What a mismanaged mess! This is the McDonald's directly across from the University of Miami. I had to repeat my order three times. After all the repeats, I forgot an item. While waiting at the pickup window, I glanced up and saw there were no cars behind me in line so I asked if I could add an item. The person at the pickup window could not even tell me how much the item was I was trying to order but took my credit card to order it for me. No worries, so far that is. Within a couple of minutes another person cam to the window and thrusting the card at me said we can't take the order now, we're too busy! Well by now there was a car behind me and another one joined soon after. There was only one person in line at the counter inside. So the wait for my food began. I waited, and waited, and waited. They could have had me pull up to a parking space reserved for the purpose, but no, I just sat there for about 7 minutes. When I finally got my food, I pulled out and the poor guy behind me didn't even place an order! He was just waiting to get out of the line! The folks at McDonald's could have had me move our of the way, but no, they let that guy sit there and wait wile the make my food. After the wait, I went inside to place my order. By then there were 4 people in the only line open. Although there was not McDonald's employee at the line at the time. But there was one standing outside, doing what, I could not tell. Seemed to be standing there just looking at me and others around the place. But the food, it was ok right? Not a chance. The fish sandwich I got had the fish hanging out of one side of the bread and the cheese hanging out side the other. It the fish was dry and oily like it had been put back in the oil for some reason. Perhaps the fish sandwich was so bad because they were upset with me trying to order at the pick-up window and the fact that I was less than pleased when they would not take my additional order and they way they almost threw my credit card at me. Be afraid be very afraid. The costumer service sucks big time specially if you are not black and there is an african american attendant. I have seen people getting hook ups based on their race and I have to pay full price?!! WTF. The managers are the rudest and when you order extra tomatoes or in my case onions you don't get what you pay extra for is like they don't compute. I saw a lady ordering a shake and when they go grab the empty cup to make it they stuck their dirty hand inside the cup EWWW!. Then you have people that don't speak English working the counter explain to me how that makes sense. Slow service and the teachers from the school I work at have gotten their identification stolen after using their credit cards here. I am sure it was one of their cousins running the scam. This is the worst McDonald's I've ever encountered, the customer service is horrible. I ordered Uber Eats and I waited for almost an hour, then I called them and they said that their system for uber eats was down, so I asked about getting my money refunded back to me, they said to call Uber Eats and they will refund me. Being that I was still hungry, I ordered food from another restaurant and as I went to go pick it up, I get a phone call from the Uber driver that he had my order. so I had to cancel the other restaurant because I didn't want to leave the Uber driver in that position when it wasn't his fault. Never again will I ever ever order or use Uber Eats to have food delivered from this McDonald's. My fries came in cold my food and total was cold, and my drink was flat I had no sauce or ketchup for my fries. It was a nightmare disaster and I will never order from this place again be aware of the McDonald's on Coral Gables. Oh and I am going to call corporate on that store. A McDonalds's with the worst continuing costumer service I have ever experienced on multiple occasions over the course of three years. Let's just say an average wait for a small fry is 25 minutes. Last night at 3:30 AM I pulled up to the drive-thru, just as a car was reversing out. I should have known then that I was warned. I continued to pull through, but after ten minutes or so no one asked me for my order. So I continued on through the drive thru, thinking I could order at the next window. Well actually I sat trapped in the drive thru for over thirty minutes with the line not moving, and my car not able to escape the raised drive thru. At one point an older male employee came to the first window, stood there, looked at me and laughed. Then he turned around and left (I assume to continue not doing work.) After a waste of 30 minutes, the car behind me left and I was able to reverse my way out. So I have a few recommendations: 1. Since your McDonalds sucks so much please do not barricade drive thru attendees without an escape route. 2. Learn how to make "fast" food and 3. Fire your entirely incompetent staff. You're wasting your money. This place doesn't even deserve one star. You're better off driving a mile or so to the next McDonald's. read more

Every night they only take cash which sucks for me because I don't carry cash but if you ask the staff they are cool with explaining. Usually 4 is hella busy with middle schoolers and college students. Best time to go is probably like 12 noon I guess. I go their all the time. read more

After craving bk breakfast and realizing I had a McDonalds literally in walking distance. I walk into the restaurant to order from the all day breakfast menu and the purple dinosaur you guys have behind the counter is telling me they dont have breakfast all day. I ask if its a location thing or if its a company policy and she is telling me its due to the corona virus. THAT MAKES NO FUCKING SENSE WHAT SO EVER. its either something HER location isnt participating in or its something that she is just denying me of because I literally can see hash browns right In front of me and they still refused to explain further. Apparently it was such a burden to make another breakfast sandwich. Ive had to wait for them to make it before.
