Wow, 7 years since I reviewed this crappy excuse for a"fast food restaurant" and they STILL suck. Employees are stupid, lazy, incompetent and rude. Orders are rarely if ever correct; they just enter whatever they think they hear & keep going, guess they're too busy checking their phones to verify anything. 4112 Covington Ga. store 3200 3/7/26 5:30 pm. ..first thing I asked, do you have hot mustard, he said yes, I ordered then a 20 piece with 6 hot mustard and 3 barbeque, large number 1 and 2 mc doubles with large fry and large drink . nice guy ,then I payed the round up 32 something and tax was asked to park in number 1 drive thru park 10 min. a girl brought the bags of food I looked and was only 3 barbeque sauce, sent son in cause I can't hardly walk ,with receipt and he told her we didn't get any hot mustard, he said she gave him attitude and mean look and gave him only 3 hot mustard. he just said thank you and left I had 3 people sharing the nuggets and not enough for everyone to have 2 , the fry's were hard and cold ,this is ridiculous to treat people with disrespectful ways I won't be back ruins peoples day to get treated badly read more

If I could give less than 1 Star I would. First another car cut in front of me. At the area where the two lanes come together. Then the drive thru cashier gave my order to the car in front of me. The service was terrible as we were describing what we wanted the lady repeatedly messed up are order or ignored when they finally thought they got our order correct (within 3 min)and drove up to the window to be told the wrong order we then repeated our order and she closed the window and left she then came back told us our totally after we repeated it again. By far one of the worst McDonald's we've ever been to. We stopped here on the way home (an 8 hour road trip) hoping to grab a quick hot meal & instantly regretted it. We went inside to order so that we could also use the restrooms. We waited forever to order along with several others (some who had been standing there when we walked in). Our food took awhile, the place was a mess, and the workers weren't super friendly. Passing through on a road trip- this location seems to be overwhelmed with new employees. The manager is trying to keep everyone going, but food was slow, and not hot/fresh. Asked for new fries because ours were cold with no salt. Waited a few minutes, got cold fries again but they had salt. Everyone friendly, and manager giving good effort, but disappointing experience all around. They need more help in this location. read more

I never hear please and thank you even tho I am polite and understand these are unskilled workers for the most part. Drive thu speaker picks up laughter, inappropriate conversation and a party inside, behind the counter. Long, fake fingernails with a few missing, long hair in braids or free to fly in your food. They never wear hats nor hair wraps. Rap star, rude and gangstah attitudes! Any special order of simple things like no onions is delayed by 10 or more mins. They bring the bag outside, open at the top and throw it thru the wondow. I'm going to Dairy Queen or Chikfila from now on! I buried my step-dad on March 9th and after a very hard and long day, we were both hungry and around midnight we went through your drive-thru in Covington on Hwy 278 down the street from the hospital. Having been through a funeral of a loved one was hard enough, but the bad day had yet to get the cherry on top. The girl at the window was arguing with and insulting another employee. We paid and the guy at the next window seemed unsure what drinks we needed but gave us the correct drinks after we told him (without giving straws). We were told to pull over to the side and someone would bring it right out. The number of other cars waiting grew. We waited about 10 minutes, when another employee (I'm guessing the cook, as he had an apron on), ran food out to another car that had been waiting when we pulled up. He ran over to our car and asked what we were waiting on. He went back inside and we waited another 5 minutes when the same cook ran back outside to clarify the order, needing to know what the meal number the food was supposed to be . He ran back inside and we waited another 5 minutes (now at a 20 minute wait after paying for our meal). At that point, my wife did not feel safe eating the food as we were both wondering what on earth was going on inside. We drove off, having paid but never receiving our food. It was THAT bad. No signs of management...just a bunch of bickering teens who clearly didn't care. The only person who appeared to be trying was the cook. The rating should be no stars, but that's not a Yelp option. We visited this McDonald's around 4:30 in the afternoon, so it wasn't very busy, but the place was disgusting. All the trash cans were completely full, none of the tables had been wiped off, and there were spills all around the drink station on the counter and the floor. We tried to play in the playground area but someone opened the exit door causing the alarm to go off and we had to pack up our meals and leave. We will not be back. read more
