I come here a lot to exchange my child for visitation. It is a happy place for him and a safe environment to drop off and pick him up. The staff knows us now and they treat us with smiles and care. This Starbucks just like the rest has the exact same benefits and problems as every other Starbucks. The food is fine, service is fine, and the ambiance is the same. There isn't much to say or talk about as there are other Starbucks not too far from this one at all. There aren't any complaints other than the same common ones that most have such as the service taking a long time to fulfill your order, or the parking being a pain. I wanted to grab some coffee after my BLS class and this Starbucks was the closest one my maps gave me. It was a little busy when ordering, but the line went down fairly quickly. I ordered my usual venti sugar free vanilla latte decaf with a splash of heavy cream. My drink was ready in less than five minutes. It was pretty fast! It was extremely hot so I had to wait a few minutes for it to cool down. Once I drank it, I was happy. It tasted good, just like what I usually order at my regular Starbucks. There was a sign I saw that said that if you wanted to stay and eat/drink in the store, you had to show your vaccine card to the baristas. I came to Starbucks in the Magnolia Square and was greeted by Ryan he was really patient as was unclear on what I wanted to order ( whoopsie) then I decide what I want to order and it was my birthday yesterday and I am a reward member and I thought you had it a few days to use your reward. I usually like Starbucks because I know what to expect: clean, efficient, good WiFi, and all the usual "Starbucky things". 01/01/2023 I was in store around 4:05 4:10pm. I can count on 1 hand how many times I've been to starbucks, came bc someone got me a gift card. There were 2 little girls and a guy working. He told me he'd call my drink out when it was ready. My drank sat on the counter while I watched other people come and pick up their drinks while these baristas talked about yoshi and Mario. Having stopped in Magnolia Square for a quick bite to eat on our way back home from the Peninsula, I still needed my caffeine fix as we had dashed out of the house in the morning. Fortunately right near Sunrise Bagel is the Magnolia Square Starbucks - perfect. It was lunchtime, so the normal morning crowds weren't present, and they quickly filled my order for a Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew, well-made and hit the spot. While I was ordering, my wife scored a post-holiday bargain 40% sign off on a box of her favorite Cranberry Bliss Bars. Alas, it was well past the point where you could still get 2-for-1 offers on their Holiday beans. For lunchtime there was a decent crowd here as all the smaller two-person tables were filled. We sat at one end of the larger six seat table. The two-person tables are stretched along an attractive leather-covered wall bench (see my photo), and there are six of these tables. There also for armchair-type seats and a few outside tables (empty in January). So although the interior is decently large in this Starbucks seating is somewhat limited; it's oriented more for mobile and to-go orders. In fact I was surprised at the amount of business they did at lunchtime. No lines, but there were a steady stream of workers stopping by from across the way for some mid-day pick me up's. As other reviews noted a big negative is this Starbucks does not have a bathroom. This was a bit of an annoyance as we still had a 45 minute drive home ahead of us, so subtracting one star. Although there are Starbucks literally around every corner in this city, probably just .5 miles away from here, this is the ONLY Starbs that has never messed up an order or forgotten an item, ever!!! Their online ordering system is immaculate and picking up is always on time, in order, and organized! My usual order is iced espresso with 4 shots and 5 pumps white mocha. Today, they let the white mocha sit on the bottom with iced espresso on top instead of mixing it before adding ice. When I asked for it to be mixed, the barista took it and mixed it and gave it back to me and walked away without a word and ignored me when I asked for a straw. 9/10 times, they don't mix the drink before adding ice. I've had to tell them this numerous times and it doesn't get through. I just don't understand what is so hard about mixing the drink before adding ice...doesn't that make more sense? We come to this SB occasionally after lunch at On Fire Pizza or if we are planning a Costco run. Overall, this branch is probably better for takeout rather than staying in for long periods. After all, the lack of a restroom is a real downer for me. They have a long wooden table that can seat several, along with a long leather bench in the back with a few round tables and power outlets underneath. Otherwise, its a pretty small place. Their regular cold brews coffees are pretty good, especially on a hot day. I don't recommend the vanilla cream cold brew though - a bit too sweet and dilutes the bold, coffee taste. read more

