As a fast casual restaurant with a Chipotle-style setup, there is something for everyone when it comes to a meal at Bibibop. Also, with the variety of bases, proteins, and toppings, this place never gets old. For this meal, I chose to go with a bowl that included the newly added Korean BBQ beef, purple rice, potatoes, roasted broccoli, and several cold toppings, along with the Yum Yum sauce. For my drink, I had the Mixed Berry Omija tea, which had just the right level of sweetness. The ingredients were fresh and flavorful even without the sauce. The bowl was very filling and could easily be shareable between two meals. The staff members were efficient, but also took the time to explain the Bibibop concept to some of the new customers. The restaurant, located on the 2nd floor of the Easton Pavilion, also has its own dining area. There is stiff competition for dining options in Easton, but Bibibop more than holds its own - I would certainly consider them the next time I am in the area.

Bibibop is consistently delicious! I usually order a small bowl with chicken but will mix it up with the toppings. As always, the food was fresh and fulfilling. They are always speedy at every Bibibop. This location in Easton wasn't too busy considering how full the mall was on a Sunday afternoon. This being in its own little pocket upstairs, it's pretty low traffic for being in the main food court of the shopping center. The girls who took my order and cashed me out were super friendly as well.

I was craving some Asian food while traveling for business and I had limited time and found this little gem. It is a fast food version of a traditional Korean dish but not too bad. I would eat there again while in town and I would recommend them for a quick fix like I did! It was a nice touch to have actual gochujang to put in it and mix in with fresh veggies. I added some steak which made it all rather filling and good. It's on the second floor so you don't walk around for a min looking for it like I did looking down the whole time at a map . The staff was very nice and helpful.

Love the concept! It seems that meals in a bowl are all the rage and Bibibop Asian Grill lets you get Korean Bibibop, fast casual style....in a bowl of course! Not too many choices here. Pick your base: Salad, purple rice, white rice or rice noodles. I picked the purple rice since it was a bit different. The server helping me said it was higher in fiber and delicious so that sold me over the white rice and noodles. The salad did not look appetizing. Then pick your protein. There was regular and spicy chicken, beef, and my choice, tofu. Pick hot toppings: Potatoes, black beans, bean sprouts. I picked some beans & bean sprouts Pick cold toppings: Kale, daikon, cucumber, corn, carrot, daikon, lettuce, egg, cheese. I tried a bit of each except the cheese. So what was the verdict? It was a decent bowl. I wish there were more veggie options fore the base or toppings. I thought the bowl contained a lot of rice and not enough protein. I did see the person behind me get two proteins. I am not sure if I could have asked for more. Service was friendly enough but I thought the process could have been explained a bit better as I was going through the line. I did not notice until I sat down that the Miso Soup was free. Yes, there was a big sign on the container that said "FREE" but it would have been nice if the soup was offered to me. This location of Bibibop is located at a mall with n Easton. I noticed that it is a small chain. I think it would definitely be successful in South Florida!

A great option for totally customizable and (I think) healthy food with an Asian flair! This location is on the second floor at Easton in the middle of a walkway. At first glance it doesn't seem to have many seating options (a couple of regular tables and some high tables with stools). Tip: walk behind it to find some secret hidden booths! The concept is simple and Chipotle-esque. Build your bowl from the ground up. Start with rice, purple rice, or noodles. Move on to some hot base choices (potatoes, black beans, bean sprouts). Then choose your protein. Next add veggies and other toppings like cheese and eggs. Finally, choose from several sauces from sweet and mild to spicy Korean red. My personal favorite is the spicy chicken bowl with purple rice, potatoes, bean sprouts, all the toppings, and Korean red sauce. It's delicious, and the sauce packs quite a punch. You're getting tons of healthy veggies, though I'm sure the sauce has a decent amount of sodium. The whole dish overall will be kind of lukewarm as all the toppings are chilled and quickly overwhelm the hot protein, but it isn't too bad. Staff are variable. Today there was a very friendly female worker and a very indifferent male worker who just stared at me instead of asking what toppings I wanted. Second tip: complimentary miso soup is available Overall this is a yummy twist on Asian food and is highly customizable to any taste!

