Servings are huge! Cute little restaurant with a giant menu. I had a lavender coffee and the Esperanto. Definitely a cute little stop on vacation. Service was excellent.

Brunch again with my favorite person and once again, Bistro Cafe does not disappoint. The menu is almost overwhelming in the best way possible, with so many delicious options ranging from sweet to savory and everything in between. No matter what you order, this place consistently delivers. It does get quite busy, so coming earlier is your best bet if you want to avoid the crowds. This time we were taken care of by Arnaldo, who was excellent and attentive. I started with a cappuccino made with almond milk and ordered the ribeye steak Benedict, requesting the hollandaise sauce on the side. My daughter chose the ham, egg, and cheese sandwich on a croissant, and we shared the crazy French toast. Portions here are massive, so be prepared to share or take food home. The atmosphere is lively, with a scenic view of Coral Gables. There is both indoor and outdoor seating, along with pay to park street parking and a nearby garage. The food comes out quickly and is always fresh and delicious. This is typically our one meal of the day when we come because it is that filling. Bistro Cafe has several locations, but the Gables location is my favorite since it is quieter than the location downtown. It is easy to see why this restaurant is so popular! They truly live up to their reputation. I highly recommend sharing dishes so you can try a variety of items, and definitely check Instagram beforehand to get a sense of the extensive menu. They even have the QR code on their menu!

Had a delicious breakfast at Cafe Bistro in Coral Gables. It's a great place at the corner of Altara Ave and Laguna Street, with a really nice outdoor seating area, a friendly atmosphere, and friendly staff. I had the Salmon Egg Benedict, and it was absolutely delicious. Great food, a relaxed vibe, and a perfect spot to enjoy breakfast outside, a little away from the too-crowded area in Coral Gables.

Service, service, service, the personnel needs better training. From the host to the waitress and even the bus boy. Prices reflect upscale Not an upscale operation. Sad but true.

A few months back, my daughter and I spontaneously decided to treat ourselves to brunch in Miami. We started with a fun stroll at a nearby outside mall in walking distance while we waited for a table. A plate of smoked salmon avocado toast with burrata was the real star that day and felt more indulgent than it had any right to, and an espresso martini that hit all the right notes. It was a bit busier than what we were looking for as far as atmosphere and service was not necessarily a standout, but I will be back because it has a lot to offer and I need to try more scrumptious items.

This place was great. Service was A1 waiter was very attentive and great with suggestions. This food was awesome and not gonna lie definitely can share with someone cause they do not skimp on the serving sizes. Area is nice. Went for brunch so crowd was chill. I can however see it being a little more upbeat and lively later in the day.

Ilenia was amazing, truly attentive and patience. Bistro Cafe continues to deliver in quality and service. They have an extensive menu, which caters to everyone, the ambience is relaxing, and the serving portion are huge (good enough to share). We will be returning.

Such a great place for Saturday Brunch! First time visitor with a group of six. We got a table outside, which there were many options and they also had lots of indoor seating. To start we ordered cappuccinos and lattes, which were absolutely delicious the cappuccino's come with whipped cream and cinnamon. for food we ordered the Gaucho omelette which had steak, green peppers, onions, and sweet plantains. Someone also ordered a huge fried chicken and waffle plate, which could easily be shared by two people. The croissant sandwiches were also really good. Our waitress was friendly and attentive even on a busy Saturday.

This place was great for a ladies brunch date. The food portions are huge. Service was great and food comes out pretty quick.

The first time I visited here, I was blown away by the dish I sampled. I left my review as an extremely short version (less is more sometimes) - by saying mike drop, just go! I came again for a quick impromptu lunch pit stop and ordered the same dish. I cannot remember the name of it, but it is under the "stuffed avocado" section and included steak and shrimp. It was still a good dish but it was not as well put together and not as pretty as the previous one. A little slap dash. The flavours were there though. I really enjoyed the guava sauce that they incorporate in their dish, and I had to ask for more. The service was also a little slow. Still it is a great place to visit.

The food and mimosas were great! We had two types of the avocado toast and both were delicious. They have a very large menu with a lot of options. It was hard to choose what to eat. The mimosas were buy one get one free. Yelis provided great service and was very helpful with questions we had about the menu. Service was quick. We were seated immediately upon arrival. The atmosphere was relaxing. Would definitely recommend!

We ordered the shrimp tacos, huevos vegetarianos, and blueberry pancakes. The restaurant is incredibly generous with both portions and flavor--everything was absolutely delicious. They actually recommend checking out their Instagram for dish photos since not everything is listed on the menu, and it's a great way to know what to expect. The shrimp tacos were a standout--super flavorful. We opted to skip the cheese, which turned out to be a good call, as it might have been a bit much. The huevos vegetarianos came loaded with perfectly crispy fried potatoes, which hit the spot and added just the comfort we were craving. As for the blueberry pancakes (we think they were made with ricotta), they made the perfect dessert to wrap things up. Great service, great vibes--definitely a brunch spot worth coming back to.

My birthday behavior this month continued with another brunch here with a couple of friends from high school ie fellow 50 year olds. Located in the heart of the Merrick Plaza mall, this is a cutesy place to enjoy a celebratory brunch. Logistically, it is close to one of the self parking garages as well as a Valet station (though I don't like letting anyone drive "Tiffany" #iykyk. I don't believe the restaurant takes reservations; our group of 3 signed up at the hostess stand and waited around 30 minutes for an outside table facing the street and great for people watching (as well as inspiration from their plates). The inside space looked cozy but the AC was a little cold for our preference. Their social media famous pancakes are worth the hype. One of my friends ordered the savory "Los Nobles" - a 5-stack of fluffiness with ham, eggs, cheese and a hint of sweetness. We also tried the chicken tostones (basically a sandwich of green plantains, eggs and chicken) as well as the cordon blue waffle sandwich (chicken, ham and rich melted cheese). Let's just say the portions were generous enough to share the plates between our group and still have to take home. Their colorful beverages notwithstanding, I stuck to a classic mojito. The win here is that they make their drinks with real ingredients (mint leaves, sugar rim, etc) instead of just a syrup.

You walk in and think, Wow, this place has it together. That feeling lasts until you sit down. It took about 10 minutes for the waiter to greet us. Not busy ignoring us--just slowly realizing we existed. No water. No hello. Just eye contact from across the room like, I'll get to you eventually. I order French toast. Very simple. A classic. Bread. Heat. That's it. I get my omelette--poorly prepared--and a latke that somehow managed to be raw in the middle. Not undercooked. Raw. Like the potato was still considering a career change. I finish my entire meal. Table is completely empty. Done. Finished. Closure. And then... the French toast arrives. Now here's where it gets interesting. I say, "Oh, I think this was forgotten." And the waiter says, "No, that's dessert." Dessert. At breakfast. Who is ordering dessert for breakfast? What kind of confidence do you need to say that out loud? And if it's dessert, why wasn't it suggested as dessert? Why wasn't the table cleared? Why does it feel like the French toast just wandered out here on its own? Then we argue about it. I don't want to argue about French toast. That's not where I thought my day was headed. This place feels like a design firm said, "Let's absolutely nail the vibe... and then just see what happens with the food." Save your money. Save your time. If you want ambiance, go in, admire the lighting, use the bathroom, and leave. If you want breakfast, go somewhere that agrees with the concept of breakfast. Because right now, Sadelle's is serving confusion--with a side of toast.
