I came here around 10 at night to grab a quick bite after playing basketball. There was no line the service was pretty quick but when we were going to get our table in the back area the floor was so dirty with Monopoly pieces and bits of food it was like a bomb of french fries went off! I've always personally believed that all McDonalds should be bulldozed and replaced with real food, however, McDonalds can be helpful in dire situations. mcdonald's can never get five stars cuz it's fast food junk food... however this is the cleanest mcdonald's i've ever been too. all the food is hot and freshly prepared. anyway, what interested me most on this last visit is that they've undergone a remodel. there used to be a tacky child friendly low table complete with character seatbacks in the center. now there's a partion separating the ordering area from a high "bar" seating area and hdtv mounted on the wall. all the colors are earth tone and it almost feels like a... starbucks. i shudder. but this is the most "hip" mcdonald's i've seen since the one double decker/rock n roll one in chicago. read more

Drive thru service is hit or miss. Had our order given to a different car and had to wait for them to do it all over again.

Your typical McD's. Small parking lot out front with tight parking spaces, has a drive thru window. It's got a small (but clean) dining area, cramped place to stand in-line. Flat screen TV's in the updated cafe decorated lobby. Best bet is to probably to use the drive thru. Ordered their new Angus beef burger which was pretty good, but not as tasty as Carl's $6 burger. read more

on my way home from Costco on Friday the 11th, I stop by McDonalds on crow Canyon Road to see if the manager Jose was working, I asked the manager if Jose was on today and apparently he was off. so I talk to Rosie is a female manager at McDonalds and showed her a picture of the mocha frappuccinos that Jose makes me. I asked her if she could duplicate this for me and she says to me he's not the only one that can make these like that. so I proceeded to purchase two large mocha frappuccinos which she proceeded to make for me they were as good or better than Jose watch out Jose we have a new player in the league and that's Rosie, so here are the pictures of the two mocha frappuccinos that she made me. rosie has a good personality very professional great smile and very accommodating so my hat is off to you Rosie thank you very much for making an outstanding mochas and I will be back again to see you for round two and to you Dori who is a very outstanding upper level boss you are very professional good hearted and very accommodating and that's why I like coming to McDonalds crow Canyon Road I leave with a great smile on my face knowing that I was well taken care of thanks again. read more

The drive through service today was terrible. It was 0615 Friday, when I ordered a large coffee and breakfast burrito. The lady who has a heavy accent and has worked there for years didn't tell me how much. When I drove up to her I asked and she told me $2.17 the same as every day. Well I'm sorry I'm not always wide awake before coffee and isn't it your job to remind me. So my policy now is to record on my phone any rudeness and post it online. If they can post cat videos then nothing seems to be off limits. I hope this embarrasses the owners of the business. read more

I visit this McDonald's on a reguar basis, just for their Vanilla Latte's. I have found the people working there very friendly and they make me smile as I begin my day. I was there twice last week, when the area had some sort of school day off for the kids. It was right before lunch time. It was SO busy, people were lined up out the door, the drive-thru was backed up. I was in no rush, so could wait for my Latte inside. The morning Manager (not sure of his name), was working so hard along with all the staff. Still they were freindly, smiling and trying to keep everyone happy despite the crowd and kids everywhere. It was amazing. Maria at the drive up window is so nice, always polite and greets me with a smile and a warm "hello". I'm not a big McD's food eater, but I do love their Latte's and this location just has hard working, friendly, and nice employees. Thank you Danville McDonald's for being there. read more

I visit this McDonald's off and on. This afternoon I went in, and ordered a couple of happy meals for my children. I was appalled that there was some Mexican lady yelling at the workers in Spanish to "serve it, serve it, serve it" I could see how upset the employees were. I would not blame anyone if they walked off the job. It is to bad that McDonalds allows Managers to treat their employees like this. read more

Ii would like to eat there often because it's convenient but the big breakfast is always at or just above room temperature. This is after a 10 min wait.? I have noticed this several times over the past 15 years and don't return for several years. I would probably have eaten there 100 plus more times if the food wasn't so lackluster. Today i decided to stop by for lunch. I placed two separate orders. The guy at the window martin gave me attitude when i asked for ketchup and ranch. I asked him about my other order and he said it was all in the bag. When i told him there was no chicken nuggets in the bag he said well you never told me you had another order. He then again began to give me more attitude. I tried to keep my calm and i told him since he works customer service he should be much nicer but he is very rude!!! I have given this particular McDonalds several opportunities and tonight was the last time. I have never had a burger that was what I would consider "good" from this particular location. They are always luke warm, tasting like they have been sitting in a warmer. Tonight I went throught the drive-thru and ordered two kids meals for my daughters. I left only to find that the toys included were for boys so I went back in to get the right toy. Not only did I not get the girls toy, which was the only reason I bought the happy meal, I was told that they were out and only had the boy's action figures. The least they could have done was to tell me when I ordered that they were out, so I would have ordered accordingly. I went in for lunch ....dining in. While I was in the drink line another customer bumped into me and caused me to dump my Ice tea in my tray which also spilled onto the floor. One of the Managers saw the whole thing as he sent an employee out to mop it up. My meal was soaked yet I wasn't offered food or a dry tray. I had to grab a tray from the pile of dirty ones by the trash can and stand in line again to "re-purchase" my meal. Crappy service!! read more

Well, the rating for this store keeps getting worse. Maybe the universe is just conspiring against me, I don't know. Tonight the McFlurry was not mixed, just a big bunch of m&m's underneath lots pf vanilla ice cream. But the worst part was that they actually gave me the amount of ketchup I wanted... but FORGOT the FRIES!!! And they closed before I could get back. Once again, it is my fault too... knowing this store I should have checked my food before leaving the parking lot. I go to this McDonald's because it is very close to my house however that's a bummer because this place really strives to keep you disappointed. They wouldn't throw a cup away for me in the drive thru and made a big fuss about how they would have to wash their hands afterwards (god forbid good hygiene in a food industry). I always have to double check my order to make sure it is right, a third of the time it's not. The staff is blatantly rude and take no pride in their work. It seems like they are all very socially awkward because nobody has any incentive to help customers. Very under trained as well, if they don't know how to do something they will just lie and say they are out or it's broken. Not a very good first job, no work ethic, weak foundation of customer service, no sense of urgency, poor operation cohesion, and I don't think anybody smiles there. Ever. So make sure your order is correct and don't be expected to be treated like a customer because you will be treated like nuisance. In terms of McDonald's this place needs a new manager and new staff, or just make it automated. read more

Not impressed with this location and will not go back. It is not unclean, but the service stinks. I went in for breakfast and was a few minutes late. They refused to take my order. So I ordered two cups of coffee to go and decided to pick up a bagel from across the street. People who ordered full meals after me were picking up the plates before me!!! How difficult is it to pour a cup of coffee. I can understand if they had to brew it, but the people after me had also ordered coffee. I had to ask the person to make me the coffee because that was just rude on their part. Not only did they give me attitude, but then they ended up messing up the order and making a flavored coffee (I think, that's the only excuse for the awful taste). I suppose I would go to this place if I had to avoid other McDonalds if I feared getting shot at, but there are other locations just a few minutes drive further that I would much rather go to.
