This Firehouse Subs is located inside the Millenia Mall. I was craving a sub today and Firehouse is always my go-to for subs. I usually get a Club on a Sub but today I was feeling different and got an Engineer, it comes with mushrooms and it was very good! Every sub at Firehouse is good, I don't think they can make a bad sub. The bread is so soft and perfect. The employees were nice and friendly and made 3 subs fairly quickly. read more

It was my first time trying this sub, and it was really good. I got the Spicy Cajun Chicken, and it tastes fresh. The employees were nice because I did not know they had 3 different size and they were really patient explaining e the differences. This Fisehouse Sub is in the middle of the mall, which makes it a bit hard to find a table, and it is quite loud. But it's good if you are starving and just want something quick and cheap! read more

It's a mall food court experience with a service team that seems to rapidly change, but there's almost no doubting that the sandwiches are delicious. I appreciate their business model as well. I've been fortunate to receive my food exactly as ordered on multiple occasions over a few years. I can readily recommend eating here if at Mall At Millenia. read more

I'm not a fan of hot sandwiches so figured I would get a cold sub from here instead. Let me just say that I was not impressed and feel like I wasted my money. I spent $8 on a turkey sub with mayo, lettuce and onion. Pretty simple, but the bread was so thick and ridiculously dry. I understand that this food location promotes hot subs, but I can't even imagine a hot sub being much better. Nothing aggravates me more than being hungry and spending money on food I don't even want to eat. The only reason I am giving this place 2-stars is because the girl who took my order was very nice and helpful. Especially when she put the order in for the wrong bread and when it came out she made sure it was corrected right away. Other than that whether the bread was wheat or white I'm not recommending you come here for cold subs whatsoever. read more

This restaurant is located in the food court of the Mall at Millennia. We stopped by this beautiful mall before our afternoon at WDW. I figured we might as well get lunch here instead of at the theme park. We each ordered a combo of sub, chips and soda. Our two meals totaled $21. The smaller portion size here is fine, but I think this chain is pricey when you compare it to other sub spots. I've had mixed experiences at other Firehouse Subs, so I'll usually look for a Subway instead. The young man who took care of us at the counter was so friendly. Nice job with the customer service! So far I've only had their kids meal. I typically get the kids meal when I'm hungry, but but not in the mood for a huge sandwhich and let me tell you their sandwhiches are HUGE. Their service is always on point. You order and your food comes out quick and hot. I never thought I'd like warm sandwhiches but that's kinda what separates Firehouse from publix, subway or jimmy johns. Firehouse Subs steams their meats and cheeses offering a nice flavor. Their meat quality is great and they stuff their sandwhiches so full! This is why the kids meal is so perfect for me as a adult lol. They have a few options but I get the turkey/ provolone sandwhich. Not friendly service. Very stoic. I asked for no mayo and extra mustard and an extra pickle, which I would gladly pay the extra cost of the pickle. I did receive my sub without mayo I did not get the extra mustard or the extra pickle. The pickle that I did get looked like it had been sitting out all day, it was dry af. Oh! Horrible experience just now at this place. I ordered a "Firehouse Hero" sub, and after waiting a long time, I heard the employee call the name "Mark". As I know people in restaurants often mishear my name, Martin, as Mark, I asked the guy what was the order. He said some other sub name, so I said, no, not mine and continued waiting. After seeing countless of other people get their order before me, and seeing the same sub in a box waiting, the same guy again calls Mark. Once again, I ask him what is the order, and again he says some other name. So I continue to wait. After waiting another long time, over 20 minutes by now, another employee calls out Mark again. I tell her I am Martin, and what I ordered, she tells me that is my sandwich. Quite upset now, I asked her why didn't they tell me when I asked twice before and her only response was, "well, that's your sandwich" without any type of apology. I was shopping in the mall with my sister and we decided to grab lunch so we headed to the food court to see what we could eat. Firehouse Subs was the first thing we both looked at and decided to eat there. Of all the places in the food court, this was actually had the most people on line. I ordered a hook and ladder which has turkey and ham and my sister had the Italian. Except for the 5 min wait which was not bad for the amount of people getting lunch, the food was good. The bread was soft and tasty and there was not too much lettuce in the sub to make it seem like it was skimping on the meats. The only reason I did not give it more stars is because it really did not wow me. The staff was not smiling and seemed stressed out. That makes a difference with me. The impression you give your customers on if you are enjoying your job is important. They just did not seem happy. Also, the food was just okay. I was not blow away by the type of sandwich we got. I have eaten at a few other sub places and I like when they toast the bread... make them hot... give them some flavor. My sub just did not do that for me. It was okay... just not memorable. (but they did keep the pickle away from the sandwich which is great since I don't like bread with pickle juice all over it....) So if you are looking for a quick sub at the mall, this will do okay. This location is inside the Mall at Millenia's food court. Every time I've been, there's only ever been one person at the counter, but there's rarely a line, so that doesn't hurt the service. The staff is always friendly and takes my order promptly and kindly. If there are a lot of people, the wait on the sandwich can be a bit over 5 minutes, but usually it's pretty quick. Firehouse subs are my favorite subs and this location delivers quality subs and has a decent variety of sauces to choose from. I came to this Firehouse subs which is in the Mall at Millennia. I had one of their New York Steamer. Let me tell you this sub was prepared to perfection. It was absolutely delicious. My colleague that was with me, she had Giant cheesesteak sub of some sort. This thing was bigger than she was. She did not want to eat in the food court, so we went back to the office. Needless to say I want to eating the other half of her sub. She obviously ordered with her eyes and not her stomach. Now that I know how good their subs are. I went today to redeem mine for my birthday while on break and this rude associate with fake eyelashes said I had to go online. I like this location. Always tasty and consistent. Staff are friendly and service is prompt. I much prefer Firehouse over any of the other sandwich options in this mall. You can usually get out of here with a sub for under $6 if you skip the combo option. I was lucky and sweet talked the cashier into a 10% discount on my last visit. YMMV. read more

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! We called to see what time they were open to get sandwiches to take to Disney... John said he'd open early for us. I asked for no tomatos on mine and he forgot.
