Went today to get something fast and cheap. The food was pretty good, I only got the free nuggets from the app. They didn't seem to have the chili nugget sauce hopefully they will have it again. Service was decent, seemed like they were a bit robotic in nature (kiosk). The ambiance was decent as well, even though I always take it to go. read more

Felt the need to update this review as I'm really shocked as to why they have such a low rating. I've rarely had an error on my order and the place is super clean inside. They now revamped the whole space and you can order through kiosks inside and you get table service to your booth! The drive thru always moves quickly and now they have two different lines. Since the renovation I only ever see one line because they are churning people in and out of there so quickly. It's a McDonald's so the rating is in comparison to other fast food places... They are consistent and quick. Service is never an issue either. read more

I went in this morning to your facility and left upset because the wrong drink was given. I ordered a frappe and in result, I got an iced coffee. I know my frappes because I always order them but to deny me and agree, worker was arguing with me saying I ordered a caramel mocha. Yeah on the kiosk it says caramel mocha frappe. I ordered the same drink yesterday and got the right one. I decided to take what was given because I'm not going to keep arguing over this incorrect item. Then when I was trying to get their attention, one worker in the back was talking to the male drive thru agent in Spanish saying people were at the counter. He must have responded but with his back facing me and another customer who said her drink was wrong. I yelled yeah I speak Spanish too. But the female cashier or worker kept disagreeing with me about my drink. I just said you know what forget it I'll just make sure to report a negative review for terrible customer service. I ended up throwing out the drink because it was made incorrectly due to the ingredients being done wrong. I worked in McDonalds as a first job and never had I treated customers like this. read more

The food was fine but was obviously rushed. There was definitely not enough workers, and some of the workers were rude to the costumers.

I personally wouldn't choose to visit a McDonald unless: I was: A- hungover B- dying of hunger C- seriously drunk or seriously depressed D- the kids I used to nanny for begged me and I am a pushover E- I get a wild hair up my a$! and want a egg white McMuffin sub for sausage in the morning because I drank to much wine the night before. In this case it was D, those kids could talk me into anything! I was visiting from out of town and the request came through from McDonald's! I finally gave into them on the last day of watching them for a week. This location was close to their home and also had a play area, so it checked all the boxes. Although this was a typical McDonald's experience it was lacking some fundamental things but I don't think it is worthy of a one star rating. 1- they were out of straws 2- The lights in the play area were turned off Other then that everything what status quo. I see why they have one and a half stars which should be less. my order number was 1324, a chicken sandwich with no pickles. They gave me chicken sandwich number 1928 with three strips of bacon. I do not eat pork!! I called to speak to the manager. He said his name was Edgar, but was rude, saying "what's up" he didn't want to give me his name either. This has to by far be the worst Mickey D's around, never seen so many mistakes, constantly forgets to give you things, the other day, I ordered 1 happy meal, so I see the bill and I say you charged me for 2, the girl in charge says "Well, I can give you 3 sandwiches to make up difference", NO, just want my money back, why would I want me more food. That was just pure laziness, none the less I was refunded, get all the way home, they forgot the apple juice for the happy meal. This area is always packed. I've recently had the quarter pounder since they started the new advertising about fresh, never frozen meat. Honestly I'm SHOCKED at these poor reviews. I am in no way a fan of McDonald's or fast food in general but I was STARVING and really wanted some French fries so I decided to stop here on my way home after my night class. Honestly, how high are your expectations of McDonald's? Literally cut those expectations in half and you won't be disappointed. Like seriously, it's McDonald's not a 5 star restaurant. Anyways, the food is as expected. Hot, greasy, gross, but oh so delicious at the same time. The staff was friendly. Not overly friendly like Chick-fil-A but friendly enough. They asked me to park and wait for my food since it wasn't ready. I literally waited a total of 90 seconds for my food. And that was totally ok with me because I got a fresh batch of chicken tenders and fries! I haven't been inside but what I could see from the window was a clean establishment. I have been to fast food places in the past where I did have to wait a long time for my food or I ordered something (like a milkshake) and paid for it only to be told the machine is broken. I have not experienced that at this location and I've been here 4 times this year. read more

As much as I enjoy going to this McDonalds I'm afraid to say the inconsistencies are the only reason for the mediocre rating. The food usually comes out hot and cooked to my liking. Unfortunately, they can never get my order right and there always seems to be an issue with management. Food wise, the chicken nuggets are usually golden and juicy and taste somewhat fresh. The fries are usually salty and crispy just as I like them. The burgers need an improvement as they almost taste microwaved when they should taste like they're coming off the grill. Many times I have asked for my quarter pounder or Big Mac without sauce and I've gotten it drenched in ketchup or mayo. Several times I left the establishment missing half my order and management has given me an attitude. A few times they've told me to pull up to the pick up lane and I've had to exchange items. The people working the register and delivering the food are much more pleasant and probably the only reason why I go back. There are plenty of McDonalds in the area, if you experience similar issues please move on. read more

Went tonight to get a quick meal before work and had a horrible experience. First I tried to order a McChicken with no mayo and was told sorry they are pre-made. After saying something to the gentleman about an allergy with mayo was when he decided to make me one. So I was a little happier with the service and thinking to myself I'm going to get fresh food. This is my third time stopping in here and my last! They have yet to get my order correct. Today I ordered a 2 piece chicken tenders, medium fries, and a large ice coffee with sugar, light milk. WTF is so hard to get a correct food order. Not only that but my milk with a haze of coffee just angered me. When I asked if I could have another one made correctly I was told by the kid in the drive through NO, but I can shake it for you. If my coffee is white, and I asked for light milk. What is so hard about that??? Now the rest of the order.... I had received no fries, a chicken mozzarella sandwich, and a double cheese burger. If I wanted someone to choose my food for me I would go to my mothers house so I could be treated like a child. I pay for this food. Why do I not get what I thought I paid for. When I pointed this out to the kid at the window he said I could pull around and he could get a manager. But it would take a while because he does not know where he is. Now I tried this milk/ coffee concoction they gave me and it's a good thing I'm not diabetic. I think I would have gone into sugar shock. This is the first time I actually had to throw my drink out. Warning! Employees at this location are not wearing gloves and improperly wearing masks at the drive thru. I inquired with the manager, who also approached the car with his mask below his nose, (never pulling it up) and said they "aren't required to wear gloves since they're just touching the bags and not making the food."
