This was probably the most uncomfortable location I've been to with my family. Not only is their drive-thru a pain, but their customer service is a nightmare. You can't expect to get paid $15 per hour when you can't even do your job right. I understand that it is busy but why even have the option to have the food brought to your table and have an employee yell out your order and table number like if they're someone in the streets selling elotes or tamales (at that point that's what sounded better). The food is mediocre here, 80% of the time the food is cold. Most of the staff when I was there on 6/2/19 were teens who kept laughing behind the counter. The main food item I enjoy from McDonald's are their fries, so when I ordered my medium fries today I was really craving them and couldn't wait to eat them. I was very disappointed that the fires tasted dry and cold. You know when you get fries and then the next day you microwave them and then they have this weird taste, well freshly made McDonald's ones shouldn't taste like that on the spot. So I and 3 of my friends, after the club wanted to order food. We went to the club and we don't drink and drive so we wanted to order couple burgers. We were staying in the drive-through line for like 10 minutes. Then when it was our turn to order, manager came out and told us "you go fuck yourselves" you can't order burgers cause you don't have a car. What is the difference? Im not a big fan of mcdonalds. But once in a great while I'll go. The four times that I have gone there in the 3 years I live in this area they have gotten every single order wrong. The last straw was today when I was in a hurry and got home only to see a wrong order. I checked it when they first gave it to me all wrappers look good get home open wrappers and they aren't the right sandwiches! It's McDonald's so I don't expect a lot. As this location is on my route to work, I stop in every so often. The drive up is a nightmare so they lost a point. Whether it's morning or night, there's always a long line. I normally park on the residential street and walk over. Inside it's been newly remodeled from a few years earlier. Everything is affordable and there's even a dollar menu. I've found the customer service here just average. My last incident the supervisor was rude about a request I made to my order so they lost another point there. This is one of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to as far as customer service goes. The employees are rude and consistently mess up my orders. They are very forgetful and tend to be abrasive during the late night early morning transition, and seem to have little patience for people that don't speak Spanish. Ever since i've been in Chicago i always get my breakfast at this McDonalds, however lately the service has been no so good, couple of times they messed up the order, i always ask if they can put the sugar and cream inside the coffee and out of 15 times they did do that meaby 4 times......and also the food is not hot at all. read more

This McDonalds has the worst service of any that I have visited in the world - and I Mean that quite literally. Cold food, incorrect orders after long wait times, prices on their own menu not even being honored, the list goes on and on. In fact, they automatically upcharge you unless you specify that you only want a small or regular, you will be paying almost $10 for a large meal that you didn't even want. While this sounds like an easy fix, if you aren't fluent in Spanish, good luck communicating with any of the employees who work here. read more

I visited this store many times and This store has completely changed compared to a few month a go. The food is super fresh, and their staff is so kind. They forgot to put my fries again. Yes, again. I live a block away, they should just walk the food over next time. When I talked to the manager, Jorge, he said they are very busy, and told me to fill out the survey. Jorge stated they are understaffed. How is that my problem? So because they are understaffed, they do not have time to make sure orders are correct? Ridiculous excuse. I walked over after a long day at work, and that's what I get for not checking my order before I left. They should be forced to deliver missing items if they do not bag them. You'd be surprised how quickly orders become more accurate when there is consequences for mistakes. Jorge was the person who gave me my order in the first place, he should have made things right so I would go on here, and fill out a survey about how great he handles the problem. Instead, he asked me to fill out the complaint? I've made mistakes before at my job, with my customers, but I have gone above and beyond to fix problems. He seems careless, unhappy with his job, low sense of urgency, and it appeared to me that he's maybe causing problems for customers on purpose. Maybe so we fill out surveys and he gets more staff? I don't believe that's how it works Jorge. I couldn't believe he asked me to fill it out and complain, that it would help him out? Losing a customer helps out? No customers equals no sales, and money makes the world go round. Every dollarlo that's lost, is 1 less dollar that will hit the bottom line. Which I'm sure you'll need every dollar with this new grand opening after the remodel (unless it was capitalized). Either way, you can never have enough customers, and can never jeopordize losing a customer. Somebody please explain to Jorge profits and losses. read more
