Lol ... I never would've thought I'd give a 5 stars for a McDonald's! But today around 1:30 pm I ordered at the Drive through speaker and the employee seems enthusiastic ... I was like WOW! I pulled up to the first window and the female cashier asked about my day with a very pleasing attitude!! When I drove up to the 2nd window to pick up my food, the "thank you & have a great day" I got from the male employee sounded real genuine! I left smiling from the experience! I really would have minded some regular apple slices, but instead they gave us diced apple slices, which are really small and if I hadn't noticed they were diced my child would've chocked on the apple slices. I also asked for buffalo and ketchup, they gave us none, not even a single ketchup packet. I asked they said it was in the bag, it wasn't. After waiting like 4 minutes without even being greeted or told to wait I finally get the drive thru attendants attention. I finally get some acknowledgment then I ordered a mchicken and McDouble and medium fry. They were out of deserts which is a big reason I even came. They're just like "second window" I ask for my total and then I hear them whine under their breathe "oh my fucking god" I said just said fuck it and drove off because that's rude as shit. Past couple of times my order has been wrong or something missing from the bag. Not sure if it's having a double drive-thru or a constant set of new hires but it seems tough to get a simple order correct. The food has been fairly consistent throughout the years, I come for a quick breakfast, and iced caramel coffee. Double drive-thru makes the line go faster, but maybe too fast for workers to handle the orders correctly. Also, I've seen some pissed off people (almost fights) in the drive-thru because someone went before them in line. I guess some people do not know how to take turns. So it's a gamble, sometimes you get lucky and you get in the good line that moves fast, other times you're stuck behind that lady who orders food for her family reunion and customizes each meal, patience. read more

I came here with a friend and there was a manager named vanessa there she was very rude to my friend and i. first we were waiting in line while she was taking orders and we were next in line she looked up at us gave us a dirty look and then quickly called another employee over to take our order instead of doing it herself after we ordered she then went back to taking orders herself so we knew it was on purpose. then while my friend and i were eating our food we would occasionally look over and we noticed she would be staring at us and telling her other coworkers things and then they would look over at us as well so we felt as if she was talking bad about us. then we noticed her and another employee were staring at us and giggling and while looking over at us vanessa then punched a happy meal box in her hand and we heard her say "i swear to god UGH!" and we took that as in she was threatening us with physical violence since her and her coworker were staring at us and had been for a long time. just poor service and hostile environment read more

I know these guys are not rated very highly but I have to say I've never been disappointed. The line is as busy as any other McDonald's and I have to say they are pretty speedy in the process. At the check out window I always see them double checking my order and making sure it's correct. One of the best things is when I ask for extra ketchup or sauce they are very generous, they don't look at me like I'm crazy for asking them or extra of anything. Fries are very hot, always made right before putting them in the bag and most importantly, the toys in the Happy Meals are always included and never forgotten. The guys at the first window always make good contact with my kids and say hello, wave to them and say nice things. It's the simple things for me, not just, "Go, go go get out of here, hurry, next!" These guys are efficient, double check and have great customer service. read more

They looked at me like I was a lunatic. Made me late to work. Never had the displeasure of meeting such incompetent workers. My husband and I went to get cheese burgers because we were craving McDonald's cheeseburgers. We order the #7 combo and asked for the burgers to have no ketchup because I am allergic to ketchup. The first cheeseburger was fine exactly as ordered but the second had ketchup. I purchased a Filet-O-Fish Meal at this location this afternoon and majority of the tarter sauce was on the inside of the box and not on my sandwich and of course I didn't find this out until I got home and was ready to eat. I think I may simply be having bad morning. I just went through the drive-thru to order a sandwich. I get to the window and attempt to use Apple Pay via my watch and the woman at the window sticks out the card ready but keeps moving it and pulling it back so arm can't reach the scanner.. either that or she believes my arms to be 5 feet long. I can assure you my arms are not that long; however, I would have benefited from freakishly long arms today or at least got my sandwich. I don't know what's up with this location, but it's always a hit or miss. But after today I don't plan on coming to this location again. I waited a long time in the drive thru and I don't know what was happening inside but it was completely stopped for 15 minutes. Some people don't have time to wait that long and could miss the chance to get breakfast. Stopped here on the way down from Palm Springs with a church group. And we don't want to seem too pushy and so we decided to just stick with the creamed and sugary coffee that we DIDN'T order. They ran out of soft serve and also we ordered 5 BLACK coffee's and 2 BLACK iced coffees and asked for 5 sugars and 5 creams ON THE SIDE. But they put it inside so we're stuck with sugary coffees and I'm currently not in the mood to complain or argue with anyone. Also I'm not sure what the grade is of this facility but while we were sitting at our table we saw a baby cockroach crawling around the floor. DISGUSTING! I have stopped by thru the drive thru on 2 different occasions to purchase gift cards for clients during COVID19. Unfortunately either the staff there is overworked, under trained or just plain lazy. I was told to pull up to the window to purchase gift cards then told I had to come inside once I got to the window. Then the cashier ok you can buy 3 but you have to have cash. The 2nd time I went I was told to go inside only to be ignored for 5 mins(yes 5 mins and I am a patient customer, I worked in the food industry before) The cashier finally comes up and when I ask for gift cards she looks around without moving 1 foot and says we don't have any. I expressed my frustration with their communication and she replies, "Okay have a nice day!" I know this time in our lives isn't easy and especially for those working in food service but it doesn't take much effort to give good customer service. Please avoid this location! Worst experience ever. I placed my order in the app, once in the location they didn't find my order in the system even when I show them the receipt. They told me to park on the side of the restaurant while my order was been made; I waited for 45 minutes and they never show up with my food. My brother and I have been to this McDonald's about 20 times now, usually visiting at night. Although the fries and nuggets aren't perfectly fresh, they're pretty good every time. I always order a sausage egg muffin with double egg and double sausage without cheese. It's always so fresh and my mouth is watering just talking about it. I've ordered the same from other McDonald's but for some reason this one is always consistent and amazing in comparison. Service isn't the greatest but it isn't bad either. Food always comes out quick. We will definitely be returning for years to come. read more
