The matcha was refreshing without being overly sweet, and the Vietnamese coffee was rich, smooth, and exactly what I was hoping for. It is also located in a super cute southern downtown area with quite a few boutiques and local restaurants and bars (also an open container social district). Being downtown I did find the parking a bit challenging at first since this was apparently the place to be mid day Saturday, but I ended I finding parking on the street behind the Main Street. I also noticed a garage that appeared not to be charging as an additional option. The coffee shop itself had a cute patio, and I was pleasantly surprised at how big the place was with ample seating options (tables, couches, coffee bar seating). Since it is fall and I'm a sucker for fall drinks I tried the Maple and Cinnamon Latte with oat milk and added the pumpkin cold foam!!! This drink was full of fall flavor and perfectly balanced! I usually get a small coffee but this was so good I was regretting not getting a larger size! One of the employees came out to help with dog treats. My wife and I took the dog to see if he was micro chipped and then took him back to French express, hoping that the owner would come looking for the super sweet dog. Not more than 10 minutes later, the French express employee called to say that the owner and the dog had been united. It's so great that people and businesses will go out of the way to help. A big shout out to the French express employee and the business as a whole. Besides being dog lovers, they have really great coffee and it's a nice environment to sit and talk with friends on the weekend. These folks deserve your business, and you deserve their great coffee!

The food display was empty. All the tables were dirty and had crumbs and even empty coffee cups on them despite me being in only person in there. I waited for about 5 minutes for someone to appear, and nobody did. I turned right around and walked out the door without any acknowledgment. Maybe I picked a bad day because of the holiday, but, from what I saw, it was dirty and nobody was there (employees or otherwise). Don't have the open sign on if you're not ready to serve customers.
