Location is awful. (Side note - From the 405 north exit , you'll likely miss the first left turn ) By a Costco gas station. Leaving to get on the 405 north is dangerous and a terrible setup without a light intersection. Trying to turn left on the street is nightmare. For those two reasons , would never return. Inconsistent hours, not accurate with the 24hrs. Nights closed when their website/location states 24hrs. Not only that but when they're open til around 10/11, food is old and cold or sometimes just warm. We got the 2 Big Mac special , 20 chicken nuggets and 2 medium fries deal with 2 sodas. We requested for fresh nuggets meaning the nuggets are being cooked fresh not precooked it. It tasted Stale and not fresh. The Big Mac was okay but it was lacking the sauce. They didn't put much sauce in the big mac as much. The soda tasted weird and lacking syrup. Worst McDonald's ever. They advertise that they are open 24hrs and this morning at 4:40 am there was a line of 3-4 cars just waiting at the drive through speaker and no one would take any orders. Lights were dim as if no one was there. After 10 minutes of waiting and no one taking orders we all decided to leave. As I drove towards the exit heading into Washington st, you can actually see employees inside doing nothing. This sucks considering that the fast food industry just got a raise and yet still can't do the simplest of tasks. Don't even have the decency to tell people "wait one moment please".
