I wanted to stop by here as I saw they are doing a collaboration with Jet Tila and it is Korean inspired so I had to check them out. My boyfriend and I placed an online order as well as one order through the cashier. It seems like they prioritize the customers who order through the cashiers over the app, so just heads up on that. The food here was pretty decent and I do appreciate the little peppers that you can get as well as pickled jalapeños. The biggest highlight is their dragon fruit limeade. My little brother frequents their Shoreline location saying that the strawberry limeade is good too but the one here tasted extremely watered down and no real strawberry taste. The bathrooms were clean here and the restaurant seemed decently maintained. The workers here don't really smile or offer good service but they are efficient from what I can tell. They were dealing with a rush as best as they could. Overall, it was alright but a bit pricey for just a little bit above fast food. read more

Have been enjoying take out from this business, their burgers are juicy and delicious, and I'm in love with their half fries and half onion rings option! The food is always fresh, and though only ever gotten the food to go, the staff are consistently great too. It would be a friendly place to go and actually sit down at some point. Their double char burger is just so good! Their dips are also great. The honey mustard dip goes great with the chicken bites (which are also breaded wonderfully). How do you serve a cook to order burger that is cold when you get it. The fries and onion rings are cooked ahead and kept under a warmer. They were cold too. The milkshake was cold and that was the only thing that was at the correct temperature. This will not be. Habit for me. read more

I have been loving the Char burger for a couple years now...it was juicy and charred just like the burgers my dad used to make in the front yard. About 6 months ago the quality changed. Now the burgers are average--maybe they changed the type of meat? And the service is also average. My fries are often cold. But they are courteous and replace them when asked. The ambiance is good, but now the tables are dirty. I am bummed that I loved this place and it's just not reliable for a good burger experience anymore. :-( read more

The food is over priced and always over cooked. The new cheese corn tots are nice and spicy but were so overcooked that it was difficult to enjoy them. Still as hard as they were on the outside they were mushy runny on the inside at $4.89 they are not cheap but as they sat on my tray, they seemed to get better as they must have kept cooking, so let them sit awhile before digging in. The Baja fish sandwich is ok. Not worth the price at $11.19 for fast food. The char burger is better. Also their pay system acts like I am going add a tip at a fast food restaurant with only counter service and that is not going to happen. They play loud music that is annoying and so... not a good experience today. Seemed to be fairly clean. If you are hungry and at the Trader Joe's anyway then Habit is an option. I have never left a bad review before. As I ate more of the cheese corn tots in spite of the inside texture they have a nice kick to them and that is very good. Nothing like the picture. It was a thin, small piece of batter fried fish that didn't even fill out the bun. And they forgot my chocolate shake. And you might as well forget getting hold of a human to help with a problem, you just need to live with it, or drive to the location to talk with someone!!! Food was good and fresh. Don't expect service it's just burger spot and is somewhat clean but can't say the same for the bathrooms but I don't usually expect them to be clean in public anyway. My family and I sat and ate and ordered the patty melt, charburger double patty and a kids meal. My daughter loved her kids meal because it came with one of those gummy burgers. The patty melt was ok but not really seasoned and I didn't care for the bread it is like a wheat multigrain. I wouldn't order it again. I was starving for a burger and asked the banking employee where a good burger place was and she mentioned the Habit Grill in the same shopping center as the bank. Looking at the website, the char broiler sounded delicious and was not disappointed. I ordered the char-broil burger with everything on it, fries and a strawberry shake and it came out about $16 dollars including tip. The young lady helped me select the strawberry shake and I was not disappointed. I ate fast and it was delicious, so much better than Others. We came here and ordered to-go for lunch today. We came in and we were greeted right away given there was only one other person there. We ordered our burgers and asked if we wanted fries and a drink with it. I ordered the portobello char and tempura green beans and my husband had the double char with fries. The portobello char was AMAZING! It was a little messy, but I'm glad they half wrapped the burger so it's easier to eat. There were so many flavors from the burger, the portobello, the garlic aioli. The veggies added the freshness and crispness to the burger. The bun was soft, not toasted, but I didn't mind. I don't eat here too often so I'm not sure if they're usually toasted or not. The tempura green beans and fries were somewhat over salted. I wasn't able to eat a lot of it bc of a medical condition. I did end up burping that fried oil taste the rest of the day. I think maybe the green beans soaked up some of the oil. Again I don't eat here often so I might have just not been used to eating fried green beans. :) Overall, great service and great food. I liked my Strawberry Milkshake though the price was ok, it wasn't the best one I tried. I tasted the chocolate shake and I would either get Vanilla or Strawberry because I took the star off for the Chocolate one because it uses Hershey's syrup. So I just went in today at 7:39 pm. It was SUPER busy. The line touched the door, with multiple people waiting for their food, and about five tables were full on the floor. I ordered online and went into pick up. Seeing the line, I thought I'd still have to wait. Just to make sure, I went up to the pickup side, and asked the server what to do when you ordered online. She had curly brown red hair, very friendly service. I picked up my food right away and she gave me my drink cups. They have a service station for ketchup, dry sauce, and salt and pepper. Drinks are self serve also I had to make a few extra stops before I went home to eat, so the food was cold but still freaking delicious. I ordered the Santa Barbara char burger with the lemon aioli saracha sauce. It was so delicious. I ate it allllll. The fries were cold, but I could tell hot, with a little more salt, they'd be great. My boyfriend ordered the bbq bacon burger. It came with one patty and it was very small. It reminded us of the burgers you get at McDonald's. It definitely did not look like mine. Always get a good burger here. I like the char on the ends. The French fries used to be better, recently it looks like the fries are not as fresh or is it the oil??? Prices are still decent especially considering how everything else has gone up. The staff are overall friendly and professional. This review is more about the facility then the service or food. I uploaded a shirt clip of the inside of the bathroom to corroborate my story. I tried to wash my hands in the bathroom with hot water and soap and found not only was there no soap available, but there wasnt even a soap dispenser or soap jug or anything to imply they ever had soap. But they sure did hang a sign saying to wash hands if you were an employee. But they must not mean with soap...because there wasnt any..or any semblance that there ever was any. read more

To our surprise, all four of us got nice burgers with the SMALLEST/thinnest burger patties I have ever seen! Good, but very little meat! I spoke with an employee there and she explained it was a recent change in the supplies, and even they had noticed the small size. My favorite place! The service and food are exceptional. I have been stopping here after working out at the gym in the same complex. Nice to have a guilt free, healthy meal. They cook the food fresh when ordered. I have ordered for the whole family and still get the order in 10 minutes or so.
