This McDonalds is a part of the Shell Gas Station and convenience store. I went in the purchase a soda for my long drive. I went to the counter and waited. There were two people behind the counter who ignored me and the person ahead of me. I suppose they were assisting the drive thru but they could have said they would be right with us. The person ahead of me had been waiting about 10 minutes for his order. Finally they brought him his food then turned around and ignored me standing there. Frustrated I asked if someone could assist me. The very rude woman who was apparently the supervisor said she will assist in a moment. Well, several moments went by and nothing. I decided to ask if they could stop ignoring me and asked them if I could order a coke. She raised her voice and said she would be with me when she had a moment...really? Finally she gave me a coke and did not charge me. While appreciated, she was not customer focused nor was she a friendly - at all. I will not be going to this McDonalds ever again. read more

This McDonalds has went to shit. Everytime I come here all I order is a double BACON quarter pounder with cheese and I guess they don't have bacon or they pick and choose who they wanna give it to. Even though I paid for the bacon. Absolute shitty service and people yelling constantly at each other. I do not recommend this place at all. This McDonald's is in a remote location right near the parkway but they have quality people here who always serve you with a smile and always make sure you have exactly what you ordered. FYI: They are not cheap with the condiments... They have a calendar of daily special for every day of the month but you have to look closely if you go to the drive-through for this menu. read more

McDonald's that was easy in and easy out. The drive through was wrapped around the building, so I found a spot and went inside. My order was quick and accurate. Hot coffee, hash browns cooked the right way and an Egg White Delight that was close enough to the right assembly that I'll let it go. I arrived with 1 car in the drive thru and ordered a caramel coffee and oatmeal. I was asked to pull in spot #2 and waited for 5 minutes. When I got my oatmeal, it was mixed with half and half milk instead of the maple and water. In addition I could barely taste the caramel in my coffee and I ordered extra caramel. Horrible GM. Never acknowledged me as a customer and did not take my order. Always has an "I dont care attitude". Stood in front of register as she continued other business and paperwork. There were no other customers in the dining room or in line. She is the prime example of who you dont want as a people person and unfortunately one of your "own" who you try to support, but cant due to their attitude. Terrible customer service. The staff can't count, are slow to take an order in drive-thru, and 9 times out of 10 I have to go inside to have them fix my order. If you pull through after 11pm expect to be greeted by an individual with gauged ears and blood shot eyes. The overnight staff seem to just have walked off of a movie set with Cheech and Ching. This McDonald's should be the poster child for why NOT to increase fast food workers wage to $15/hr. read more

This mcdonalds is attached to a gas station and convenience store. The reason I mention it is because of the EXTREME FILTH AND FECES ON ALL 3 women's rest room toilet seats including one toilet full of diarrhea and the toilet seat half hanging off of the bowl !!! This was a Saturday night at 8:30pm and we were the only people inside the restaurant -there were 5 Mac employees working. I showed the "manager" who looked all of 17 years old the condition of the rest room. This location should be reported for inspection. read more

In the past I haven't enjoyed this location. There is an older woman though that always keep me wanting to come back. Customer service can really make a difference. Horrible customer service here. Stood around forever and finally had to use kiosk to order because no one acknowledged me. Didn't give me my side salad as requested then at the time, they have a buy one get one free quarter pounder deal. But it turns out you have to order at the counter and not the kiosk to get this. I was tired after a long day of work so I stopped at this McDonald's just off the exit and filled up my diesel truck with almost $100 in fuel. I went inside at 9:47 looking forward to getting something to eat. The Google ours lists that they are open until 11 PM. I walk through the doorAnd when I got to the register hey lady who was putting food in a bag turned inside the lobby is closed. I had a confused look on my face because they were still serving cars at the drive-through, had just walked food out to a person that had been told to pull up from the drive-through and we're still obviously cooking food. I said to the lady, you're closed here or is the drive thru still open. She rudely said closed. I said OK I'm sorry. I left feeling a little frustrated. She could have been a little nicer about it and certainly could have bag me up some fries or something. Not to mention that it was an hour and 20 minutes before their listed closing time and they gave me no explanation other than just the one simple word closed with an angry look on their face. The food sometimes cold , the teens that work there are slow and don't pay no mind at times always on there phone and making people wait if your gonna use ur phone don't make it visible ‍. Service is horrible and sometimes food. Wouldn't recommend it. Just the drinks are okay. read more

Drive thru staff in the mornings are fast and friendly. Highly recommend them for breakfast. Any other time of the day is a different story... if you're in a rush don't even bother because for lunch, dinner, or even between meals this is the slowest McDonald's ever! read more
