i work until 2am and when i come home i usually want to grab some food. there is not much open at the time but this place says drive thru and lobby are open 24 hrs so i have gone here 3 times now and have either been left sitting in the drive thru for a long time with no answer or i get attitude saying that theyre closed and i need to leave. Last time i went inside the lobby because the drive thru line was kind of long and there were about 10 other people sitting inside. After waiting in line for about 10 minutes a very rude employee came out yelling at all of us saying "i dont know why all of you are in here right now but the lobby is closed and you need to get out" when i responded and said your sign and website says open 24hrs she rolled her eyes and pointed at the door to shoo me out. So I have to say I have NEVER did a review for a fast food place but I felt justified for this one. I went to this McDonald's for one reason and one reason only. I wanted to try the mozzarella sticks. I knew they were on the 2 for $2 menu so I thought "what the heck"? I should have known it wasn't going to work well as soon as I saw the girl behind the counter. I told her I wanted some items off the 2 for $2 menu. She looked at me like I was asking for a Whopper. She had no clue what I was talking about. I know they've only been running the ad for about a month but c'mon. She asked a manager who ALSO didn't know if it was still available. The manager came over to the register and said "if it's still on the register it's still available" It was still on the register so I finally ordered a small fry and mozzarella sticks. I was then told that they no longer have mozzarella sticks. All the while on the video tron overhead it flashes pictures of MOZZARELLA STICKS!! Needless to say I was not overjoyed. I asked another manager who seemed to be a little brighter than the other..."no more mozzarella sticks"? Her word for word response to me was "Oh, I just got here a few minutes ago and am not sure" Seriously people?? Obviously no communication between management at all. Very poorly run. This is one of those places that falls in the "last resort" category. I like McD's as much as anyone else, honestly there are so many better places to go. The Big Mac was good, fries were great. It's McDonald fries - delicious. That was pretty much it. An average experience. I did have to wait a while to receive our food after we ordered. Another thing is when you go through the drive-thru make sure you check. Issues I've encountered is providing me Dr. Pepper instead of coke, 4 chicken nuggets instead of 6, cold food, lack of filling up the fry holder, forgotten items that were ordered and paid for are just to name a few... I can't recommend it but I also can't tell you to avoid it. It is what it is..... I remember going to McD's as a fun place to go, now it seems like a place you regret to go to. read more

So I'm not expecting much more than to satisfy a craving but this particular problem has happened to me before at this SAME McDonalds. My drive thru order was incorrect but not something minor. I ordered a Fillet of Fish and when I got home discovered that the sandwich had cheese and tartar sauce but NO fish. I drove all the way back to complain and get the proper sandwich. The manager apologized and gave me a new sandwich and a refund. However, when I got back to my car and checked the fillet of fish I was surprised to see it only had the fish. No cheese, no tartar sauce. All I wanted was a regular Fillet of Fish. It took another trip inside and another manager to fix the problem but without a very helpful tone. Okay I'm irritated that a 10 minute drive thru experience turned into a much longer production but I feel that this McDonalds sacrifices accuracy and satisfaction for the sake of speed. I'm reading the reviews, and I must add that the store has apparently been reopened as a new store with a new crew. Give it time. Was there on a Saturday morning. Staff was slow. Line got long. Drive-up window was longer. Our food was correct, but the guy in front of me got a black coffee instead of a cappuccino. Decor was fresh--Lime green with self ordering kiosks that weren't operating, yet. Signs noted that construction was still in progress. We noticed the details weren't finished. This is the SECOND TIME I FILE A COMPLAINT FOR THE SAME ISSUE. Another RAW double quarter pounder. I complained the first time and received two free meals cards, went back today to try again and that was the stupidest thing I could've done. I received a SECOND RAW BURGER. Went back to let them know and spoke to Joska the manager on duty who apologized and went to let the cook in the back Cedric know IN SPANISH that this is the second time TODAY that he's sent out a raw burger. He asks what it was to remake it and when she tells him that I don't want it remade, he says why bring it back IN SPANISH. I let them know that I brought it back because its RAW and by the way I SPEAK SPANISH TOO. The manager goes back to get the phone numbers of the district manager which she says she cannot give the number out