This is hands-down my favorite Starbucks to go to! The staff are always nice, friendly, and treat me with respect that I have noticed to be lacking at other local Starbucks locations. They make the drinks quickly, even with the crazy lunch rush that comes every afternoon, and I have never had an issue with a messed up order or not getting my drink. The is definitely my go to when I am on my lunch break at work and I will be back almost every weekday. read more

Drinks will sit in an unorganized cluster, the barista won't call names of the drinks as they are prepared and they'll scold you for turning around a cup to see if it's yours. It's in a nice location but I'd rather make the drive to any other Starbucks because the folks who work here really just loathe everything and everyone. I mobile ordered my Venti Carmel Brûlée yesterday early morning. I expected my order to be ready after getting gas. I arrived to see a very busy Starbucks & my coffee was not ready. In fact, I waited approx 20 mins. I was not upset because even when I had to wait, I saw how organized they were. 2-3 Barristas making the orders & 1 very nice female organizing all mobile orders waiting to be picked up & calling out names. Their effort to distribute orders was/is appreciated. Other Starbucks do not do this, coffees sit on counter and orders get mixed up because customers are moving & putting their hands all over coffee tops searching for their order. I will say, a few years ago I stopped coming to this Magnolia site per a very rude employee & uninterested manager. I started coming back here since Costco gas opened, it's around the corner. I'm back and only come to this location because my coffee is made just like I order it. I customize my coffees & my Carmel Brûlée was exactly what I asked for yesterday. Please keep up with reading "custom" orders & the good system you have now, fulfilling & distributing orders to avoid chaos when so many order sit on counter waiting to be picked up. I placed a online order under the name Alex being that my coworker would pick it up for me I ordered a strawberry refresher grande and a turkey bacon and egg white sandwich the sandwich was cold and falling apart when I received it I called and spoke with the manager because I was highly upset being that I was at work and couldn't return it.. the manger said I could come anytime that day which was 3/2/22 I got off work at 2:00pm I work across the street when I get there doors are locked and it appears to be closed but online it says 6pm there was a woman inside I tried to explain what occurred she was rude and wouldn't even come to the door at all I will never come to this Starbucks again the sandwich wasn't even edible I threw it in the trash so my time and money was wasted.. If I could give zero stars regarding my experience today I would. Placed my mobile order at 8:46 am didn't get it in my hand until 9:06. And the only reason I got it that fast is cause I complained and she grabbed my order and started it. Should not take that long to make drinks but they were understaffed and the staff that was there moved slow and clumsily. Another guest ordered a drink with chocolate sprinkles and the staff couldn't even find the sprinkles to refill the shaker. There should be a senior staff person scheduled to help obvious rush times like Sunday mornings. Just had an order that was wrong so I brought my drink back and said oh this had sweetener I ordered no sweetener light cream. Ashley or Ash took my drink and poured a 1/4 cup cream in my coffee. I said oh I actually asked for light cream and grabbed coffee and said but it's ok and walked towards door. This girl snaps back and me and gives me major attitude. As a person that works in healthcare as a nurse I'm appalled by this treatment and behavior. I was not rude when I said my order was wrong I just wanted the right order. I work with people on the worst days of their lives and never have I spoken to someone with such rudeness and disrespect. As I just ended my job nearby and moving onto a new one, I decided that I'd give my Keurig machine a rest as I needed to pack it up for the move and it the Starbucks on the morning for my last two weeks. As usual the coffee is always brewed so well at this location. I always get the same thing: quad shot Americano. And because I've been a regular, it's always made as soon as one of the baristas sees me which is a nice time saving touch. And as usual the staff here is so incredibly cordial and nice. A couple of shout outs to some morning regulars. Chris: you jolly ol' fellow, your cheery and cheeky teasing always makes me laugh. Thank you for allowing me drink your coffee and eat your food! Tu and Robert: my Asian barista brothers, thank you for making my drinks so consistently good with care and attention. Same goes for Allison, Nicole, and Lynelle. I really appreciate you all! Oh and the food! Some new items have really impressed me. Especially the double bacon, egg and cheese sandwich. And mercifully it's not made on the most dreaded of dreaded breads: ciabatta! Or brioche, lol. And yes it's a decently generous portion of bacon. And even though it's heat n serve, the egg is surprisingly delicious. And sorry folks, I can never wait to take pics.
