Disgusting! How could you serve this to a Customer. Drive thru Staff are great. Cashier was great but how does a person handing out the food not see this. Both trays were half full of this black/root spots. Everything is so expensive and this is what you serve up. Where are the Managers checking what is being dished out.

Well to start the place look like trash , everywhere there was trash, my fries were too crispy n staff doesn't care about cleaning the tables, trash cans or drink dispensers at all. This place is not what it used to be. Dissatisfied, disappointed and poor overall service . Employees don't care at all. 2 times I went n told them that dinning area was filthy. This kind of scenario makes u loose ur appetite.

Just like most folks from California, we've had hundreds of InO (In-n-Out) burgers in our lifetime. It's a great deal, the patty is made with fresh-lean ground beef, leafy lettuce (not shredded), tomato, onion and secret sauce. Other fast-food burger joints serve pre-frozen patties with high fat content. They have a secret menu that is available, I usually order animal style (special sauce: mayo, ketchup, vinegar and pickle relish), mustard-fried patty, grilled onions. The tang of the pickles, mustard and grilled onion are the best combination that none other can compare. On this particular day and location, I was in Riverside County with friends. We each placed a separate order, got a corner table and waited for our number(s) to be called. To my surprise, we got table service by an employee named Ryan. He came by, picked up our tickets and went to the counter to bring our food order one-by-one. He came by our table 3 times and refilled our drinks, brought extra napkins, ketchup and cups of water, etc. In over 30+years of being a customer, this is the only time an employee delivered food, condiments and drinks to my table. It was dinner time and very busy. Ryan went above and beyond, which made our meal more enjoyable. Whenever I am in this area, I will look for Ryan. If you see him, don't forget to tell him that Rosemary sent ya!!

Still the same garbage food. Wish I lived next to a different In n Out. Their tomatoes are always mushy and have stems. The fries they served me and my family on 10/15/25 have white/black MOLD with LITERAL SPROUTS on them. Whoever was cutting the potatoes around 2pm on this day should be FIRED! On top of this they threw in 5 packs of ketchup with coke syrup all over them right on top of my fries. Worst experience at In N Out we've ever had. Do better Compton store. Just do better.

Long drive thru line 90% of the time just like any In n Out. 20-45 minute drive thru wait time most times we come which has been at different times of the day, different days of the week. Foods always consistent. Service is always good. I always forget to ask for no salt on my flying Dutchman's, In n Out burger patties are always too salty for my taste when they're without a bun.

I've been going to this In & Out for at least 10 years plus. My granddaughter is here visiting and she made a list of places she wants to eat at. In & Out for the win!!! This In & Out stays busy I guess because it's right off the 15 fwy. All staff here are very polite and professional. The place is always clean although it's always busy.

Great! In N Out always be hitting. They do it right, every single time. That is consistency. The food quality is there too. Fresh, delicious, and always good. Those are some key features. The price point is very reasonable. I'd pay for great food, that is consistently fantastic for that price any day. Service is excellent as well. Has anyone ever had a bad experience at in n out? The food is solid. Consistently great. Pricing remains relatively affordable. I appreciate the friendly service. My friend and I joked that they must get paid extra well at this location because we saw at least 4 different employees walking around cleaning up a spotless restaurant. Also, I accidentally dropped my sunglasses in the toilet. I wasn't about to reach in to grab them. They flushed just fine. Hope they didn't clog the pipes. read more

There's never NOT a line at a place as reliable as In-N-Out, but I will say this location maneuvers 2 drive-thru lines very efficiently, and gets customers fed quickly! The staff was friendly and fast during lunch hour on a Thursday. A double double with chopped chilies is also a game-changer. A great twist to the classic. Great location! read more

