Well last time I came to this mcdonalds which was a few years ago, I came to this mcdonalds, Last time I was here you couldn't place an order through the front counter, you had to do it through the machines, so customer service is non existent, and It's because the workers here didn't speak english. That's a major issue, and when they handed customers their food they didn't say anything to them, not even a thank you, and when they're communicating as a team it's in hindi or something, so that tells me, they don't have customer service, I also witnessed a sandwich being dropped on the floor and they picked it up, put it in the customers bag and handed it to the person coming through the drive thru. I ordered two Sausage McMuffins and two hash browns at 09:53 on 7/7/2024. The sandwiches were fine. The hashbrowns were both cooked to oblivion. No moisture left in them AT ALL!! I went in this morning, Wednesday, May 8 around 7:50 AM. The lady working the register was very sweet and tried to help me because she had not heard about the free breakfast for teacher appreciation week. When she asked her manager to come over and said she had a question, the manager yelled at her that she's not taking questions right now. While the woman at the register tried to explain that I'm showing her on my phone that there is a ad from McDonald's, the manager ignores her and ignores me. It was very rude. Like I've said about other well-known businesses- you'd have to be living under a rock not to know about this place or what it serves. This review is strictly about my customer service encounters here. I like McDonalds, because almost every time, it is predictable in food quality, menu selection, and at least for this location, quality customer service. 5 stars is not a claim that McDonalds services the best hamburger or fry selection in our community- it is a claim that what they DO, they do consistently well. This particular location has almost always provided an accurate order, acceptable customer service, and intentional cleanliness on the premises. I have been shorted a sauce before? Sure. Have I gotten a Diet Coke instead of a regular coke before? Sure. Are the employees almost always just friendly enough? You bet. The important thing, is that I recognize I am going to a fast food establishment that almost certainly pays its employees on the lower end of the pay scale. And considering all of this- I think the service here is above par for McDonalds. read more

OMG, I don't hold a super high bar for McDonald's, but our latest visit was just ridiculous. First we were told that they "weren't serving big macs" tonight because they were out of the buns... so we ordered other items. When we got to the window to pay, the cashier read back the order and it was completely wrong so we recited it again to get it corrected. When we got to the window to get the food the fries were still the wrong size but the person corrected it on the spot.... we checked the bag and everything finally looked good so we headed home to eat. The drinks were good and the fries were fresh. Then we got to the burgers.... they actually gave us a burger that was missing the bottom bun! Clearly no sense of QC or even BASIC attention to the job at hand. I called the manager to inform her what was happening with her staff. I come to this location cause it's close and not because it's a good location. This time I came in to order and it was a shit show. Let me start of with someone ordered before I did and then someone ordered after I did. When they were rolling out orders they gave the guy who ordered after me his order first before they gave me my order or the guy's order before me. we all ordered about 2 to 3 items. This really pissed me off. While I was waiting for my order, a lady game in and was complaining about how the ice tea tasted like the machine has never been cleaned in years! She said she called and they just hung up in her so she came in person to get a refund and she asked for corporate's number and the manager's name and number and she was basically told that they don't have the time to give her that information which is really shitty customer service!! On top of that when I got back to the car, my husband told me a mini van came after I ordered and left with their order before I even got back to the car. The store really needs to learn time management and How to talk and treat their customers!!! Where is the owner, district manager, GM, HQ, and all of the other supervisor checks and balances for this place?!?! My biggest grip, fill up your smoothies, you're stealing by shorting every cup! This trip was by far the worst I've ever had there. I went inside which was a HUGE mistake! The unfortunate teenager working the register had absolutely no idea what he was doing. The person in front of me was taking forever so I ordered all of my smoothie and drink orders through the kiosk. I had to go back to the register because the buy one get on free coupon has to be paid for at the register. The kiosk won't accept it (McDonald's validation code). I walked back and let the employee at the register know that I had a McD's coupon for a buy one get one free sandwich. He stared at it for a min and let me know that he didn't know how to do it. He tried to flag down several employees but they weren't able to assist. The manager (lady) came over and told him that he needed to ring in the burgers first then come find her. She walked away. Seriously!?!? Are you kidding me? This kid had no idea how to do it and I have to wait because you didn't properly train him. He entered the burgers then said he would have to go find her. WOW! Great customer service and support of your totally untrained employee. She walked back mad, accepted the coupon while yelling at him to come back and work the register. She quickly walked away and the employee had no idea what to do next. My current total was for over $15.00 for a single quarter pounder with cheese. Obviously, he messed up the entire order. My drink order was waiting up on the counter by this time. The smoothies take the longest to make but I received them before I was able to place a burger order! He had added items that I never asked for. Why? It's because he's frustrated and not able to concentrate due to be untrained. I told him to forget it and left. As I was leaving, the manager yelled to the back that someone needed to take the employee's place because he didn't know what he was doing. You have to train and leave someone with them until they can complete the job. If you trained him then that's even worse because he doesn't know what he's doing. I felt really bad for him. This was not his fault! Terrible management style! Terrible customer service (by the manager)! McDonalds Corporate should take their signs off of the building, it's a complete embarrassment. It starts with walking in the front door, I had to walk thru a cloud of cigarette smoke coming from two workers on break with uniforms on, about 3 ft from the entrance. I brought my daughter here for the McTeacher night her school was hosting, and the service was great! They give you a number now and you put it on your table and they deliver your food to you! This McDonald's can be both the best and the worst at times. Multiple times I pulled up to the drive-through speaker and had to wait 5 to 10 minutes and nobody talks over the loudspeaker. I have had to drive up to the window to let them even know I was in the drive-through. I've also had issues with them when I order a particular type of soda and get over to pick up my food only to find they have given me a different one. It wasn't a mistake, they just didn't carry the soda that I ordered anymore and nobody bothered telling me. I don't mind if they are out of a certain type of soda; just let me know, so I can pick what you're going to substitute it with. Other than that, It's a fantastic McDonald's. I've had times when I've gone through and they asked if I wanted to wait a couple of extra seconds to get fresher fries. OK now I have been to this McDonald's a number of times. And today I ordered the sandwich that's basically three parts. The meat product, the condiment, and the cheese. Today as I always do I order my sandwich with cheese removed. The order taker said sandwich without cheese I said yes. At the second window delivery person said sandwich without cheese and I said yes. Now here is where it goes awry. I pull out of the drive through then slow down enough to check my bag and see that of course there is cheese on both sandwiches. Even though the label on the container specifically displays no American cheese. Well I kind of expect McDonald's to occasionally get my order wrong however today they proved they are the minimum wage earners of tomorrow. If you pay someone the minimum wage of course you get minimum-wage level of performance. I feel like a victim and her bed drama driving away from the drive-through and feeling completely dissatisfied. I will keep trying to train these folks how to put together a small sandwich. In this case one of the smaller sandwiches. Now for the real reason of being upset. When a customer asked for a product to be removed from the regular assembly there is normally a reason. In my case I am deathly allergic to cheese. So when you think it's insane that I remove the cheese, please do not consider it a favor to add the cheese back on. When allergic to a food product, it is vastly more expensive to ingest the food product than it is to just throw the sandwich in the trash.
