I accidentally left my debit card at home and didn't realize it until I was already at the window. Again another great On and Out. The employees are always happy and smiling. No matter how long the line is inside or on the driverhru they move everyone through as quickly as possible. The burgers are always consistent in flavor and always hot and fresh. I am not a fan of the fries but I do like the animal fries every now and then. My favorite is the late night grilled cheese with extra raw onion. My son prefreyhis double double with grilled and raw onions. Ample seating inside as well as a few tables and chairs on the outdoor patio. Lots of parking too. So far don't think we've met an In and Out we don't like (their shakes are tasty too!!!) read more

Monday afternoon I went to in n out to pick up dinner for my family. I was extremely disappointed in the service I received through the drive thru. The worker (Ari) handed my food without telling me what was in the box nor did she greet me at the window. The fries were good. Staff were very nice. Service was quick. They usually get 5 stars. But, there new policy of only doing there burgers medium well. The me it seams like well done. Is over cooked. I think I will have to find a new place. They have always been very good. But, now they only over cook their meat. It was between three and four stars. For the first time I came to the drive-through at 4:30 and there was no line! I love In-N-Out because you can customize the burger. I always get a double double with no salt on the patty, ketchup with mustard instead of sauce with pickles! I really love that I can get a burger without extra salt because I'm sensitive to salt! I don't understand how In-N-Out could get anything but 5 stars? I walked over here from the Embassy Suites. I ordered my double-double with well done fries and a chocolate shake. I took a bite and the burger was well seasoned, the lettuce and tomato was crisp, the hot/cold bite was sooooooo goooood. All that went into my mind was WHAT HAPPENED TO EVERYONE ELSE???? You know that the other fast food stuff used to be like this.... but they are not! This place ROCKS! I devoured my double-double and after that. I KNEW I could eat another.... but you know.... uh gotta make like I am holding back. I got a single and it was not quite as good, but it was still better than any other place!!!!! I never like leaving bad reviews, but I'm genuinely upset with the In-N-Out in Downey. The last five times I've gone through the drive-thru, my order has been messed up every single time--missing fries I was charged for, forgotten shakes, something always. Tonight was the last straw. I ordered two Double-Double plain combo meals (literally the exact same order for both). One burger came with cheese, and the other one came without cheese. How does that happen? On top of that, the buns were black/burnt. I hate to write this, but quality control seriously needs attention. You know what you're getting at In-N-Out. This one is no exception. Fresh lettuce and tomato, never frozen patties, blah blah. Inside has some seating, though it's on the smaller side. Same with the parking lot - enough for ~3 dozen vehicles. Some parts are coned off to redirect drive-thru traffic, making for some tight turns and maneuvering. read more

My wife and I enjoy the hamburgers and Double Double Cheeseburger and the fries from In-N-Out for many years. Every time we stop at any In-N-Out we can smell of the aroma of fresh cook fries and the smell of freshly cook meat pattys from the sizzling grill when we step in the restaurant. I enjoy the Double Double Cheeseburger very much especially if order Animal style including the fries adding Animal Style to you burgers or fries will make a difference of flavors. From the " get go" when I arrived approximately 12:15 am Friday morning 8-22-2025 at In n Out in Downey, after ordering my food, I looked for a table to sit and wait for my order to stay and enjoy my food, the conditions of all the dining room tables were horribly dirty, had to clean one in order to sit down. Another customer was doing the same thing across from me. Then after I ate my delicious double-double. So after I ate i needed to use the men's restroom, and wow, the bathroom was so filthy, trash all over the floor inside the stall, the toilet itself full of poop, just plain nasty. The other stall was in the same condition. Poor management at its worst, and I won't be going back to this one anytime soon. read more

I love coming this location. They're always friendly and get the order right if you're a wheelchair user they even bring the food to your table and our concerned that you are treated with the highest respect I love the fact that they're always aware of people in need of help and will bring the food to people, who are wheelchair users because it is hard to carry your tray to your table. They always make sure that you're well taken care of so thank you for your support wheelchair community. One of the best places to get a burger, I like my bigger big so I get a double double with two extra pattys. Pro tip vege's are free so add to your own delight. I like to get grilled onions and pickles.but if you ask for extra lettuce and tomato it's like getting a salad in your burger. Shakes are great you can get all three flavors in one shake it called a Neapolitan. To cut down on how much sugar in my diet I usually get an extra large ice tea, which is unsweetened. Went to this location around 6:30 today went in the drive through.. got our food and when we got home we realized we weren't given our burgers instead we got 8 fry's so that explained why they gave us 2 boxes. Super friendly service. I paid over $5 for a Hot Cocoa and a Chocolate Milkshake. I will say, if you love rich chocolate desserts, mix the two together, and you'll have a fun time. It is always super busy during these holidays. Small parking lot and busy drive-thru. Restroom was super clean and you can even adjust the water temperature on the faucet.
