Ordered the mozzarella sticks and they were cold. McMuffin was fine. Got both of these on the new 2 for $2 menu. Two stars because of some of the people hanging out around the area and cold food. It's McDonald's so didn't expect much, but there are others in the area that are better. read more

Ummm, this was the worst McDonald's I have ever been too. We ordered our simple hamburger and French fries through the driver-thru,. Our wait wasn't very long to reach the pick-up window. However, the cashier pretty much threw the bag at us. Once we opened the wrapper we saw that the hamburger was burnt!!!! Not ever have I gone to any restaurant, or fast food establishment and received a charred hamburger bun ever!!!! I don't care if I pay $1 or $100, the food should be well prepared. The fries I was served were cold and hard. I don't complain most of the time, but DAMN. They were inedible. So I go through the drive through AGAIN - and showed them the bag of inedible or fries and said "these fries are terrible" - I was asked what size they were and was given another large fries that were again - pretty much inedible. At least they were hotter than the cold, hard fries I got the first round. Throw out your fries when they are cold. It's disgusting. I've had two firsts while visiting Palm Springs. Going into the worst Walmart, and ordering food from the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I ordered One large fry, two medium fries, a 10 piece McNugget and a Big Mac. I used the app like I usually do, and headed to pick up the food. This place was like a mile from the hotel, and I figured I'd be back within 10-12 minutes....I pulled into the lot and checked in for curbside pickup. When I got there, there were 3 cars in the drive thru, and a few cars in the parking lot. 15 minutes later, after not only watching all the cars in the drive through come and go, I also watched two other cars go through the drive thru, as well as a couple people that walked in and out with food. I ended up getting out and going inside, and still ended up waiting about 5 more minutes before getting my order. The food was lukewarm and disappointing. I know you can't expect much from fast food places these days, but this place was horrible. Find another McDonald's if your looking to eat there, this one is the worst! read more

I would rate negative stars if possible. I ordered at the kiosk and took a number as instructed. On the number tag it said that my order would be brought to my table. So I waited and waited and waited. After 20 minutes I went to the counter to see what was going on. The rude counter person said that my order had been ready and that they called my number (I never heard them call the number). When I told him that I was waiting for the order to be brought to the table, as instructed on the number tag, he rudely said "we don't deliver to the table, we're not a restaurant". The elderly lady Jamie took my order was very sweet. Later, after I ate and was relaxing on my laptop I took my shoes off, note I had sox on, I crossed my legs under me. This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to in my life. Walking inside, the restaurant had an awful odour and was dirty. The staff were unfriendly and unwelcoming. I was in a rush so I ordered just a breakfast sandwich and some pancakes. For these 2 items alone it took about 17 minutes (keep in mind I was pretty much the only one in the whole restaurant.)
