Not sure about the other reviews but I came here for dinner and breakfast and each time my food was very fresh and extremely yummy! And the workers were very nice each time. The location is in a very easy in and easy out plaza, with tons of other stuff like Publix and Starbucks. The prices are reasonable and here's tons of parking. Been about 3-4 years since my last visit because previous trips were so consistently horrendous. Slight improvement. I can't say that the service is good because there is basically no interaction with a person. Ordering on the app or at a kiosk greatly reduces the options to customize your order. Want to ad a dipping sauce to your order, nope, can't do that. The remodel is better than some of the other McDonalds in the area, but not much. Eliminating the self serve beverages is definitely a downgrade. Places like Burger King have the coke free style with hundreds of combinations and you can of course even make your own mix like coke with Fanta and root beer if that's your thing. McDonald's has 4 flavors: Coke, Diet Coke, Dr. Pepper , and Sprite. Don't ask them to mix anything because they will tell you and point to the machine that has automated the process and doesn't allow for that. Have a dinning room table that you can't use if you have a beverage, also kinda seems like a misuse of space. Other standard things, dirty tables, dirty floors, no employees to be found anywhere... your typical lack of quality or concern for the customers. As I type this an employee came out to take a break. McDonald's franchise located on jasper Florida that me and my family stopped by for a quick breakfast on our way home from Orlando to Lousiville. By now most people know if they like McDonalds or not. I'm not a huge fan personally but I do enjoy their breakfast bagels so I was ok stopping here real Quick on our road trip. Service here was iffy. Slower side but they did have accuracy which isn't always a given at a McDonald's. Overall not too much of a pain stopping here. At 11 minutes of waiting I asked for a refund since no one but drive thru appeared to be getting food. And the person gave me the wrong refund after another few minutes of waiting but I took it. More time wasn't worth the 3 extra dollars. Won't be returning for awhile. REALLY SLOW. UPDATE: 12/2023 This McDonald's has not improved whatsoever. Just another disappointing place to eat when you're on the run. I regret the few times that I do use this place. One of the last times I was there the customer service person was outwardly abusive to me. Meaning I was inconveniencing him by placing an order. I always forget about the reviews until after we get there and are waiting. We have used the app/mobile order a couple of times now. The last time, it took a long long time for our food to come out. They had to make the apple pies and it took a surprisingly long time for that. The food was hot and fresh though. This time, it didn't give us the option of the drive through. It said that we had too many items and needed to use the curbside parking. We parked and put our number in and then waited. It was less than 10 minutes this time. I re-read the reviews while we waited. I thought about going back in and writing a five star review to help boast the location, but I hadn't opened all the bags yet. While my food was hot and fresh and delicious, our twenty count nuggets turned into a ten count. The sauces that you have to choose in the app decided to stay at the restaurant, so no sauce for us. Instead of the other ten count, we were given a medium fry instead. The bags were sealed, which I thought was awesome at the time. Turns out-you can't check your order if it is shut. Turn around? Go back, you say? We were on our way somewhere and didn't realize we had missing items until we got to where we were going -about a 1/2 away. So, the food was still hot and fresh. I really like how they packaged it up, including the McFlurry, but they were out of Shamrock Shakes, which was the only reason we were going there in the first place, and 10 mcnuggets didn't make their way to our bag. read more

How can you cancel an order when no one will answer the phone? When you finally reach them they hang up on you. Really disappointed. This used to be a decent McDonald's. Today...it was a disaster. Mobile ordered. Get up to the window and got drinks. Got sent to a parking spot. Everyone else got their food and left. Cars are leaving the drive thru with their food. Door Dashers come and go. I find the phone number. Nobody answers and the recording states no voicemail set up. Finally pull back thru the drive thru and left at the ordering location while the young lady goes to ask manager about my order. Didn't ask for name or order number. Finally another voice comes in and asks if I've ordered yet. Keep explaining. Told to pull around as they are still working on it. Young lady rattles off food items asking if these are my order. They weren't. Only 4 people showed up today. I figured that was the scoop but I'd like my food. I'm still being nice. In Florida, this is some of the best McDonalds I have had. This location serves hot & fresh food. The meals are consistent, the customer service is A+! I was surprised to see the low star rating here so I wanted to make sure I gave credit where credit was due! The staff here is very nice, Drive thru is quick and food is made to order. I asked for extra onions on cheeseburgers and they delivered. Only a 10 cent up charge (I don't mind). I recommend this location in Clermont and surrounding areas if you are near US 27. read more

I normally don't do reviews of places, but had to on this one after several mistakes they have done in the past months, specially if its take out or drive thru..... yesterday I decided to buy the GRAND Big Mac "more meat" we ordered (2) combos....well the order was to go and I believe it was made on purpose just to save $$$....... they gave me the regular meat patties instead of the bigger ones on both combos and I also noticed their coke is also flat most of the times, maybe more saving on reducing the C02 mix. read more
