We shared the black forest ham spatzle ( not sure if I spelled it correctly) which is a German inspired dish. It was delicious! Noodles cooked perfectly with plenty of ham and goodness in the bowl! First time I tried something a bit different and glad we ordered this ( came specially for this house favorite). Full bar and a ton of craft beers to choose from! The place is bicycle themed with a bike shop next door. Very cool and casual! When we left it was already very busy! I will come again because I really liked this dish plus the parking lot was shaded with beautiful trees and outside had a nice breeze!

The server was really friendly and helpful. We finally decided on our order, I had the Brueben with potato salad and my friend had the spaetzel mac n cheese. Both were delicious and generous size. We split some type of massive burger with 2 patties and garlic parm fries. First of all I couldn't even get my mouth around the burger...too big! I cut a small corner off and it was juicy and very tasty! I had a glass of chardonnay and my boyfriend got a glass of El Toro. Plus we bought a big can of El Toro to go ( i think they call it a growler??) Atmosphere is relaxing and they brought a bowl of cold water for my puppy ( i actually carry treats and water with me). They have a nice merch shop attached to the restaurant so I bought my boyfriend a t shirt as well( he put it on right away..lol ) The waitress ( Diedra) was super cool and helpful making it a even more fun experience! On both of my visits, I have been so impressed with the food. Most recently, I tried the nachos, ribeye sandwich, and the kids had the chicken tenders and the burger. The portions are large and satisfying. The kids' stuff was great. The burger is a full-size burger, just without the fixings, and comes with plenty of fries. The chicken tenders were a tad overcooked, but they were a huge serving. Either one could have been split between both of our kids. The nachos are a must-order. The cheese sauce is amazing. We just got the half-order, and it was huge! The ribeye sandwich was good, though the meat was a tad tough. Still, great flavor, and the onion rings were a great add-on. I was also impressed by their NA margarita. Very tasty and similar to the real deal. I love the vibe at Farmers, too. They have a massive indoor space and a great patio space, too. This place is great for happy hour, after-dinner drinks, after-work hangouts, a casual lunch, or a date night dinner. It's a jack of all trades type of restaurant. They also have an awesome gift shop with beer to-go and all of the Farmers merch you could imagine. I am sure there are lots of great restaurants in Chico, but I imagine I'll continue finding myself at Farmers when I visit.

I thought one of the most interesting parts was stepping into the refrigerated hop storage area and being able to hold a hop cone and smell everything. Sometime afterward, the waiters are eventually restricted from placing orders. During the transition the bill must be closed out and drinks going forward are placed at the bar. Highly recommend "California Haze". Flavorful with a highest alcohol by volume (ABV) rating on tap at 8%. Not overly bitter either. A great alcohol alternative is their very own handcrafted "Lucky Buck Root Beer". Pairing with "Beer-Battered Fish and Shrimp Basket" made sense with a Double IPA (DIPA) at hand! Well-seasoned "Chicken Marsala". Could not get enough of the buttery mashed potatoes. On another day, ordered "Cobb Salad" and "Clam Chowder". Convenient while staying at the RV Park on site (Feather Falls Casino KOA). There's a dollar charge for takeout but justified. Everything was in order. Appreciated the fact they boxed the chicken separately. Responsive service with a welcoming vibe from their staff. Plenty of security making a presence. A place that draws well-mannered folks who just want to have a safe evening of fun.

Really disappointed with the brewery food specifically last night…read more Food and drink was fast, service was wonderful; Corday was funny and informative and recommend a lot of great items and brought everything we needed quickly and in abundance. Thanks to her we got two desserts. The food didn't appear to be or even taste fresh. Even the lettuce on our sandwiches were brown and wilted. It was the most dry pesto chicken sandwich I have ever had and the bun on that and a burger were hard; it seemed like they toasted the buns first then left them and then cooked the rest. We enjoyed it mostly, the price is right and the sushi was good. We all did decide we would all try something else next time and not have the same thing. Looking forward to more sushi in the future.
