I'm not a big fast food person but when a girl gets hangry and there's a McDonald's nearby, she's going to get it. That's what happened to me earlier this week and I was honestly relieved to be able to simply pull up to this empty drive through and order a late breakfast. I was in and out of there in less than six minutes. Seriously it was quick af. The service was friendly and the food was... well McDonald's. My hashbrown was lukewarm at best but my sandwich was just fine. I always get just an egg and cheese mcmuffin. They don't actually have just that on the menu but they make it for me, which I always appreciate. This was the first time I visited this exact McDonald's in probably ten years. The two girls working the cash register were so nice. The girl on the intercom didn't sound like she was going to spit in my food. When I got my food the person up there was also super nice. My food was hot and my drink was filled to the VERY TOP. I had forgot to ask for ketchup and when I looked in my bag 5 packets of ketchup already in there!!!! That actually made my day. This McDonalds used to be busted but I think they are really stepping up!!!!! read more

This has your standard McDonald's food, but it gets big star bonuses for its very upgraded interior and customer service! You would hardly believe it's a McDonald's by its upscale, clean, modern interior décor. Every other table has a large touchscreen monitor loaded with games that will amuse kids and adults alike without any extra charge. They have several kiosks where you can place and customize your order to your heart's content. Then sit down, and the staff bring it to your table! There was a very helpful African-American man (maybe the manager?) in a suit roaming around making sure everyone was taken care of, helping customers use the kiosks, and even jumping behind the register to take orders. That really impressed me! They don't have a full Coca-Cola freestyle machine, but they do have a version of it with an electronic touchscreen and some flavor choices to add to the soft drinks. This is the similar fountain drink machine that the Burger King has in Northland. I had Diet Coke with Cherry Vanilla with my large fries and Quarter Pounder with Cheese and Bacon. Not a fan of McDonald's, but sometimes they are convenient. Not this time. We needed a quick snack, so I came into this one. They were kinda busy- 1100 on a Sunday morning. Okay, cool, I get it. Maybe a 10 minute wait instead of 5? Nope, 30 minutes from the time on my receipt till I got our food. I waited at a table, and watched the screen. Saw my order number under "in process," then it disappeared. Other orders were served. 15 minutes later mine came up on the "serving" screen, but no order. Other people were waiting and getting impatient, but got theirs before me. I checked in several times, and they seemed surprised and looked like they were getting on it. But, no. The guy behind me had had issues here before, had talked to managers and corporate, and so he asked, for me, and it sounded like they were just then putting in my order. Holy crap. Got the food, and a somber apology, and "what can we do to make this right?" Well, give it to me free? Nope. Maybe give me coupons or a gift certificate? Nope, can't do it. I did see that they gave me extra fries and chicken tenders, so that helps, and she said to ask her for a free meal next time I'm in. Hm. The food? Not bad. I got the sweet and spicy chicken tenders, and they were pretty tasty. Even, surprisingly, a little spicy. Big, heavily sauced, tender. The fries were standard McDonald's fries- thin, crispy, good. I was gone so long that Sweetie and Baby K were taking a nap when I got back, so I can't ask how their food is. The lot is a little cramped, and with Easton traffic the whole area is dicey so drive carefully. The store was clean, I like the refreshed layout, and the kiosks, well, I will get used to them (but one was out of order and I ordered at the counter.) Will I come back? Maybe to see if they remember me and their promise. read more

I ordered food for delivery, I received missing orders I will never ever order from this place

I ordered a Frappe in my order and when I got up to the window, they said they didn't see it on the order and asked me to wait in spot 1. I waited 10 minutes and walked inside asking what's going on. The woman said I didn't order one, though I did. The woman on the speaker who took my order asked me what flavor I wanted. The lady was rude and wasted my time. I'm assuming she thought I was lying? We went here for my daughters birthday. She LOVES mcds and requested that be her lunch. When we got in there, Matt, greeted us and found out it was her birthday. He then got her three toys for her happy meal and he asked the manager to comp her a vanilla cone. It was so sweet and above and beyond. Thank you, Matt, for going to extra mile. It was very appreciated. We also witnessed the manager helping an elderly woman. She walked her tray of food to her table so the woman didn't have to carry it. I don't eat at McDonalds a lot so I had forgotten the less than friendly staff at this one until I went through their drive thru the other day. The two times I've been there I've had the same experience although with different employees: Get to speaker "Your order?" I give my order and get the total and pull around. When you get to the window to pay the person speaks not a word. No hello. No total. Nothing. Just puts her hand out for the payment. I give her my card, she runs it and then hands it back. No thank you. No have a good day. Not a word. I pull forward and sit for a few minutes waiting for the food. When the gentleman arrives at the window he says not a word but hands my bag to me and walks away. Seriously, not a word from either employee both times I've been to this location. The added bonus this time? Instead of a regular Big Mac, I got one with no Big Mac sauce but with may slathered on each bun to the point it was running out all around the bun. Totally inedible. Tried to call the restaurant to complain but nobody answered. Horrible restaurant, but maybe the pretty tables make up for it? (Saw that mentioned on other reviews). read more