This is the in n out! Jett is the best. I usually come through drive thru, but I came in to dine inside for the first time in a while. They always seem to do it right here and I appreciate Jett for taking good care to the facility and customers. He was super friendly and helpful. Saddens me to report this, this team of kids just dont give a shit. Missing parts to order, burgers done wrong, people doing little inside jokes as you watch them. FOCUS ON MY ORDER!!!! PLACE THE FOOD IN THE CONTAINER!!! The kids standing outside are fine, clear crisp and cordial. The stupid girl inside telling me to have a nice night during peak lunch time heat, i already had suspicions and when i got home i was right... no onion no cheese, animal fries missing ingredients. This In-N-Out has grown with me from teen to adulthood. It was a cool chill spot in High School & now I bring my 4 children here. Their line is usually long esp during lunchtime but well worth the wait because service w/a smile, politeness & real concern for your desired Yum Yums!! A young man named Joshua was very helpful & happy to answer my questions or children's questions-love the patience & genuine attitude!! Our orders are ALWAYS fresh, correct & our request for yellow chiles or extra spread or sticker sheets are honored generously. Fast friendly and fiercely delicious! We ate in and are always impressed by the crew. A kid sweeping the patio held the door for us and the counter kid was just so nice. Thanks for keeping lemon slices for my drink available and the holiday wrapper is a nice touch. And my #2 animal style with well done fries? Worth the wait in every way. read more

Food was amazing as per usual but I wanted to leave an appreciation post for my man Jett. Came in (im not from the area) dude was super chill and respectful even tho it was busy in the building. He made sure to greet everyone & check on me and everyone else around me if they needed anything and was making sure everyone was comfortable. I understand why they made 2 lanes, but the workers don't understand how merging works. I had like 3 cars go in front of me and just waited 35 minutes for two burgers. The drive thru crew needs to lock in, they're laughing amongst themselves at the window and not even greeting me. One of them even said "she's probably like 'what are they even doing '" super childish. Love me a cold burger. read more

Came home to California after a month and my first meal had to be In N Out . We placed our order ( first time at this location) and we were asked to drive to the front of the store for our order, no problem . Sat and waited for a while. I decided to go inside , at that time a nice girl came out swiftly to deliver my food , I asked her for a cup of ice and she returned just as swiftly . I'd like to mention she's the same girl I had seen working hard peeling potatoes. When I got home , the order was wrong . All that wait and it was still wrong . I believe the problem started with the guy that took the order, we had asked for a whole grilled onion. Next time I'll go to my usual In n Out even if it's out of the way . read more

Billy accommodated us too well, welcomed us through the door made sure our table was clean before we sat down and even asked our number to get our food. I understand it's in-n-out but this made the experience feel like fine dining . Not to mention burger was amazing fries could use some salt but I was unaware of the packs given. 10/10 worth the hype read more

I am ALWAYS impressed by the service I receive at all In N' Out locations and this one was no different. I met a friend here and ordered a regular cheeseburger, fries w/ no salt and a lite lemonade. I very rarely order a regular burger as I prefer protein style (no bun & wrapped in lettuce only) but on this occasion, I was craving the bun (weird!). I received my order and it was PERFECT! The food as is always the case at any In N'Out was sooooo tasty and fresh. Burger was great, fries were the best and I LOVE lite lemonade. The employees were FANTASTIC and very helpful, the location was clean & spotless inside and the parking lot was clean as well. I was impressed to see that all employees were wearing gloves and masks, glass partions were set up on the counter to separate customers/employees and employees wiped down down the counter tops after each guest placed their food order. With my son's 8th birthday celebration at Crossroads Christian School approaching, I needed to pick up a large order of 25 burgers and fries on short notice. Terry went above and beyond to ensure that my order was not only fulfilled promptly but with the utmost care and attention to detail. Despite the large order, Terry and the entire staff today remained calm and courteous throughout the entire process. His professionalism and dedication to customer service were truly remarkable. Not only did he ensure that the order was accurate, but he also took the time to confirm that everything was to my satisfaction before I left the drive-thru. Honestly, In-N-Out just never misses. Every time I swing by, they are on their A-game--super friendly and the place is always spotless. Wait times? Barely anything, even with a line out the door. I got the Double-Double like always, and man, it was on point! The burgers here are so satisfying with that fresh beef, crisp lettuce, and the bun toasted just right. Was at In and Out today and I noticed three things that I didn't like. 1. They had the same people taking my money and handling my food. 2. They were no plastic gloves like Subway does. 3. They would re-fry a portion of the older fries with the new fries. Would throw them in an the last second before removing all the fries from the fryer.
