HORRIBLE SERVICE! Gave me cold fries, then reheated another set of OLD fries claiming to be fresh. When I pulled around a 2nd time, associate who I think was the Mgr ignored me even though the window was cracked. I had to get out of my car, slide their window open & demand fresh fries. They still had 3min till closing. Had they done their job right the 1st time, I would've been out of there 10min before closing. It literally takes 3min to make a fresh batch of fries. Maybe this wasn't their night but I waited until the drive through along with everyone else for quite a while. Super disappointed that my fries weren't included in my bag as I was leaving and was glad I caught it. Had to go back in, behind another gentleman who was missing something, and in front of another woman who was missing multiple items. For $20 for a 10 pc nug meal with fries and a drink, a McDouble and a small Oreo McFlurry you'd think they'd pay more attention. Horrible, only received partial order. Manager was rude. Was claiming me for the mobile app not working. I showed her my phone with the confirmation number, Items ordered and was paid in full. Still said it was my fault that they didn't have my order. Ok, so make it now and I'll be on my way. Finally, after pulling ahead and waiting only received half the order. I am a driver for Uber Eats. I have worked for Uber since 2018 with a perfect 100% customer rating and I do 15+ deliveries per day. I had a customer call me and blame me for a bite taken from her $1.29 cheeseburger, when I dropped this order off the stickers were secure, I drove the 1 minute drive front the restaurant to the house and handled it off to the client directly. I spoke to the customer to find out what was going on, then went to the restaurant to request that they pull footage of the time period. I was concerned because, not only did I not do this, but I live in this neighborhood and eat at this restaurant 4 times a week since I pass it headed home from busy days, my neighbors and family member eat here as well. The manager refused to pull recordings and told me in front of other guests that her staff wouldn't do this and told me to "take responsibility for what I did". After losing my patience, I ask for the corporate office number, she then told me that McDonald's was a huge corporation and she did not know who I should call. My reply to her was, this is a franchise with is usually locally owned and normally will have a number on the drive through window. At that point she gave me a sheet which has the local corporate number. I asked her name and she scribbled an illegible name down. I asked her to pronounce her name because I couldn't read it and she told me to read it that she is not telling me again. One of her and employees was nice enough to pronounce her name for me. I called the Boselli Cares hotline and left a message at 3pm on July 16th, and August 26th at 1:20pm. No response from this company at all. I am sure that losing 20+ customers doesn't really matter to them. I have lived in this neighborhood since well before they were built, so they lose me, my family and all of my neighbors. All they had to do was call me, pull the footage from that time period and prove that it was not them, and it was most likely a lie from the customer that realized she was paying $10 for something that she can get in a minute drive form her house for $2.60. But since they didn't pull the footage of the cooks, it is best to NOT EAT at this location or any Boselli restaurant. read more

Coming here was a mistake. It seems that all the fast food places in the area hire managers from the same 'How to be a Terrible Manager' fast food manager school. The don't care, they are slow like a bad Saturday Night Live skit. I've been sitting in their #1 parking spot for coming on 15 minutes. And, to add insult to injury other cars are getting served. Like literally I went thru to get my usual with my son,2 hot and spicy and plain mcdouble and a 2 McDouble for me and the new spicy nuggets . Food is good and fresh like most McDonald's. This one is good but you have to always recheck your order for accuracy. They get orders wrong, no sauces you ask for, never give napkins. So it's little things like that. Workers are nice and hard working. read more

Every time I come here the order is incorrect or the service was absolutely horrific. But today we hit an all time low. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. Not knowing that apparently "served all day" means "we cook it in the morning and just keep it all day until someone orders one, we will then touch it to place it in the bag knowing it's hard as rock but because we're unprofessional and lack customer service skills or work ethic, we don't care and give it to the customer who has paid for it with a scowl on our faces." I stopped at this mcdonald's late on night on my drive home from work to grab something to eat. I sat at the drive thru menu for at least 10 minutes. I called out on the speaker for the employee working drive thru, and I informed him that it had been a long wait, and cars were piling up behind me. He said he had a difficult customer at the window and it would be a while. I then said he was getting a very long line, and he replied that my wait would be even longer. At that point I did say something rather impolite and drove off. I was afraid he would spit in my food. He has been an employee there for a long time.
