I had such a great experience at Chipotle on Mother's Day. My mother-in-law placed a very large order for our family, and when we arrived to pick it up, the employee helping us went above and beyond. Instead of just handing us the bags and sending us on our way, he took the time to pull everything out and carefully go over the order with us to make sure everything was correct. He was incredibly friendly, polite, and patient during the whole interaction. He even helped carry the order out to our car, which was so appreciated considering how much food we had. We later found out that the person helping us was actually the GM, Jaquess Harmon. You can really tell when someone genuinely cares about customer service and their team. Rude. And thieves. I ordered 2 chicken bowls and asked that my chicken be put on my grandsons bowl. That was done and nothing was said by the employee. At 7 pm they were out of vegetables. I paid for the 2 meals and checked my receipt and was charged $9.15 for his bowl plus $3.60 for extra chicken on his meal and I was charged $9.15 for a veggie bowl. When I talked to the manager she said that was correct and wasn't going to do anything about it. Rude employees and do not care about customer service. How in the heck am I supposed to eat a Chipotle salad without a fork. I ordered an online order for carry out and picked it up 10 minutes later. Since I was working I had planned to eat in my car and continue my day. So I pulled into an empty parking lot opened the sealed carry out bag and "Wala" no fork , no napkins. I was like WTF. I proceeded to open the tin cover on my salad thinking maybe the utensils were placed with the salad itself. Nope wasn't there either. I then discovered they put corn and onions on it against my selected options. Try picking out 30 pieces of corn out of a salad. I had to drive 10 minutes back to my office to get utensils. Delhi Chipotle definitely dropped the ball today and I'm going to "Karen " it up and let it known. Absolutely amazing service! I informed the staff member at the front of the line of my food allergy and he went and washed his hands and changed his gloves. The other employee overheard and asked me what I typically order and he removed and replaced all of the serving spoons in those dishes without me even asking! Absolutely made my day! The food is always delicious. We have eaten here probably twice a week for the last 6 years and have had times that things were amiss (just a few times just like everywhere else) but overall we love Delhi Chipotle. I paid $34 and some change to receive the bare minimum of my order. My only question is does Chipotle headquarters take food portions out of the employees' checks?? Because I do not for the life of me understand why I'm paying for double portions in my meal to only receive 1/4 cup of what I paid for. I know Chipotle does not care where I spend my money, but this will be the last time I order from this location. Decided to go to spend last gift card. We ordered off the app since we I didn't feel the best. They were late preparing our order, my bowl was missing guac, veggies, and sauce. My wife's bowl was missing veggies guac sauce and lettuce. Then our chips were cold and stale. Chipotle should not be able to charge 15 for a menu item for horrible food that is missing. The workers should not make more than minimum wage if they can't prepare an order. This has to be the worst Chipotle. Since we had more than four orders we were told we had to fill out a fax order sheet. But first we had to wait in line until we got to to the cashier. We filled out the order sheet and had to wait another 15 minutes for our food. No apologies from the moron manager with the gauges for waiting. When we got home, we were missing a burrito. I guess he couldn't count to six. I went back to get it and still no apology from the moron manager. Next time we will go to Glenway Crossing. Very poor customer service. For being a new restaurant, you would think they would try a little harder. Love love love this chipotle the staff are over the top friendly and go beyond to make sure customer satisfaction is met. I love how when I walk in they greet me with a small. I've been coming to this since its opened and am now known as a "normal". For being a "normal" every once in a while they give you these coupons for buy one get one free on bowls and burritos. They almost know my order every time I walk in. The short conversation we have makes the process even faster. Nothing but the best of compliment to management and staff . The food is excellent every time....and I mean every time! I've never been treated rudely or ridiculously. Place can get busy during midnoon but it's so worth the wait. The customer service and great food make up for waiting times. The guys over at the chipotle in Clifton across from the hospital could learn a lot from a these guys at this chipotle. read more

This location gives very small portions, but honestly it's probably a more appropriate portion than the giant ones elsewhere. The issue is whether or not they actually have what you want. Most times after waiting in a line out the door because the service is so slow I come to find they are out of essentials. They are often out of steak but on my two most recent visits they were out of rice (both kinds) and today they had no forks. I don't know why I continue to torture myself. I've been to this location 3 times since they opened. The food portions are mediocre & the quality of the food is inconsistent. The service staff is nice enough but the manager is unyielding with customers that may want a little more protein. I witnessed him give a ridiculous reason to a customer who wanted a few more cubes of chicken on her burrito bowl that was only going to get rice, lettuce, & chicken. He wanted to charge her for another full portion of chicken. If you go to this location, don't be surprised if the portions are smaller than normal, your order is incorrect & you have to wait for the kitchen staff to restock an item on the line before your burrito is able to be finished. read more

I will NOT go to this location again! I work in the service industry so I have a soft spot for this business, but this was ridiculous. There were 3 people in front of us in line and it took about 30 mins to get thru the line and get our food. There was 1 guy working the line, 1 person doing carry out orders (not consistently busy, but standing around otherwise) and 3 guys cleaning! Mind you, it was at least 2 hours before they close and 1 guy scraped the grill for the entire time, 1 guy washed counters, then stood around and 1 cashier that apparently couldn't do anything other than cash people out. The one guy on the line was new, but doing his best. Poor guy. No one ever offered any help and when I asked if he was the only one that could work the line, he said no, the other guy was on break! The whole time we were there?! My question, where in the world was the manager? Or hello, owner?? The man I spoke to in line in front of me said this is consistently how this location is. 3/9/21 - OMG ... talk about utter chaos - that was what Chipotle in Delhi was last night. I am surprised not to see other bad reviews from last night because people were asking for refunds and complaining left and right last night at this place. There was definitely NO leadership-NO management! Online orders were off the chain, there was no chicken, no fajita veggies, the place was complete disarray and the there was like a 20-person pile up/back up of the online people waiting for food. There were 2 workers who were doing their best while the rest just stood around like a deer in headlights. Absolute craziness and only 2 out of 7 or so folks trying to get things under control. Never going to that Chipotle again! The Manager should be reprimanded and/or fired as far as I'm concerned. read more
