. I arrived at 5:34 and ended up waiting until 5:43 before my order was ready. That's a problem. However, the food was good and the staff apologized for the wait time- so I'm letting it go. The cheesesteak here is a huge win. Love the warm beef and gooey cheese. Get the big kahuna with jalapeños too! The kids meal was also good and a good value. I think everything here is a good value actually. Compared to many other sub shops, this places pricing isn't too bad. The inside has plenty of seating but the few times I've been in it's been pretty empty. Must be more of a take out spot. It's super clean inside and seems like it's generally well kept. If you're looking for a good hot sub- this is your place- and the cold subs aren't bad either! Enjoy. read more

I feel bad cause the sandwiches are always consistently good including today. However the time frame was way way off tonight when ordering online to pick up. I'm currently 20min passed the pickup time and I'm still hanging out. These kids are trying and I understand but seriously it's kinda annoying that there's only 3 people working a Friday night and they're super backed up on big big orders... Ambiance is what it is. You can tell these kids haven't been able to do anything other than attempt to catch up on orders so obviously the eating area is a bit chaotic and messy. read more

Theres a time when its ready for pickup but the girl told me that they don't follow the time that you see when ordering online! Really? Then why you put a time there then! I travel the country for work. This is hands down the worst jersey mikes I've ever been to. I ordered my normal order, it took forever to come out. I checked it and it had nothing it comes with, nor did it have the mushroom I added. Not terrible. I brought it to their attention to fix it. They apologized and went to add the veggies. I asked them again to please make sure it was correct. I should've checked again but instead drove to my job 20 minutes away to eat. Love Jersey Mikes subs but this location is consistently bad. The staff needs better training. I can't eat steak and ordered the Portabella mushroom chicken cheese steak to go. Got all the way home to find a regular cheese steak, not the chicken that I ordered and no mushroom. I placed an order for pickup and reminded them that they forgot the avocado on my last order. When I went in to pick up my order I asked if they put extra avocado on like I asked? No, they forgot and went in the back to put more on. I was scared to death that I was going to find a fake eyelash or remnants of makeup in my food from off of the girl that came from the back to the register area. All of the workers were rude especially eyelash girl. I ordered a Grilled Portabella Mushroom & Swiss minus bell peppers, plus avocado. What a joke. There was barely anything on the sandwich. Unfortunately it was very understaffed today. Two poor employees running around trying to handle what was clearly an overwhelming amount of mobile orders coming in. As a walk-in it took nearly 15 minutes for me to get my sandwich with no line in the store, besides those already waiting on mobile orders. Additionally, they were out of the rosemary parm bread. The staff were still kind and truly trying their best to keep up. Very disappointed in whoever left these two employees alone to manage the dinner rush by themselves. The store in south Caron city NV by the Walmart ; My second visit for my wife, I warned her what I got last time was trash ! , first visit I got slop, just trash, when I asked for a Tuna Sandwich it was just pure slop, old dried tuna probably the day before left out to dry out ! My second visit was no better, I asked for Tuna sandwich ..then had to ask for extra Tuna as what was put on the bread was a scraping of Tuna like it was a light spread of butter . $14.52 for a medium that was only fit for the trash bin again! I came in today this evening to pick up some dinner to go, a little after 7:00pm. I decided to go with The Original Italian and got the regular size. I'm not sure what "Mikes Way" is--so I passed, but I'll try it next time. Great experience. The staff are very friendly, all on the move and working hard. I noticed the seating area was very clean. The sub I ordered was made very well, not just thrown together. The sub also tasted very fresh which was fantastic. All around, I'm a big fan. This is the first Jersey Mike's Sub shop I have been to and I'm thoroughly impressed. I will be back for more. read more