BIBIBOP is my favorite quick healthy bite when I'm pressed for time. They have a build your own Asian style bar with lots of fresh options. The customer service is phenomenal and quick as well. Whenever I go at most I'll spend 3-5 minutes waiting in line. You start off by choosing rice or salad for your bowl than you work your way down the line and add proteins, and other fresh toppings. Lastly you add your sauces, which you can also get on the side. The cool part about BIBIBOP is that their ingredients are very fresh but their prices are still super reasonable! For a chicken bowl it's only $7 and a steak bowl is $7.49, and with every bowl that you buy you get free miso soup. I've never had a disappointing experience at a BIBIBOP, the staff is always fast and friendly and the food is always fresh and delicious!

Have tried the BIBIBOP in Grandview and now trying the Easton location. Ambiance It is located on the upper floor in the middle of a walkway connecting two sides of the mall and in front of a large staircase leading down to the first floor. There is a little bit of seating immediately around the eatery with quite a bit more downstairs if you're willing to carry your food tray downstairs. Food It's been called an Asian chipotle. Customized bowls with assorted bases including rice, purple rice, noodles, salad plus assorted protein including chicken, spicy chicken, beef, and more (tofu too). Then you add whatever fresh toppings you like including many vegetables, egg, and cheese. Then they have several sauces to choose like Yum Yum, teriyaki, and more. There is also self-serve complimentary miso soup (it's a little watered down). The bowls have always been really excellent! Our favorites include purple rice with spicy chicken or beef and all the veggies. The Korean red sauce is very good - spicy (but not too bad) and flavorful. It's a great way to have a tasty, hearty, and healthy meal! Service Typically pretty friendly staff who can explain all the various options. Mojo Very tasty and fresh bowls with yummy sauces, so try it next time you're shopped out at Easton!

Yummmm - Superb food, I got an assortment of meats and veges, and miso soup (free). It is a royal treat for a very very reasonable price. Staff is super friendly and care about customer service. I am visiting from New Jersey and we sure would love to have one there !! One more thing .. nicely located in the mall overseeing shops on the ground floor - like being on a small hill top restaurant

Fast, efficient service. The menu allows you to build your own dish. The prices are quite high, close to thirty dollars for two people.

Quick and attentive service. We started with crispy dumplings (6), crispy egg rolls (2), and a scallion pancake. Bing, their crepe, wasn't available our night. My dining companions loved the pancake - for me perhaps a bit too much drizzled sauce. It was helpfully quartered when brought to the table so sharing was easy. The dumplings were indeed crispy and probably my favorite with a standard dark dipping sauce. The egg rolls were standard and perhaps a bit undersized and over fried, but a good creamy dipping sauce was a pivot away from the sweet chili sauce that usually accompanies such apps. Ramen is clearly the focus of the menu and three of us had ramen with chicken and one with pork. They spoke favorably of the broth and the combos of mushrooms, boiled egg, greens. I had the rice vermicelli with chicken that they called a salad. I was expecting the classic Vietnamese staple but this one had some adaptations, perhaps to a fusion or one might say less ethnic nod. Small things but the ample portion served in a small bowl made it hard to mix the rice noodles, lettuce, carrot, cucumber and chicken that is a common approach to the dish after drowning all the ingredients in both sweet sauce (nuoc cham), siracha and/or hoisin sauce. It only came with the nuoc cham. They brought Siracha when I asked for it, but I'm a fan of having these condiments on the table standard. Again, had the sense that the business lunch crowd that is probably the primary audience isn't likely to be as focused on the more authentic ingredients. The chicken was also not grilled and sliced but had a pleasant preparation. Just know it won't be the charred flavor that is so common. Finally, not to obsess on this one dish, but cutting the lettuce leaves more would enable easier chop sticks combos of the ingredients in single bites. Overall it worked for us. I am definitely the most focused on (my companions would say obsessed) on connection to what these dishes should be. If adaptations work well for you, Tiger+Lily likely will as well.

The place is not big and they usually have large parties coming in, thus fills the space quickly. We started with Tofu chicharron which we were expecting to be crispy - because chicharron means 'crackling pork rinds' but these Tofu were soft a lil disappointed there. We tried the pork sisig, it was okay. It has this mayo topping and there's an overpowering taste of ginger which is not typical of sisig. We enjoyed the grilled pork belly though, marinated enough and it's complimented with soy vinegar dip. The pancit on the other hand was very greasy. The oil was pooling at the bottom of the bowl. Taste was was just okay. It has way too many chinese sausage in it. We completed our meal with Ube Carioca, it is this chewy rice cake that is deep fried with glazed sweetness & that was okay as well. We wanted the mango sago, however they were out.
