Bad: they have rats, at least dead ones, the playplace smells of death (pest professional with specialized field of rodents) no heat in the place today, probably dead rats in the ducts from poisoning them.... Not the first time for the smell either. Good: breakfast was great big breakfast with hotcakes. Fix your rodent issues though, not good for business and the look on the low level employee on his break over hearing the wife and I told me all I needed to know. read more

Chucky the manager is excellent. It's just a McDonald's. Food is the same as others. It's clean. It has a play ground. Its convenient off the highway and on east. But I stopped in and couldnt figure out how to order a kid meal without a happy meal and Chucky the manager helped at the till and saved us a bunch of money. Not sure I've seen that other places. And generally whenever we have stopped here the staff are great, the food is fresh and hot and orders er complete. read more

One of the nicer franchises. Staff remembers my name, and frequently my typical order. Pleasant place to sit and read. App success is hit and miss. App provider is frequently offline, or location wi-fi is unreliable and fails to load. On occasion, launching the app in the parking lot before walking in helps - but not always. Some outages last days. Only complaint is with corporate policy - can only load receipts by hand (when the app fails) once a month. I have many points I'll never be able to claim. One of the WORST staffing ever. They gave me what is OBVIOUSLY old, cold burgers. I can especially tell because I asked for EXTRA PICKLES and they gave me none with both the buns stuck to the damn pattys. By far the most inefficient McDonalds in the area. Staff moves at a glacial pace, routinely makes mistakes on orders, and clearly prioritizes drive through vs dine in customers. Despite the ideal location I will be going to other faster locations in the future. read more

Every time I order breakfast for delivery, the food comes to me with something missing or wrong, or an entire meal missing. I ordered a Big Breakfast With Muffin, and the attached picture is what was delivered to me. No breakfast and a bag full of condiments. This happened twice in a row, 4 weeks apart. The only time this place is ok is during lunch when a specific person brings out my order, she makes sure it's all 100% correct, but everyone else 100% messes up -- especially the manager/owner who doesn't know how to read her own menu items and she ALWAYS messes up the order. ALWAYS. This place is just full of very bad leadership. The management/ownership of this McD needs to be removed asap, because they simply can't get any of this right -- even after falsely marking up the prices on DoorDash. The guy working there with dreads is very rude. I couldn't catch his name as he wasn't wearing uniform or a name tag while working. We were trying to explain to him that we had an online order for a fountain drink and medium fries, and my passenger was redeeming a single vanilla cone through his points on his phone (two separate accounts). Every time we explained that we're here for my online order and the redeemable cone he would slam the window look at the screen and ask the same exact question at least 5 times as if he didn't hear what we had just told him while slamming the window each time he asked. He yelled saying we're not allowed to do that on the same account and there's 2 orders allowed per car. It was two separate orders two separate accounts and we didn't violate any rules. He got so mad he just gave us the cone for free and cursed at us as we pulled away while giving the snarky remark of, "They're holding up my line, it's wrapped around the whole street" (there were at most 4-5 cars in the drive through and a closed dine in room). We kept telling him we usually give the person taking the order a code and they'll deduct the points but he wasn't comprehending it. It was 3 items in total, if he can't do a simple task or show up to work in correct uniform he should look for new employment maybe not fast food he can't handle multiple orders. Please talk to him from what we know this isn't the first time we've had problems this is just the first time i left a review because he did not have to make it personal and curse or say snarky remarks when he was in the wrong and we gave him all the info he asked in order to do his job. read more

We placed a mobile order way before entering the drive through, the man at the front said " we cannot serve you here you have to go all the way back through the drive way, you can't place a mobile order in the drive through" . We tried to explain multiple times we did not do that, and the man still said I don't care it's company policy you have to go all the way around. The drive through took over 20 minutes for us just to get through the front of the line for just the first round. By the time we got to our turn, the man was SO rude, we said "can we please just have our food?? I am not sure why I'm reviewing McDonalds, but I'm petty like that I guess. Some rude employees here. I know it probably isn't the best job to work at but that's not my fault. Be nice. No need to snatch the bag away because I asked for new fries. The ones you gave me looked like three day old worms on the sidewalk after a rain - is it so shocking I wouldn't want them? I asked nicely. And wtf is this thin, dried out beef patty on my supposedly qtr lbr? The qtr lbr is supposed to have a nice thick patty that hasn't been frozen. This was none of the above. But at least you got 1 of the 4 pickles on the sandwich. One must have goals after all. Clearly any goals to get most of the cheese on the sandwich is too much so one pickle is well earned. I don't know, have some pride? Learn to do a job well? If you treat MCDs as a training job and actually learn some skills you won't have to have MCDs as a career. Pro tip. read more

This time in particular, I was served undercooked food. That's a health Hazzard. The fries were cold, the beef was Raw and the bacon was cold, floppy, and undercooked. I went in last night and they screwed up my order then as well. I told the drive through attendant 3 times not only what I wanted, but what I didn't want on it. I got to the second window and was told that my order was placed as a completely different item and the attendant did not read my order back to me to make sure she had gotten it correct. I order McDonald's from DoorDash on a very regular basis, and unfortunately I don't have much good to say about this McDonald's on Connors Ave. THEY NEVER PUT A DAMN STRAW IN THE BAG!!! EVER!!! Like EVER!!! Not to mention that they don't add condiments to the bag, even when you take the time to add it to your order yourself. Staff needs to be re-trained to know how to bag an order properly. This is the closest McDonalds to our house. My wife and I love their smoothies and ice cream and know all the drive thru staff lol. 98% of the time they get our order right. But they will make it right! People need to remember the staff are young (mostly) and it's likely their first job. They're very friendly and always try to make us happy. We've met many high school kids working here and are always excited to see them transition to higher jobs and college. This is McDonalds, they do their best but this isn't a "restaurant". Please be nice to the employees, they will always do their best. read more
