Pulled up to the drive-thru a few minutes before midnight, hours on the door says open till midnight, sat there with no greeting or anything as another car pulled up in the other lane. A few more minutes go by and they just turn off the menus in the drive thru without a single word. read more

One of the better McDonalds locations. Good, attentive service, efficient operation. The manager is always up front checking and helping, she obviously cares about things being fight. The food? It's McDonalds, not a gourmet restaurant, but they consistently deliver what they promise. Lots of regular customers here for breakfast most days. read more

Sucks!!!!! This location does not even deserve one star. I ordered breakfast sandwiches the other day. I stood there for over 10 minutes waiting for my food. I waited 30 mins in the drive through. Was not given a straw, no ketchup and food was cold. Soda was flat tasted like sugar water. Staff is incompetent and rude. The store inside was empty so no idea why the line was what it was. There are so many McDonalds in the area but this is the only one on 27 for a bit and I think they exploit that. The staff did not say one word to me when I drove up to the window. I have been there three times each experience worse than the previous. Never ever going there again. This location does not follow most McDonald's pricing and is grossly overpriced. I normally pay $10 for a 6 pc nuggets happy meal and a large #9. I was charged $15. Never going back to this location unless they keep consistent with the McDonald's pricing structure. read more

This is one of the worst McDonald's restaurant you could go to. We just ordered six nuggets and they are absolutely dark dark dark brown. It looks like they used a very old oil. The fries were also dry and also very dark. Avoid this one at all costs. read more

Ice cream machine is always down. They are never able to serve any frozen treats including ice cream, shakes, Frappes etc.

After the glowing reviews, I have to give a big thumbs down for this one! Though I was promised by the order taker that my food would be cooked fresh instead of being taken from a warming drawer, it was, indeed, taken from a warming drawer and not a very warm warming drawer at that. A cold dry hockey puck that wouldn't even melt the plastic yellow square they call cheese coupled with fries that, while hot, were white in color because they were undercooked. Even the soft drinks were bad, as someone had apparently not adjusted the mixing valves to include enough base soda syrup to keep the sodas from being sour. I tried two different types and both were bad. The place was clean enough, but the food was too awful to merit a repeat visit. What a disappointment! read more

Everyone here should be fired! This is the worst mcdonalds in the nation. Service is so slow you cannot come here for a quick bite if you are in a hurry. My job requires me to travel all over the country, and of all the McDonald's locations I have been to multiple times, I can say this location is the most consistent. They are consistent because I have never been to this location without immediately regretting the visit. I go here about twice a year and am always disappointed not just in the experience but in myself for visiting this location despite knowing I will surely be disappointed. For example my last visit through the drive thru took 12 minutes with 2 vehicles ahead of me, they ran out of mayo packets, and gave me Coke instead of a Dr. Pepper. The Management of this location really needs to step up or be replaced. read more

This place should just close its doors. Second time I've stopped here in the over two years of living in clermont and there is no improvement since last visit where was severed cold food. Severely under staffed no management presence. Waited 10 minutes to order it was actually 5 before I was even greeted. Places order and asked for a receipt and was told printer not working. McDonald's ( store #27235 4307 S.Highway 27, Clermont ,Fl.34711) Went in on 12/23/17 and upon approaching the counter. the cashier Chasady did not greet me in any way. She stared at me and never said hello or may I help you.It was like I wasn't there. I never received a thank you after ordering. I had to ask for her name since none of the employees were wearing name tags. I addressed my dissatisfaction with the manager Sophia who actually was wearing a name tag but she was completely clueless as to what to do. She said she would talk to her higher up manager about the problem. I doubt that. Isn't it part of the on duty manager's responsibility to address customer's concerns . Isn't it also a manager's duty to make sure employees are wearing the full uniform with name tag's. Isn't it a manger's job to ensure employees are being social and helpful to customers. There is no supervision there. The employees have bad attitudes. There were many people waiting for food because their orders were wrong. No organization. Poor store. I will never return read more

This McDonalds gets an 0 out of 5 stars. I went through the drive-through today handed the lady a 20 that I had just gotten from the ATM machine she gave me change for a five. I said ma'am that was a 20 she said let me get my manager. The manager Brandon Stokes and manager Cindy Corona refuse to assist. They said they counted the drawer and it was correct. This store has improved a great deal since last year. Employes are friendly and efficient. Place looks good. Food is hot and fresh. It is apparent that the management team at this McDonald's is a cut above the rest. Keep up the good work. read more

Consistently the WORST food of any Mcdonald's location my family and I have ever visited ! No matter the time of day, the food is as dried out and old looking and tasting. The yellow, plastic stuff they call cheese - well, I'm not even sure how old this stuff is ! It took my family many, many visits over several years to decide it wasn't a "bay day". I've complained to corporate office many times. Told "new staff and supervisors" brought in to improve and address the hundreds of complains they've received. Even allowed them time to improve and tried again. NO doubt about it - this is the WORST location with the WORST, old dried out food we've ever had ! Avoid this location ! read more
