So good ! Sometimes costumer services is bad but fast food restaurants is like that!!

First time at this location. It's close to my work, and I had a discount code through T-Mobile for a free Ultimate Cheeseburger, so I decided to stop by. I placed my order on the app for the free burger and a side of fries. When I got to the drive-thru, I told them I was picking up an online order. At the pick-up window, the young girl didn't know what my order was and quoted me a completely different one. I explained it was an app order and gave her my name. She closed the window without a word and disappeared. After about a minute, she came back, handed me my bag, and closed the window again. There was no greeting, no confirmation, no basic interaction at all. I know it's fast food, but a little courtesy goes a long way. The food was fine, but the service left a bad impression. read more

Went for a quick lunch @ Jacks and the customer service that i received was impressive. The staff was so patient and went above and beyond. I wish i had asked for her name so i could mention it. i went to the drive thru around noon-ish on a Friday. Whoever you are, you made my day so much better. read more

Went through drive-thru and was asked to park outside and they will bring food out to me even though no cars behind me. So I'm waiting like 10 min when the cashier comes outside to tell me my card declined although I was already given my drink. So I went in and showed the manager my bank statement on my phone that I indeed was charged I felt embarrassed for them to say it was declined in front of other customers I had to basically beg them to give me the food. I would give 0 star of I could. This place sucks. I ordered my food using the app 15 minutes before I went to pick up. I needed to wait 10 more minutes after i got there. It took 25 minutes total to get my food. The food was out when I got there I could see, but it's been sitting there for more than 10 minutes because no one cared even if i asked to check if my order is out. Went to the Drive-Thru Jack in the Box at Commerce & ordered the Fish Sand. Combo for $3.99. A good deal with a small drink and French Fries. I like this Fish Sandwich better than McDonald's. The fries here are good also. Marcus took my order. Updated on 03/20/17: Came back to this location in Commerce. This time I went inside to order the BOGO Jumbo Jack from their survey promo & also wanted to try the new Panko Onion Rings. Restaurant was not busy at 1:15. Maria took my order. She was friendly, but the Carry Out order took some time. The Jumbo Jack is still a solid choice. The Onion Rings were O.K., but a bit greasy. The dining area was dirty and many napkin dispensers were empty or low. I saw an employee in the dining area, but not sure if she was just ending her break. This Jack in the box is the reason why knowing they get paid $20 an hour now pisses me off. I genuinely feel like they hire the most incompetent workers, I didn't even finishing my order because I had to drive off. Stopped in for a bite. Hey, the new breakfast pockets are pretty tasty but what we REALLY needed was some coffee. Early morning drive in this chilly weather. My wife got her coffee and immediately told me it was burned. I'm less picky so I tried mine. Yeeeth! I reported the coffee tasted old and burnt. Lil wisenhimmer (Marcus) behind the counter tells me it was fresh so theres nothing wrong with it. What ever happened to the customer being right or how about a little courteous customer service? Taking my wife across the street for some 7-11 brew just to get that nasty bitter after taste out of our mouths. Advice: Smell your coffee before walking away. Don't get stuck paying for swill. I came here today for the "new" blue cheese rib-eye burger. The burger was so tiny and the bun was not the same buns as advertised. Then the horrible thing happened, I got diarrhea about an hour after eating the damn thing. I'm at work and running in and out of the restroom is not pretty. I like that this location has the newer Coke beverage machines so the possibilities are endless. They also bring your order to your table which is nice touch on their part. I stick to the a la carte menu so I can make my own combo at a cheaper price. It also cuts the calories if you don't get the fries which is the hardest thing to do to be honest. Speedy and clean so I keep coming back. Oh, and the Sriracha Sourdough burger is dissapointingly bland and lacks heat. read more

This is a nice clean JITB in a sketchy part of town where there's more big rig trucking related businesses than restaurants. I found this location while driving side streets to avoid the 5 Freeway which has a tendency to turn into something of a parking lot on Friday nights.
