Every single order I've done from this specific McDonald's has not put the sauces in the bag. How hard is it to check if the bag has the sauces? Came at about 10:50 at night it's now 11:39 and I have been sitting in the drive through line along about 4 or 5 other cars no orders have been placed until I called the store of course no answer but crazy how after I tried to call orders start being taken anyways I sit in the line for 30 minutes if not more and sit at the order speaker for about 10 more minutes for finally get my order taken. Employees sound as if they are irritated people are eating here as if it's not a fast food place??? Open to the public?? At night ?? On top of that she continues to ask "that's all for you" as if I haven't waited near 40 minutes in the line to Order a few McDoubles, fries, and 2 drinks. Sit waiting on my food for another 6-7 minutes to get to the window and pay 26$ for my food after I've waited on McDonald's for 45-50 minutes... it's McDonald's fast and friendly?? It was not giving that at all. Employees and laughing on phones and enjoying there time and I understand wanting to have a fun time at work or whatever because I work in fast food but the fact that there is multiple cars in the drive through and this is going on is crazy to me.and not to mention did not even fill my drinks up fully. FILTHY and SLOW inside. Maybe ok if you use the drive through only? We stopped in to try and grab a quick breakfast around 9:45 on a Thursday. There was nobody at the counter so we used the screens to order. No issues. We got our number and tried to find a clean table. EVERY table was dirty. There was food and liquid on the tables, chairs, and floor. The floor was super greasy. I tried to find napkins but none were available. Only behind the counter, but nobody was there so we had to wait to get some and clean our own table. Some tables were even marked with signs they had been sanitized, although that was clearly not true. Tons of fries to be found so these messes were most likely from the night before. Our food came out after about 10 minutes. The bathroom didn't have any soap, when we tried to wash our hands because no napkins came with our food. Will constantly mess up orders in the drive-thru (I don't go in anymore since that takes forever as no one is manning the counter) and when you pull back around to have them correct it, they give you the hardest time. We were told to pull ahead and wait for our smoothie. The speed of the drive thru, at least on Sunday morning, was at least 5 minutes at the speaker, not including before and after ordering food. The parking lot was worse than a landfill. It appeared to not have been cleaned for over 24 hours. Don't offer lattes, etc unless you're prepared to have them available. The food was lukewarm at best and if we order sauces we expect to have them in the order. We also ordered sugar and cream for the coffee and didn't receive sugar. The drive thru attendant does not seem to be aware McDonald's has a drive thru app with a drive thru code. That was an experience to explain to her.
