They are all knowledgeable about the products they sell. The store is clean and well organized. They offer so many different products they have to be organized. They offer different teas and complimentary products. They have spices, diffusers, sugars, honey, and other related items. They have a tea bar that serves individual servings of their teas. One of the employees came out to help with dog treats. My wife and I took the dog to see if he was micro chipped and then took him back to French express, hoping that the owner would come looking for the super sweet dog. Not more than 10 minutes later, the French express employee called to say that the owner and the dog had been united. It's so great that people and businesses will go out of the way to help. A big shout out to the French express employee and the business as a whole. Besides being dog lovers, they have really great coffee and it's a nice environment to sit and talk with friends on the weekend. These folks deserve your business, and you deserve their great coffee!
