If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I'm extremely disappointed with this experience. I ordered food for three people and spent approximately $37. For that amount of money, I expected the food to at least be fresh, flavorful, and for my complete order to actually be in the bag. Our order included a 10-piece Chicken McNuggets Large Meal, a $7 McDouble Meal Deal, and a Double Filet-O-Fish Meal. When we got home and started eating, the food had very little flavor and was honestly not enjoyable. On top of that, items we PAID FOR were missing from the bag. The Honey Packet and the Creamy Chili McCrispy Strip Dip were both missing. The biggest issue was the Double Filet-O-Fish. It had a very strange and unpleasant smell. My dad refused to eat it because of the smell, and honestly, I don't blame him. We were not comfortable taking a chance with a fish sandwich that smelled abnormal. After eating some of the food, all three of us started feeling a little weird in our stomachs. I can't say for certain that the food caused it, but after the experience with the fish, it definitely made us question the quality of what we had been served. I went back to the restaurant and spoke directly with the manager. I explained everything that happened, including the strange smell of the Filet-O-Fish and the missing items. The manager only offered a refund for the Filet-O-Fish and some fries. That was extremely disappointing. We spent around $37, had missing items, poor-quality food, a fish sandwich that smelled terrible, and an overall meal that none of us were happy with. The resolution did not feel appropriate for the experience we had. For the amount of money we spent, the portions also felt small and the overall quality was terrible. DO NOT COME HERE AND EAT ANYTHING. THE FOOD WAS TERRIBLE FOR THE PRICE, THE ORDER WAS INCOMPLETE, AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DID NOT MAKE UP FOR IT. I will not be coming back. read more

Always has the worst service. I know I should just go to a different location. This just happens to be the nearest location to me when on my way to work. The food is not always the same, they have good days and they have bad days (with taste). The staff acts as if you are asking them for their first born. If you don't like what you do, DONT work there. They seem to always have issues with the credit card machine or system. You would think they could have posted a sign about that in the drive-thru, no they tell you once your at the order screen and only if you didn't wait another 5mins just for someone to talk to you. Now you're stuck because cars are behind you and possibly in front of you, so you have to sit and wait in a line without being able to order anything. This location is the worst. Hope the owners see this and make changes. read more

I was very disappointed with the service during my recent visit to McDonald's. Our order took approximately 45 minutes to receive, which was far longer than expected. While we were waiting, there seemed to be no one available to assist customers with simple requests. I needed napkins and ketchup, and when I asked for help, the employee didn't even look up to acknowledge me. Instead, I was told that I could order through the kiosk. When I explained that I just needed assistance, the employee responded that they were busy and already had too many orders. I understand that restaurants can get busy, but customers should still be treated with courtesy and basic requests such as napkins and condiments should be readily available. Between the 45-minute wait for our food and the dismissive response when asking for help, the experience was frustrating and disappointing. I hope management addresses these issues and improves both customer service and order efficiency so that future customers have a better experience. read more

With that this location has no refills, food is slow, missing items and level of service is ridiculous. Avoid coming at all costs. 12/27/25 @ approximately 6:48pm I'm in drive-thru for 13 mins waiting to place my order and I'm the 2nd car in line. I finally placed my order.... I specifically asked for French Fries NO salt and crispy. Welp there were about 6 fries that were crispy and the remaining fries were limp. I order my fries NO salt so I can get fresh fries. This McDonald's notoriously gets your order wrong. They are chronically under staffed and people are doing multiple jobs but are unclear of what that job entails. I ordered (2) fish fillet combos. I received them but I got fries with no salt. Salting fries takes an entire 3 seconds. And the menu claims they come lightly salted. I'm frustrated because each time I go there something goes wrong and this was the straw that broke the camel's back. I ask for a sandwich with no pickles and they give me a ton of pickles to the point where the bread is so were that it tastes like you're eating a pickle sandwich instead of whatever it should be. I ask for sweet tea and get unsweetened tea. I ask for coke light ice and get a cup full of ice with Dr. pepper, something diet., or Mr. Pibb ( I'm not sure which they have). I ask for two meals and the burger from one of the meals is missing. Or, they make your sandwich and everything is falling off the bun so that half of the bread has no internal ingredients. It's ridiculous! They need specific duties for each person. Example :fry guy. Each person needs to pass a test for the duties associated with that position: drop fries, take fries out, salt fries, box/ bag fries, repeat! I worked in fast food and it's not really that difficult. The problems occur when employees are expected to multitask. Not everyone is cut out for multitasking. I will avoid this McDonald's in the future. In the meantime, they need to retrain their employees and they need to give each person two specific tasks and that's it, but only one task per shift. Finally, they need to adequately staff the restaurant so that they can run it to its maximum productivity. You cannot keep even a McDonald's open indefinitely if they have notoriously crappy service.
