Okay so i'm not even sure exactly where to start... We ordered two cheeseburgers all plain and 2 chicken nugget happy meals. The people were actually nice.. for once! It was empty which explains a lot. We got our food with our happy meal drinks different sizes, and both of our happy meals turned out to be cheeseburger meals with everything, not even plain which is what we had asked for. One happy meal turned out to have no fries and the other happy meal had two fries. Whatever. The two cheeseburgers were the complete opposite of plain, with ketchup and onion and pickles and blah. It took 30 minutes for me to get a breakfast burrito through the drive through. Only 1 car ahead of me. I was asked to wait at the ordering screen...like what could possibly be happening? I pull up to pay and no acknowledgement, no hello, nothing. Just asks me to pay and five minutes later says my card didn't go through. At this point I'm 20 minutes in and do not want to give my card again, but the guy argues with me and says he "knows it didn't go because I work here". The service at this McDonald's has to be ranked as the worst you can get--lowest of the low. It has been this way for so many years it's pretty amazing, and nothing changes. this mcdonalds is not worth your time or money ! ive been here twice & unfortunately both times have been disappointing. the first time i came to this location, it was around 8 pm - there weren't too many people there & it still took at least 20 minutes to get our food. the second time i came here was around 4 pm; i ordered two happy meals & i was waiting over 30 minutes for my order. when i received my order, i checked to make sure everything was correct, & i noticed i was missing my extra fry & apple slices in my happy meals; i let them know & the employee repeated back to me "apple slices & extra fry" then proceeded to give me two apple slices. the staff is not good when it comes to taking accountability & fixing their mistakes. at this point it had been almost 40 minutes, so i just left it alone & left. luckily, the store is fairly clean & that is the only good note i have about this mcdonalds ! granted this location is always extremely understaffed & that is management's fault; but the quality of service should not be compromised to this degree. read more

Zero stars. What a s**t show. It took over 30 minutes to get our food! 2 $6 meals. Easy order. Ordered at 1224 and didn't receive it till 110. Nobody knew where our ticket number or order was, and I wasn't the only customer complaining about this issue. The only two workers that were actually trying to help us were Cody and Isaias. I felt bad for both of them because they were getting all the heat. The other workers running around were just clueless, not very helpful and just ignored us when we needed help. What's going on at this location? Who hired these young kids with zero customer service and zero attentiveness? Where was the manager? Whoever the manager is or store director of this location needs to be aware of what is going on. This place is terrible. My wife will be calling corporate and we will make sure something gets done about this location. This place has no sympathy and lack of training. And judging by the manager that was nowhere on duty is the same way. Can we just shut this place down? I have been coming to this location a lot in the morning for their egg McMuffin and hash browns and it never disappoints. I have been wanting to try their new spicy crispy chicken sandwich, so when I arrived at the drive through they asked me if I wanted to try it out, I said sure I'll take an order of that and that's it. Pulling up to the window I paid for my food and they told me to pull up to the side of the building and they will bring it out. I pulled to the side marked for drive through parking and waited for them to bring me my food. I waited and waited and waited and started to grow impatient on what is taking so long to give me one order of food that they suggested that I try. I said just 5 more minutes and I'm gonna to walk in and see what's going on. After a total 30 minutes total of waiting I finally got my sandwich and took off. McDonald's in general needs to change how they do their mobile curbside pick up. Everyplace that I have gone to you order your food and then when you arrive at the location you tell them your parking spot and they bring you your order. At McDonald's you have to park at one of designated spots place your order and wait for them to make it then bring it out to you. To me that defeats the purpose of curbside pick up where you don't have to wait to get your food. I feel it's faster going into the drive through than it is to do curbside pick up. read more

Stood waiting for 15 minutes and was not acknowledged by anyone to take our order. There was a gentleman who was having issues with placing his order on the machine and rather than the manager just getting behind the register to take orders, she took up more time to go see what's going on with the ordering machine causing people to wait even longer. There was plenty of staff working and yet, not one acknowledged any customer. Just because you're transitioning to try and get ppl to use the electronic ordering machine doesn't mean you ignore your customers. If you're having more issues with the electronic machines then go back to providing customer service. Horrible service! read more
