Denied my group services based on assumptions made about our income level. Very disappointing

I absolutely adore this McDonald's location. I work across the bridge in Cincinnati and have attended this McDonald's nearly every day for the last year and a half. I see the workers more than my own family sometimes. I'm always greeted with a smile, no matter who is helping me. The line moves faster in the evenings than at night, but that's to be expected. My order is always correct, delicious and consistent. I am proud to be a customer here 4 days out of the week. I have every nice thing to say in the world about this McDonald's. I know it's fast food, but you're gonna get exactly what you need when you come here. Thank you to the whole McDonald's team! read more

Wow! I just waited in the drive through line for an unsweet tea. When I got home (about 6 mins later), I discovered it tasted SO NASTY that I couldn't even drink it! This is not the first time it's happened to me there. I called and politely spoke to a manager. I quickly told her what happened. She said, well, what do you want me to do about it? I said, I want you to stop serving things that are so bad people can't consume them and I'd like to know how I go about getting my money back for the tea. She said you can't. I started to say, you mean you serve unconsumable food and nobody can get their money back for anything? Unfortunately, a few words into that sentence she hung up on me. The worst McDonalds I have gone to. However, I don't do McDonalds but I was in town, it was close to the hotel. I had heard the coffee was decent at McDonalds and I had no time left to look for something better. if I had video taped the response at the drive through window, It would have certainly gone viral. The guy at the ordering window was high, partially dead, illiterate, rude or all of the above! I will never be able to tell you how messed up this guy was. All I can say is he couldn't or wouldn't respond to my order. No repeating, no acknowledging, we had to continue to prompt him to say anything. We finally drove up when he wouldn't acknowledge the end of the order. It's like we were talking into a portal of Hell! We couldn't determine if he was joking and wondered if there were cameras filming for a show. I ordered a skinny coffee and you would of thought I asked him to go to the moon! Of course, my coffee was full of real sugar. He had no intentions of giving me a sugarless syrup. He didn't bother to ring it in with the correct name. The two girls who took my card were playing around in the window. As we drove up to the pay window, one was hanging out the window with a creepy look on her face. Imagine driving up to that! The pickup lady just gave us the coffees and mumbled something when the window closed. Beware there are two windows, they don't tell you what window to go to. Maybe we got someones order bc it sure isn't ours. However, chance of someone else just ordering two coffees at noon are slim. They just don't care what you get. Terrible customer service, it seems all touch points were bad. I couldn't drink my coffee and the entire experience was so off pudding. So, I'm done with McDonalds for coffee or anything else. The worker told me to pull to a spot to wait on my food .. waited over 20 mins just to walk inside and figure out they never put my food in the system. Avoid this location at all costs!!! They have the slowest drive thru line that I've ever experienced. A few weeks ago it took 40 minutes to get through the drive thru line. If I had not been trapped in by other cars I definitely would not have waited. Once we finally paid, we were then asked to pull forward and wait another ten minutes for our food. This may be my best experience at a McDonalds, ever. My partner and I were greeted with smiles and friendly faces, the staff was SUPER friendly and fun to chat with. This is one of the worst McDonald's locations I have been to. The fries are almost never full, neither are the frappes. The food usually comes mildly warm or cold. Also if you door dash from this location expect no straw and at least one item missing. I order from here often, just because it is the closest one to where I live but it is terrible. Another successful trip to McDonald's. My four year old boy was hangry after a morning at the museum. So we came through for a happy meal and I also grabbed a burger for my dad. The service was quick and my son loves the current happy meal toys. We'll be back! read more

I've been to this same McDonald's twice and both times had some of the same employees. It took, no joke, more than 30 min of being at the drive thru in a standstill. At that point I was so pissed at this place, I wouldn't expect the food to even be reliable. The employees sound like they're on drugs. I called and they acted like this was business as usual. Keeping in mind how bad all McDonalds are these days. This one is one of the worst that I have visited. The area is not doing well economically. The staff reflect this situation. Management at this location is also not good. They run out of items often. The staff are not well trained. If you are smart enough to research this location before visiting.