and comes back with the general managers phone number who clearly doesnt know how to fix this issue as it is the second time. Your company will kill someone serving raw food. I will be posting this on every outlet I can until I am spoken to by the DISTRICT MANAGER. This is unacceptable, disgusting and dangerous. Giving them 1 star is more than they deserve. We ordered 2 cheeseburgers, Diet Coke and Unsweetened Tea. Was told to pull up behind another car waiting for their order. Noticed there were others waiting also, which should have been our first clue. They didn't even give us our drinks. So about 15 minutes later, they bring our order to us. We had 2 cokes (neither one was diet). We decided to just keep 1 of the cokes but caught the girl before she left that it was supposed to be unsweetened tea. She took the drink back, came back with a new drink. I tasted it and it was sweet tea. Unfortunately she left the window and i couldn't get anyone's attention. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Drive 5 minutes up the road to Champions Gate!!! As someone who considers themselves somewhat of a Mickey D's connoisseur, this is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. The place is clean, the staff looks clean cut & speaks English well but that is the end of the positives! THEY ALWAYS TAKE FOREVER! There is almost always a line regardless of shift or time of day (and it isn't because they are always slammed either) and you can pretty much count that you will be in the drive through 5-8 minutes per car. Even when there is no line you will sit and sit and sit. I am not basing this on a handful of visits either where maybe they ran out of fries or it was a shift change or some jackass in front of me order the entire menu. When you wait 10-20 minutes you would at least expect to get piping hot food burning a hole through the bag right? Not at this store. I honestly can't explain their consistent slowness. I have actually gone into the neighboring Subway and looked to see which car was at the order menu. Then went in got my sub made, paid & walked out and that car still wasn't but to the pay window. They always push the stupid Egg McMuffin at any time, so I said what the hell one night and said sure add your 2 McMuffin special to my order. What happened? They had 0 egg McMuffins prepared and I got all my food except that and then had to wait 5 additional minutes at the window. Come on, get real. They mess up their sweet tea! Can you really mess up tea? Yep, multiple times it tastes like they mixed soda in with my tea. BETTER TAKE A COUPLE SIPS BEFORE YOU DRIVE AWAY! Will they mess up your order? Yep they are famous for giving you the wrong size drink or fry for your upsized value meal. And why bother asking what type of sauce for your nuggets and then consistently add no sauce in your bag. I was the only customer there so I thought I will be in and out but ten minutes later I had to ask the girl at the counter what was holding up my 2 cheese burgers and medium fries since I saw her serve 2 young guys that she was flirting with who came in 5 minutes after me. Because she saw I was angry my order appeared like magic. I told her this this lousy service and she looked at me so I saw the manager sitting in a customer booth playing with his phone and i asked him if he was the manager after looking at me for like I was bothering him he informed me yes he was one of the managers but no how can help you just a weird stare. One of the busiest McDonald's I have ever seen. We stopped by here on our way out to play golf at Champions Gate and it was slammed! The drive through had a long line but the line inside was even longer so we just stayed in the car. It moved fast because they had a little station with an employee that had a tablet and a headset that could take orders along with the traditional call box. I have never seen any fast food places do that but it sure did keep things moving. Two vehicles could place their orders simultaneously then we just had to pay and pick up like normal but it was much more efficient. My party and I attempted to go to this 24 hour McDonalds at two in the morning after a wonderful night at Halloween Horror Nights. Upon arriving at this McDonalds, we noticed the drive thru blocked off and the doors locked. I called the location to inquire how a 24 hour store could be closed to which they responded they have cleaning tonight. I can understand that. What I'm absolutely pissed about is the workers inside visibly laughing at my party trying to come inside. If you don't want to do your job don't come to work. The only reason they get one star is because usually the staff in pretty nice. But they are horrible!!! The food tastes awful. And they ALWAYS forget something. I live very close to this location so it it easiest for me. But they are terrible. I just went there and our fries were inedible. So soppy with oil. Not cooked all the way. My burger tasted super old. It was so bad I had just a few bites. I threw away pretty much everything. If you do decide to go there make sure to check your bag. I'm not joking.