Took my grandkids to Morse Crossing store. Food and service was ok. I used the kiosk and picked my food up at counter. BUT the floor, tables and drink station were very dirty. I cleaned our table with my hand sanitizer on a napkin. Never come in this one again. read more

Goods: we all know mcds food, 100% of the time I get a 10pc nugget never a burger! But this one deserves a review because of the outstanding amenities! It stands out for the freestyle cola like dispenser can add basically cherry raspberry vanilla and citrus to Coca Cola products. Self service kiosks allow you to pay and order your meals as well as customize sauces on burgers and salt levels fries or sandwiches. You can pay with Apple Pay and grab your soda cup to begin drinking and take a number to sit down and wait for the employees to bring your food. One every other table has a computer screen as well mainly geared to kids and allows you to pay multiplayer games or puzzle learning games. We tried bowling and that was fun. Service: both times I've been here an older gentleman in a suit, guessing general manager is there checking up on everything making sure everyone is having a good experience literally going Tabor to table and checking up with us verbally! So impressed and never gives a problem when your food is not to your liking he'll make it over again. Trashy customer service from the order taker, window help, and final window. Not even a "Welcome to McDonald's" just what can I get you or my favorite..."go head". Ohio is home to the worst McDonalds. Still sitting in drive thru after they messed up our order. This has been a 35 min ordeal and counting. The girl at the second window was on drugs or something she was gone out of her mind. The lazy who took our payment was pleasant. So after waiting for our meal to be fixed we sat there for 15 cars to drive by if not more. So we called them. And the same drugged out girl came up and started going off. We asked for a manager and he was atleast helpful. But again they were made wrong. We handed them back to him and told him to throw it away. Slowest fast food ever. If I am going to stop here I have to give myself en extra 20-30 minutes before work. This McDonald's is a block away from my office. Half the time they forget about the drive thur. Currently sitting in line for 13 minutes and haven't moved. A CLASSIC! This restaurant is located just across the road from Easton Shopping Center. We were on our way to another store when I noticed this retro McDonald's. We simply had to stop. I only ordered a cup of ice cream and water while my husband ordered a burger and fries. Our food came quickly and my husband chatted with the manager about the building. She confirmed that it was an original structure, but stated that it was due to be renovated soon. I am not sure what this means for this classic building but I am concerned that it will become a modern "copycat structure". It appears to have already been renovated inside as it does not have a classic decor. How sad! If you want to see this cool building before it's too late, you need to get moving. I have never been to this McDonald's and we randomly stopped in here for my son who wanted a happy meal and I only wanted to write a review because there was a gentleman working in a suit and tie helping every single customer get their order, help with the kiosk, or whatever need be. He was right by making sure everything was taken care of. I looked on his name tag and his name was "Craig" and he deserves 5 stars himself. Even as we were leaving Craig was outside picking up trash from the parking lot telling customers goodbye. What an excellent example of customer service. read more

Sold me a McChicken sandwich with no chicken(drive-thru order, didn't discover until I was home). When I sent a complaint to corporate the local owner called me (about a week later and I googled the number to see it was a local McDonald's owner) but only let it ring once then quickly hung up before I was able to answer? I don't know if this is a way to show corporate that they tried to contact the customer to resolve the complaint but were unable to reach them? In my estimation, I was scammed with the food, now they are scamming their complaint response. If I could give zero stars I would. Only $1 but their lack of response and what appears to be disingenuous attempts to rectify the situation, leaves me with no other conclusion than they don't care about their mistakes. read more
