This was the worst McDonalds I ever visited. The prices are ridiculous. They do not charge according to the menu board. The customer service from staff is terrible. I think all customer service staff should go through training. These workers will not give you syrup for hotcakes even when asked to. I wish I could give them a zero. December 17th, 2023. I stopped by this McDonald's around 6:40pm after seeing a movie. We arrived made our order through the drive thru and arrived to the window. I ordered two number 7's with large fries and drinks. Asked for EXTRA onions and EXTRA pickles on all 4 burgers. I also asked for EXTRA sauce. I received the food fast which would have been appreciated if the burgers were made correctly and items weren't missing. 1st, when I looked in the bag 1 of the 2 large fries were missing and all the EXTRA sauce was also missing. So I let the window worker know and he apologized for it and made sure we got it. I thought all was well and made my way home which was a 30 minute drive. I opened the burgers and ALL OF THEM had NO onions and NO pickles. Hence the reason why I am leaving this review. I feel bad for the window workers because I assume they are the ones that have to deal with the mad customers because the employees who assemble the sandwiches are making mistakes. I don't know if this is because of inadequate training or pure laziness but the management should really do a better job at making sure the employees are doing their job correctly. I would not recommend for anyone to come to this McDonald's if you wish to have a correct order at least not during the evening shift. read more

It's just like every time I come to this McDonald's, I'm reminded of why I tell myself not to come here. I was the only one in the drive through and sat at the window for approximately 10 minutes just for them to take my payment. I did take into account that it was 1:00 am, and the food was probably made to order so at least I'd be getting fresh, hot food. I was wrong. My food was cold. So like what were you doing for those 10 minutes while I sat at the window? Also, I used Apple Pay and noticed the employee wasn't wearing gloves when I handed her my phone. She then took it to the first window while I continued to sit and wait at the second window for even longer. It was over a minute until she came back with my phone, which I know doesn't seem like a long time, but when all you have to do is literally scan it, you should return the customer's phone before doing anything else, right? We don't expect a lot from y'all but you sure know how to keep disappointing us. read more

My family and I waited in the left lane for 10min. While the right lane served 6 cars. We wanted to leave but couldn't due to cars coming through the other lane and having many cars behind us. When the person finally took our order, he was very rude and said "Can't do that for ya" after we read off the menu. I recommend finding a different McDonald's read more

