Today I made an online order. However they also closed early. That was frustrating, but it is what it is. After getting the attention of a staff member through the window, they just yelled "closed" for the better part of a minute as I'm explaining that I made an online order. Eventually, someone else came and told me that they're closed. I informed her, I was aware and recognized that I will not be getting my food tonight. At this point, I just asked them to cancel the order so I could get a refund. They told me they couldn't do that and argued with me to do it on my phone. Which I explained that I cannot. After showing her my phone, she told me I had to "figure it out" and closed the window on me. Awesome. I see why this place has 2 stars. And that's a high bar. read more

We needed to spare a little time before meeting our friends to watch them play in the band so we stopped for coffee and an apple pie. The kids all got hot chocolate since it was so cold and rainy out they wanted something warm. It's small inside but they do have seats, you order on the kiosk thing. My app wasn't working cause the service was pretty bad today. But they had a tv with cute little animals playing the kids enjoyed their hot chocolate and we enjoyed our hot coffee. The service was ok not the best but ok. Small parking lot, they do have drive through but went inside instead. Thank you for our fresh coffee and pie's and the warm hot chocolates for the kids. He doesn't like to eat our "big people" food, so we always get him a little treat afterward. We used the app and got an any size French fry deal for $1.69. This location in Crestline is updated and newer, with ordering kiosks and an outside seating area. You get the same classic McDonald's quality you'd expect anywhere. I especially appreciated the small McFlurries for kids, it's just enough sweet treat without being too pricey. Overall, it's a standard McDonald's, just in a different location. read more

We visited this location for our first time today 7/23 around 5:30pm after leaving the lake. My kids drug me here for the mini happy meal toys for their Labubus. Huge shoutout to (I really wish I knew her name) the girl with ear plugs and I want to say a little bit of pink in her hair. She was the sweetest with my kids! They were hoping for certain toys and she went above and beyond and did her best to find the toys they wanted. i can to this location with a cute cabin exterior design on a saturday around lunch. i didn't realize it starts around 11 am on weekends. there is a drive thru outside with about 10 spots for parking. a few have probably been taken by staff so it is a little tight. there are two single stall restrooms for both genders. the tables inside are a little dirty, but the service was quick. it could be friendly depending on the person. there was a younger lady who was nice and smiling. the food tasted good and was warm and crispy. read more

I have been coming here for almost 10 years now inconsistently and I can't say anything too bad about the place. It's a very cute McDonald's and the food is like any other McDonald's. The ice cream machine always works when I order which is a plus. However, I have ordered Diet Coke here several times and they always give me regular Coke which I despise. I hate regular Coke and by the time I try the Coke I've already left the place so I can't fix it. read more

Came here for breakfast as this is our family tradition when leaving Crestline / Lake Gregory at the end of our annual Fourth of July vacation. Plus, I am a fiend for sausage McMuffins with egg :) Ordered through the app (yay 20% off deal!). Food was ready quickly considering the amount of drive-thru traffic they get. We ordered the sausage egg McMuffin meal with hash brown and coffee, egg bacon cheese biscuit meal with iced coffee, egg bacon biscuit meal with chocolate milk, pancakes with orange juice and pancakes with substitute bacon meal with a chocolate milk. They gave us a sausage instead of bacon but happy to replace without issue. Dining area was a bit on the small side compared to many of the McDs my family has visited. As a family of 5, we unfortunately had to take 8 seats spanning 2 tables. We hurried as fast as we could to make room and start our drive home but I feel badly for the family of 6 who came in that had to sit away from each other. I waited at the curbside for a mobile order for 30 minutes. After waiting so long I went through the drive thru to see what was going on. My points were taken and when I ordered through the mobile order the money was taken from my account. Patrick was absolutely no help even after seeing screenshots of my order going through and money being taken from my account he was so rude. 40 minutes for nothing and bad customer service. Stopped by Macdonald's Crestline today Saturday around 11AM to pick up lunch and a pastry thru the drive up. Service was prompt, burger and fries warm and tastey. The problem was the cinamon rolls they shoved off on my wife and I. This is happening more often these days. Iam sure corporate would frown on reviews like this from their stores. Update 6/19/2021 My husband waited in curbside for over 30 min. Order number #1952 He was told by a woman working curbside that he had to go inside to get our food. He was then ignored by said woman and was helped by the cashier up front who had no idea what was happening because the woman never explained anything to anyone. We still had to pay full price for our order and the food still came out wrong. They also -never- answer the phone. Do not order from here. Order from other businesses in the area. I'm surprised to see the low reviews. I live close to a different McDonald's franchise that serves cold food and seldom do I receive my order correctly. I always drive to the Crestline location. The employees are always friendly, my orders have mostly been correct, and if a mistake has been made it's rectified immediately and respectfully. This location provides hot fresh food. read more

Worst place to eat in Crestline. Since I've moved up here in November they always get my order incorrect. I'm not one to complain because I've worked in fast food and I know how it is, but every time I come here I have to drive back and it's such a pain in the a**. Especially because the cashiers want to argue with you too. Literally if you order a sandwich and then say for the drink can I get coke or something they'll literally just charge you for the drink and the sandwich separate like wtf man! The picture I attached has this exact problem the chicken sandwich was supposed to be in the meal and shake for the drink for that meal. It took a while to get my food and both my plain burgers said plain on it but when I opened it later at my house they both had onions pickles ketchup and mustard on them so that means that an employee made two burgers with all of those toppings and slapped on plain on it.
