I can't, for the life of me, figure out why they closed the McDonalds in Damascus in favor of this one on HWY 212. This location is hard to get into because of the Space Age next door. I decided to go today to get a drink. I got to the drive through speaker but no-one took my order, even though they were taking orders on the second drive through speaker. I went to the window to order and finally got my drink. It was WRONG. I had to go inside to get it replaced. They IGNORE people inside. I finally got a replacement drink, but it was WRONG for the second time. I had to wait again inside for someone to replace the drink the third time and finally got it right. One man inside said he waited 20 minutes to get his breakfast order. Another man walked out because he had been ignored for too long. This place is poorly managed and should be closed. Re-open the one in Damascus. DON'T GO TO THIS LOCATION. GO to the one on Sunnyside instead. read more

Food is ALWAYS wrong, got a hot honey rub chicken sandwich only issue with it was, there was only a bun and chicken so, where's the rest??? Not to mention I also had to go back in inside to get a cheeseburger replaced that was wrong. They forgot to put the beef patty on my cheeseburger and I was waiting in the drive thru for a really long time with only one car infront of me. The lady working the window seemed to be the only person working. I felt bad for her since she was wearing a brace on her left arm and having a hard time just handing the food in general. This used to be my go to McDonald's as it is close to my house. But within the last couple of months this place has seriously taken a turn for the worse. I have a vehicle being fixed in the area and decided to have a lunch and wait at McDonald's. I went inside and a woman that appeared to be the manager was working the cash register. I said "Hi" and I received nothing in return. Not even a smile. I ordered and she didn't look up and no eye contact. I was the only one with an order and it came out fast. Apparently the burger must of been precooked. It wasn't that good. But then again... its fast food. I noticed the ice cream case was filthy as well as the container with the cones in it. Yuck! This location half asses it way to much. Yesterday was the last straw. We got fries that were cold and stale. I don't mean a couple of hours stale these were nasty old fries. We each ate one fry and had to toss the rest it was disgusting and made me feel uncomfortable about even eating the burgers. We ended up giving the burgers patties to the dogs. Don't order a quarter pounder unless you want it raw. I thought my new co-workers were joking that they always came our raw here. Then I saw it in action a couple weekends ago. See the photo. I thought maybe it was a late at night thing, but that photo was mid afternoon. Since then, I've seen 4 more raw ones at work. Everyone just microwaves their burgers for 2 minutes to save the trouble. That ridiculous. Also, drive thru is weirdly slow. I get that in the middle of the night I'll need to wait because no employee will be running a legend order out to a car. Arrived to an empty drive-thru a 24 hour drive thru.... After hours. Ordered, paid and at 15 plus minutes for my order of fries and 3 McChicken.. I got the lady's attention. This is a horrible place to eat ordered a big Mac they tell me they have no Big Mac sauce. After some discussion about the lack of product I ended up talking to the manager still got nowhere wouldn't even give me a free small fry for my inconvenience of ordering a Big Mac with NO signature sauce. ****DONT LET YOUR KIDS PLAY AT THE PLAY PLACE*** My 4 year old daughter played at the play place last week and got f-ing LICE. I know for a fact t was from there because we haven't left my house in a month since I've been beyond sick and no one in my house has them. I spilled a pop on the floor in the playland and it took these guys over 25 minutes to clean it up after i went to the counter and asked for a mop so i could do it myself. Even the teenager assigned to mop the floor preferred to text his friend rather than clean up the mess. If it weren't for us being here for a birthday party I would have left before buying our meal. Food is always good (relatively speaking). Service has gone down hill. Seems to be a lot of new people working the drive thru and it often takes 10 - 15 min before you get your food. Open 24 hours which is nice but I wish they'd get it together with the service. read more

A typical McDonald's, as far as fast food joints go. I am not a huge fan of McD's, but sometimes I just need a cheap breakfast as I head from Point A to Point B in the morning when I am too lazy to go through the effort of having a box of cereal before hand. I generally grab two things their dollar menu for breakfast, a sausage McMufffin and a sausage burrito. Once in a while the English muffin is a tad soggy, but most of the time it is a-ok The staff is pleasant and I have never had a snafu with the drive-through. I still find it odd...that an orange juice can cost more that two breakfast items...so kooky! read more