I give two stars because they were open for dining in. We had gone to two other restaurants both of which had closed dining rooms. So we ended up at McDonalds. I work late and walk home while using Lyft to get around. Occasionally, I want food, so I would run into this McDonald's. Out of nowhere, however, this place started locking their doors at 10 pm, when it says dining hours are until 11 on the door. I was sitting at the front counter waiting for someone to take my order and had the manager and everyone else ignore me. One of the cooks came up and said I'm sorry ma'am no ones helped you let me take your order. Went back up there and they gave him the same cold big mac with raw cold meat on it. so he asked for a refund. I called and talked to the so called manager jasmine. She was rude, Unapologetic, and had really poor customer service skills. Needless to say she hung up on me on the phone. So I went up there to get her supervisors phone number in which she refused to give it to me and made me buy something on the menu just to get a receipt with the phone number on it. It wouldn't have took her two seconds to get the phone number for me and she refused to give me my money back when I got the phone number. She proceeded to hide in the back of the store to avoid talking to me and threatened to call the cops on me just because I wanted a refund for a receipt that they made me buy. I've never in my life dealt with such poor customer service and a poorly-run establishment. So if you're ever in Clarksville Tennessee the McDonald's on Wilma Rudolph is Thousands times better and you'll get great customer service there. If I could give it no stars I would. The drive thru is absolutely horrible. More than once I was told they are not taking orders. The menu screen wasn't working for over a week. Went by last night and the standard line was not having orders taken. People were driving off ahead of me and I didn't know what was going on until I got to the speaker. Went through the drive-through. Asked for a sausage burrito with extra cheese. Was told that they are premade and that they couldn't do it for me. I can go to all the other McDonald's that are further away closer to where I work and not my home and get a sausage burrito with extra cheese. So then I call in and ask a manager why this can't be done said they don't have anybody who knows how to make sausage burritos on duty..... This is the 6th time I have tried to get a sausage burrito with cheese from them... And they say that can't make them each time. Hate that this one is the one that's closest on to me. My wife and I were in a hurry. The drive-thru was full, so we came in the restaurant to get it to go. We told the cashier that we wanted our Double Quarters with cheese without onion, and repeated the order to us when we were finished (including telling us that we wanted no onions). While we waited, I noticed on the order board that the cashier ordered our sandwiches with onion. I told the expediter what we needed as she was trying to give us our bag. She immediately told the line what we needed. Right after that the cashier yelled that she needed pennies now. The manager was no where around, so the expediter left her station to get the keys for what the cashier needed. By this time my wife was furious. She left slamming the door on the way out. With a smirk, the cashier asked if my wife was angry. I blew her off telling the cashier that she had a bad day. About 2 minutes later, the expediter came back with the keys and the manager. The expediter got the pennies she needed. When she went back to her station, she discovered that our sandwiches were not even started. After the sandwiches were made, the manager gave me the order, and apologized. From when we walked into the building until I left the building with our order, it took between 15-20 minutes. Look, I don't expect much from any fast food place, and I usually look on the bright side when I write reviews. But this was pretty exceptionally disappointing. About 7pm on a Thursday. Ordered a combo meal (Artisan Chicken Sandwich) and simply said "can I have the number (whatever it was) with cheese, please?" and what I ended up with were some vaguely warm, old fries, and the sandwich ... minus EVERYTHING but a bun, some chewy chicken, and a slice of cheese slapped on there. Now, I don't know if you're aware, but *generally* the Artisan Chicken Sandwich is a little more, ahem, artisanal. Look guys, I get that it's fast food. But even here I don't think "with cheese, please" should mean "nothing but cheese". This is a fairly new location; I had kind of hoped the staff and management might be motivated to at least meet the standard of, you know... maybe making sure your food is what you ordered. Savage is all I can say about most of these reviews. Personally I do not think that this deserves a 1 star rating, but I do believe that this place needs some help. Recently, they have seemed more on point than what they have been. Most of my stars come from the service. Even though they do mess up, they seem to be very nice about it. I have not had an issue once with customer service, and i do go here a lot. If they mess up, and the Gods know that they will, they are not rude and more than willing to help you out. As for the quality of food, it is okay at best. Sometimes it looks picture perfect and other times it looks like it was thrown together. I know this is a fast food restaurant, but if they just took a little bit of time preparing the food it would make customers more happy! Now the reason for the most star loss. It is getting the order right. Once again, SLOW down and make sure the order is right. This establishment needs to have one person checking the food because almost every time something is missing or it is completely wrong. I would recommend coming here, just make sure you have ALL of your order before you leave because if you don't, that is your fault lol. I say judge this place for yourself, don't let the other reviews deter you. read more

This McDonald's is the worst.... Every time I come here, it requires long waits. Then when you get your food, it is cold... you would think with the high amount of traffic they get, the food would be fresh and hot. Today I waited about 7-8 minutes and when I got home which is about 2 minute drive, my food was cold and they didn't even give me enough BBQ sauce for a 6 piece tender and 10 piece chicken nugget. I usually go through the drive thru at this location one morning every weekend for a breakfast sandwich and a coffee. I did this today, and ordered two sandwiches and two drinks. I paid, went to pickup window #1 and got my drinks. After a few minutes, the employee asked me to pull to the 2nd window. I told her that there was already a car at window #2, and I'll pull forward when they are out of the way. They moved shortly after, and so did I. After waiting another 5 minutes, and seeing the 5th car behind me at window #1 get their order, I knocked on the window. The employee opened the window, I asked if they had forgotten about me. She asked what I ordered, then brought a manager over with the same question. After 2-3 additional minutes, the manager brings my order. She informs me that I had been forgotten about because someone else likely got my order. Poor service once again from a fast food joint in the area. Just call it "cheap" food instead of "fast", you aren't saving me much time anymore. read more
