The store was clean, although busy, and I'm not a big fan of the self-serve kiosks, but we got through it just fine. By far the worst McDonald's I've been too in my life. Ordered on the screen and it kept asking for a placard number but no placards were in the side of the machine to get a number. I happened to see one on a dirty table so I grabbed it. Ordered a cheesburger, a drink and a happy meal. It took 30 minutes to get these items only for the drinks to have no ice and filled half way. Mind you this was not a rush situation. It was pretty dead in there considering I've seen airport McDonald's work much much faster with never ending noise and customers. The lady running the counter was running around like a chicken with her head cut off while the people in back shuffled around like the walking dead. One young woman had been sitting there longer than me asked said woman very politely "about how much longer because I have to get to a doctors appointment" to which the woman replied "look I'm not trying to start a fight with no one, so it will be ready when it is". Beyond the rude behavior by staff, the place is generally unclean looking. It needs a good mopping. Won't ever go back. read more

Each visit to this particular location has resulted in an extended wait for our order (sometimes up to 20 minutes). I'm typing this message as we sit and wait for our breakfast meal. This happens roughly 90 percent of the time we visit this location. It's unacceptable and frustrating. Usually McDonald's orders are very transactional. No thank you. No, you're welcome. None of that. The young man who took my order and the young man who gave me my order were extra extraordinarily nice. The kind of service I don't expect for McDonald's. I expect that type of service more at Chick-fil-A. I went on 8/28/25 at 8:25 PM. Food was fast and hot, but kudos to those two young guys. I hope their manager sees this. read more

Sat in drive thru with people in both lines for several minutes before anyone is acknowledged. When placing a simple order for side of bacon and side of eggs with hash brown and drink, had to repeat order several times before order taker could understand the order. She could not find the side of eggs on the picture register so had to do without. Placing the order four times in the end and still had to wait over five minutes to get to the window. Pitiful! Lobby was closed, which was not really an issue, i've worked in the food industry for years and I understand being short staffed and having to close the lobby, however when my boyfriend and I went though the drive through the employee taking our order was rushing us like crazy even though my boyfriend repeatedly said, "Just a second please" We pulled up to the window to pay and the poor girl in the window was having issues with seeing the amount of change she needed to give back but instead of pulling the old "whip your phone calculator out" she ran back and forth trying to find another employee to help her figure out the amount of change. We finally got out change and when we were handed our food at the second window my boyfriend accidentally forgot to put the car back in drive and just revved the engine and one of the employees, still holding the window open, muttered "stupid" and then snickered. When we arrived home and opened up our food my boyfriend's quarter pounder had a normal skinny patty on it. I do not recommend this Mcdonald's and I understand it's not the sharpest tools in the shed working there, but at the very least you don't have to be assholes about it. historically this location has very bad accuracy and customer service. after they remodeled and added an awesome kids play center with a nice family restroom we hoped they would fix the epic distinction that exists in this restaurant. I even use the Mobile app to order my food the last three times I've been there and they messed it up all three times. my wife ordered a burger no onions, we got a burger with only onions. paid for 2 extra patties got one extra patty. If, it was possible to leave no stars I would have. Arrived to the restaurant ask to hold on which is fine waited at least 5 minutes, I get to the window no greeting from the cashier. I've never had a problem with my food, service is a little slow but everyone has been friendly. I only give it two stars bc the kids playplace is soooo hot, no air blowing whatsoever in here. I've been here at least 3 times to play & they never have wipes for the wipes container, nothing looks like they wipe it down at all. So dirty. The playplace is a nice size & my son likes playing here just wish it had better a/c and wish it was cleaner. read more

I ordered a #2 and got a burger that was dry, and a lukewarm coke filled 3/4 of the way up with one ice cube that was almost melted. Really needs an overhaul. Order is rarely correct, many employees are rude and honestly not clean. First of all, Do people actually take the time to write a 5 star review for a McDonalds anyway? I mean, they probably don't exist and if they did, why waste your time on a McDonalds review? I'm not a McDonalds customer; my dad is. He wanted a quick breakfast bite after previewing his father before the funeral....so.... Day was already not starting out the super. We order at the counter from an unfriendly masculine woman and while waiting for the food, she hands my dad his coffee. He proceeded to add cream & sugar to it, leaving behind a sugar packet wrapper unknowingly on the order counter. He walked away with the food to the table and sat down to eat with me. The lady came over and asked my dad to come back so he got up. She told him he left his trash and needed to pick it up. He said, "are you serious?" when he realized it was an empty sugar pocket and she spoke to him like a child. Moral of the story: don't expect ANY type of service from these people. I almost left all of our trash on the table with a note saying we were on our way to his dad's funeral, but then that's when you choose to be better than that.
