Mc Donald's is like my frenemy, I hate it and I don't hate it at the same time. The burgers are horrible but I'm in love with their French fries! There nuggies are my go to and their mc flurries are magnificent.Recently I've gotten mc donald's French Fries but they are soo soggy and almost undercooked in a way. Mc Donald's frappes and smoothies are always too sweet and sometimes the food and drinks taste chemically. A new "green" McDonald's in Chino... Not really sure what the green is about. They're probably doing something that is good for the environment but they really should work on their customer service before they think of saving the world. I came here on a Tuesday night at around 9:15pm and it was packed. There's 2 lines for the drive thru, which is convenient. Also, they have 3 different windows to drive up to-- pay here & 2 pick up windows. Why 2 pick up windows? Just why. With that many people in line and so many windows to confuse everyone with, mistakes were bound to be made. Unfortunately, they managed to screw up mine and it took about 15 minutes just for my order alone. My order: 20 piece nuggets, large fries, large coke, 3 cookies, 1 chocolate covered strawberry frappe. (No, this wasn't all for me. Or was it?) What I got: 1 large diet coke. WTF?? The person totalllllly screwed up our order. She handed us the diet coke and slammed the window shut without saying anything else. We waited by the window for 2 minutes before she realized we were still waiting there. She said, "can I get you anything else?" We said, "yeah... The rest of our order?!" She was shocked. She began questioning us and got frazzled. The manager came and she was just as confused. Really? It can't be that hard to work at a fast food place! C'mon... We ended up handing her our receipt because they couldn't hurry up processing what happened. They slowly gave us our order piece by piece. First, the manager gave us our nuggets and fries in a bag. Cool. She slammed he window. Gave us our coke.... It was the wrong size. Handed it back to her and finally gave us the right size. She asked if we were missing anything else. We told her we needed the cookies and the frappe. She gave us the frappe and said, "have a good night!" -___- we told her, we need our 3 cookies. She said "oh!" Then gave it to us. A total of 15 minutes passed and the people behind us were getting pissed. Wasn't our fault! SHE HAD RHE RECEIPT IN HER HAND! Can she not read our order!? I'm pretty sure that to be the manager, knowing how to read is a prerequisite. Apparently not here since they relied on us to tell them our order, or else we wouldn't have gotten everything we paid for. I know this location is new, but this kind of customer service isn't acceptable, especially when it's extremely busy. This isn't a difficult job to do, but they struggled so much in giving us our order. 2 stars because this location is clean and new (for now). I receive better service at my usual, old, run down McDonald's, despite the fact that it's old. read more

Just a bad experience through and through. Part of my order was incorrect and the food just wasn't good. I know it's McDonald's but I have expectations for McDonald's too! My fries were cold, stale, bland, and tasteless, there was barely any salt. I had 2 filet-o-fishes and 1 had fish that was way too overdone and the other one had like over a tablespoon of mayo on it (I subbed tarter sauce) and I ordered a sweet tea which turned out to be regular tea. So I haven't gotten my food yet, but I'm hoping it's HOT off the grill cuz I've been waited a while. It takes this FAST FOOD restaurant no less than 15-20 mins to even take your money. As always, everytime i come to this location they always mess up my orders, the service is slow and some of the employees are rude. I decided to give them a few chances before i wrote my review but it is the same result all the time. My most recent visit here i ordered large fries and they were stale, along with my big mac which had old hard meat on it. It seriously makes me wonder if the people working here even care what they serve to customers. Anyway, i would just stay away from this location just to avoid the bad experience and go spend my money somewhere else. It's not that I don't know how to use the Kiosk but rather try to go to the counter because I see the Kiosk replacing future jobs. 2/26/2018. At 9:35 pm I got served a cold coffee today going through the drive through. How do you mess that up?

I'm starving waiting for my shift to end to get food.. I go to this Mc Donald's order a $5 quarter pounder with only cheese in a lettuce wrap to get my food at the window with the manager laughing and goofing around with her staff about another employee's car doors instead of focusing on my food order double checked with the person who made my food that is in fact what I ordered they guaranteed it was the only thing they got right was the lettuce! they gave me a chicken sandwich that was breaded I paid five dollars for a dollar sandwich . I've called the business five times since recognizing their mistake and no answer it is now midnight and I am 30 minutes away from that location still hungry and furious and of course still on able to reach someone by phone. I demand a refund! the sandwich was even cold! The cheese didn't melt!! Today I called again and spoke to GM. He was very helpful and agreed to full refund. read more
